Tianmu Lake Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area is based on the theme of bamboo culture and longevity culture. It has tens of thousands of acres of green bamboo, a magnificent sea of ​​bamboo and a clear mirror lake. It is a 5A-level scenic spot in Liyang, Jiangsu Province. It takes about 5 hours to visit.

Our family of three chose to travel by car. The parking lot is next to the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Bus Station. It is currently off-season and there are relatively few vehicles. The Nanshan Bamboo Sea parking lot is charged according to the number of parking times, 15 yuan per time for small cars.

Opposite the parking lot is the tourist service center. If you need to know anything, you can go there to ask. Next to it is Nanshan Bamboo Sea Ancient Street. Similar to other ancient streets, there are Liyang local specialty restaurants, Liyang specialty stores, ice cream shops, etc. There are several parking spaces at the entrance of the nearby restaurants. It is said that you can enjoy free parking if you eat here (the parking spaces are closer to the scenic area).

Crossing the ancient street is the gate and the ticket center. The ticket seller at the ticket center will give you a scenic area guide map and introduce you to the general route of the scenic area (see the guide map). We bought two adult joint tickets (240 yuan/ticket), including: scenic area entrance ticket, one-way train ticket, ground cable car round-trip ticket, aerial cableway round-trip ticket. If you want to play in the historical and cultural area, you must buy a ground cable car round-trip ticket. But if you want to play in the Wuyue Scenic Area, you can take the cable car or climb it yourself. Recommended attractions: Lion King performance (fixed time); Panda Pavilion; Wuyue Diyi Peak.

There are seas of forests and seas of flowers, but the only thing I haven't been to is a bamboo sea. The Nanshan Bamboo Sea in Changzhou was advertised very well, so I went there because of its reputation. But from the moment I walked out of the room, I started to be deceived - I wasted my money.

Nanshan Bamboo Sea is relatively close to Nanjing. I got up early and took the subway to Nanjing South High-speed Railway Station. I bought a 60-yuan train ticket to Liyang Station. After exiting the station, I turned right and took the scenic area bus for 2 yuan. It was worth it. For 2 yuan, I took a nearly 20-kilometer ride to the scenic area. It was basically a special bus. A large bus could not hold more than ten people, and the bus company lost a lot of money (probably because of the cost of the scenic area bus and the ticket price).

I arrived at the gate of the scenic area and bought the cheapest package ticket for 180 yuan.

At the gate of the scenic area, take a battery car for about 1.5 kilometers through the asphalt road of the bamboo forest at the foot of the mountain to the ground rail station, take the ground rail up the mountain for 3 minutes to Jiming Village, and visit the entire village in 20 minutes. When leaving the village, either return the same way or continue forward. Follow the bamboo forest path halfway up the mountain, up and down, enter the store (must pass), go up to the panda house, see two national treasures, go down through the Golden Bridge to the cable car station, take the cable car to climb Shimenjian (peak), get off the cable car and climb 400 stairs, pass through shops and restaurants (must pass), reach the top, which is the first peak of Wuyue, and see the green vegetation under the mountain-----bamboo sea (can't tell which are bamboos and which are woods), return to the cable car station on the top of the mountain, and take the cable car down the mountain (you can also walk). Walk for about 50 minutes in the mountains, pass Shou Square, and arrive at the gate of the scenic area. To be honest, the bamboo sea has been around for a long time, and I don’t even have the interest to take pictures. It’s a waste of money. Don’t listen to any advertisements. It’s all money.

Take the scenic area bus (pay attention to the last bus time) to Liyang Station and take the high-speed rail back to Nanjing. This trip is just like a picnic outing. I will never come again, even if it is free.

Nanshan Bamboo Sea is not far from Tianmu Lake. Ten thousand mu of green bamboo stretch as far as the eye can see. Bamboos break through the rocks, interpreting the majestic momentum of the bamboo sea. The scenic area is full of the poetry and charm of green mountains and green waters. It is a picturesque and elegant place, so it has the reputation of "Paradise Nanshan, Dream Bamboo Sea".

After entering the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, you can walk to the "Quiet Lake" and "Bird Paradise" in turn, and then walk along the plank road to the China "Bamboo Sculpture Art Museum", which houses many exquisite bamboo carving artworks.

Take a small train or walk up to the Shouxing Square, where the first Chinese birthday star with a kind face stands. In this square, you can take the new ground cable car in the scenic area to travel through the bamboo sea. In 5 minutes, you can reach the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Historical and Cultural Area, a plain village - "Jiming Village". The broken walls of the "ancient barracks" tell the story of the "old house" here. In the "Panda Pavilion" on the other side, there live two national treasure pandas, "Olympic" and "Zhuangmei".

You can also take a cable car to climb the mountain from Shouxing Square. The total length of the cable car is 780 meters, and it rises to the "Wu Yue Di Yi Peak" at a speed of 1 meter per second.

A very cost-effective attraction. It is very difficult to climb up the mountain, and the overall experience is good when taking the cable car down the mountain. I like taking the cable car the most.

I wanted to see the Nanshan Bamboo Sea in the rain and fog, but the sky was clear. Except that the transportation within the scenic area was a bit expensive, everything else was fine. I took some photos for reference only.

The scenery along the way from the gate to Shouxing Square is very beautiful. The train and the underground track are just okay, no surprises. The lion dance performance in Jiming Village is very good. There are two pandas in the panda house, but they were sleeping when I went there. 😂 Overall, it is still beautiful, suitable for a weekend trip and a leisurely stroll

I originally planned to check in at Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Tianmu Lake in one day, but the time was not enough. I suggested taking the underground rail to the Panda Pavilion and climbing up to the First Peak, which only took two hours to go up and down.

The environment is really good and the scenery is beautiful, but the additional tickets are too expensive, at least 200 yuan per person, to play. The tickets are okay, but to go to the scenic area, you need transportation fees, 110 yuan one way.

The key point is that there is not much to see after getting on the subway line. There is a panda house and many exhibition halls but they are all relatively old.

It is not very convenient to take a taxi at Nanshan Bamboo Sea at night. I still had to wait a long time for Didi to call a taxi. The weather was average during the two days I went there, but the scenery was generally good, so I just took it as exercise.

To be honest, the scenery here is pretty good. The endless bamboo forest can be called a sea. The water from the mountains converges into a lake, creating the most beautiful pool of water in the bamboo sea...

However, except for the bamboo and the pool of water at the entrance, the whole place is man-made. The snack street and souvenir shops fill the entire scenic area, which is really disappointing...

If you must go, it is recommended to take a one-way sightseeing train to the cable car point. You don't need to take the cable car and sightseeing rail car again. Just walk down the mountain, cool off by the pool, and take photos. It is really great~

Apart from being cool, I didn't feel anything special. As a 5A scenic spot, the water content is a bit high. The guide's explanation was not thorough. The only thing I felt was that the train was good.

For summer travel, a ticket package is still necessary. I was exhausted and sweaty from the whole journey by train, ground rail and cable car. It is more affordable to buy a round-trip ticket.

The temperature at Zhuhai Nanshan didn’t seem to be any lower, so I decided to climb up to challenge myself. I was drinking water, resting, and encouraging myself the whole time. It was really tiring.

The ticket is 90 yuan, and there are two routes for scenery. One is to take the cable car to see the giant pandas, and the other is the ropeway (we didn't go); you can buy a package ticket for 200 yuan (half price for people over 60 years old, remember to bring your ID card); after buying the ticket, you still have to walk for seven or eight minutes to get in. There are steps. Don't bring strollers with children, it's not very convenient... There is a very high step and it's too hot, so be sure to bring water... After taking the train, keep walking up to find the ground cable car. At the entrance, they say take a photo and you will get a small one for free, and a large one is 20 yuan, which is voluntary... a virtual scenery.

You can enter directly at the ticket gate with your ID card. It is much more comfortable in the bamboo forest than at the gate. You can breathe in the air of nature. The gate is a little far from the place where you can take the small train. You need to walk up more than 90 stairs.

Well, there is nothing much to introduce, it is just the bamboo panda. As a citizen of Liyang, with a Liyang ID card, during the Spring Festival, Tianmu Lake and Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area are free. I also went there during the free time! !

It is beautiful and worth going. The best time to understand spring and autumn is today. It is 37℃ in summer and about 34℃ on the mountain. If possible, it is recommended to go up the mountain early and then take the bus.

We drove there from Hantian Hotel, which was about 40 minutes away. It rained heavily on the way there, but fortunately the rain stopped when we arrived at the scenic spot. The parking lot is opposite the service center of Nanshan Bamboo Sea. We got off the car and walked another kilometer to the entrance of the scenic spot. It was not a holiday, so there were fewer people and it was easy to park the car. I booked the ticket on the cellular website yesterday. When I arrived at the scenic spot, I could enter directly with my ID card. It was very convenient and the ticket price was slightly cheaper. We did not choose to take the small train, but walked all the way up in the bamboo forest, passing Jingmian Lake, Bird Paradise, and Bamboo Sculpture Hall. The surrounding scenery was still very good. However, in addition to the 90 yuan ticket, the small train, cable car, and ropeway in the scenic area are charged separately, which is relatively expensive.

I just went there today. I set off for a self-driving tour at 8:30 and arrived at 12 o'clock including lunch. Anyway, the small train I took went halfway up the mountain. There were only cable cars and ground rail trains. People couldn't go up at all. The price was very expensive. It took 1.5 hours to queue up to go there, and about 50 minutes to queue up to come back. It was also very hot. There was nothing to do when I went up. I regretted coming here.

Half a day touring Nanshan was not enough time. We didn’t have time to visit the giant pandas, so we took the small cable car directly to the top of Nanshan. The vast sea of ​​bamboo and the misty scenery were refreshing.

A great place to take photos! There are a lot of bamboos, and the food is not expensive, about 50 or 60 yuan for two people.

We drove from Wuxi at 7:00 and arrived at Zhuhai at 9:00, where we checked into Yushui Hot Spring Inn. We simply packed our luggage and headed to the nearby Zhuhai Scenic Area. (To be honest, the scenic area is not small, so those who are physically exhausted and want to drive themselves can drive there.)

We took the small train up there, and when we got down we took many photos along the bamboo sea. We were so happy.

My colleagues recommended Nanshan Bamboo Sea in Liyang to me many times, saying that it is quiet and less crowded, which is quite attractive. You can enjoy the bamboo sea and taste bamboo shoots. In the end, I carried more than 20 kilograms of fresh bamboo shoots back, which was a great harvest. Nanshan Bamboo Sea is very complete and mature. There are many hotels and inns around it, and the quality is up to you. So it is a good choice to stay near the scenic spot. There are also many hot spring hotels in the area, but I dare not recommend them without testing them myself. There is also Mirror Lake at the foot of Nanshan. You can visit the scenic area in four or five hours. Looking through other people's travel notes, I found that you can also take a cable car up and down the Nanshan Scenic Area.

The scenic area is divided into two parts. One is the highest peak of Wuyue, 1,200 meters, where you can see the surrounding scenery. There is a cableway to go up. You can overlook the bamboo forest on the cableway, which is a piece of green with high and low. The second is the historical building area. You can go up by the ground rail cable car to see the buildings. The bamboo forest is boring, and it is no different from the bamboo forest that you can park and watch for free on the roadside. Fortunately, there are some alpine azaleas and tassel flowers blooming on the top of the mountain, adding some color to the monotonous green water with pink and white. The scenic area is seriously commercialized. There is a commercial area before entering the gate. There is a dining area in the middle of the scenic area that you must pass by. Other roads are closed, and the stinky tofu smells strong. When you go out, you must pass by a store. There are nine turns inside, and you must walk to all the commodity areas before you can go out. The ticket is expensive, 90 yuan/person, the aerial cableway is 40 yuan/person, and the ground cableway and the scenic shuttle bus from the gate to the cableway also need tickets. It is ominous. The license plate seems to be 280 yuan/person, which is low cost performance.

Nanshan Bamboo Sea in Liyang is worth a visit. It was drizzling when I went there, and the mountains were shrouded in mist, so the scenery was quite pleasant.

The whole scenic area is very clean and the toilets are clean. The route to the scenic area is very clear. It takes a long time to get to the scenic area from Liyang Bus Station. It takes more than an hour to take a bus to the scenic area.

If you have planned to come here for vacation in advance, you can buy tickets in advance and enjoy discounts. The scenic area is divided into two lines, one cable car pure sightseeing line and one ground cable car, panda viewing line. The scenic area closes at 17:00. Due to time constraints, we chose the pure sightseeing line. The cable car can be one-way or two-way, depending on your needs.

At first, I planned to climb the mountain with my baby, but the guide at the door persuaded me to take the sightseeing train to the mountain with the child first, so that I would not be tired when going down the mountain, so I thought about it and decided to take the sightseeing bus first. From the gate to the main entrance, you have to walk a short distance and climb dozens of steps to reach the main entrance. Here you can choose to take the sightseeing bus or climb the mountain by yourself. There are two lines. After arriving at the Longevity Cultural Center on the mountain, there are two lines. One is to take the ground track to the top of the mountain to see the giant pandas, and the other is to take the aerial cable car to the top of the mountain to see the full view of Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I think both lines can be seen in one day. Both are worth seeing. If you have enough energy, I advise you to climb the mountain by yourself. The scenery along the way is so beautiful that you can't see it when you take a sightseeing bus. So I am glad that we chose to go down the mountain by ourselves to see the bamboo sea hidden deep in the mountains.

Actually, the scenic area is not very big. If you really want to have fun, you should arrive at 9 am. The commercial smell is too strong and it is not very fun. If you want to take both the cable car and the sightseeing bus, it costs more than 300 yuan per ticket. There are not many people. The bamboo sea is really a bamboo sea with good air. It is recommended to take the cable car up the mountain and then go down the mountain by yourself. It takes 45 minutes to go down the mountain. There is also a panda house.

The first attraction is Nanshan Bamboo Sea (then a friend said that you can see the sea... Well, maybe this physical education teacher has not retired yet). The bamboos are only at the bottom of the mountain, and there are basically no bamboos on the top of the mountain. If you like to see bamboos, you can hang out at the bottom. If you like to see the scenery and climb mountains, you can go to the top of the mountain to play. The scenery is okay. Speaking of Nanshan, I can't help but think of a song... Nanshan South, Beihai North, Nanshan... Then this song accompanied us for the whole day of climbing the mountain. I want to complain about the train. The one-way trip is 15 yuan per person (luckily we took a one-way trip). I thought I could walk to the other end of Nanshan, but it just sent you to the ropeway and cable car to continue spending money. However, this section of the road is not very far. It takes about half an hour to walk there. It is not a very steep road, and there are some places to see the scenery and play beside the road. So I suggest that you don't take it.

The scenery of Nanshan Bamboo Sea is quite nice, but the tickets are quite expensive. Because the weather was not very good during the past few days, I didn't know whether I would go to this attraction, so I didn't book tickets online in advance. I bought it at the ticket point for 210 yuan per person. There are large tracts of bamboo forests, which are quite beautiful. The clouds and mist are lingering, and it feels a bit like a fairyland, right? Although it was a rainy day, there were still many tourists visiting here.

The adult ticket for Nanshan Bamboo Sea is 90 yuan. I didn't want to go there at first. When I was eating at the farmhouse at the foot of Nanshan Bamboo Sea, the locals strongly recommended it. The ticket is 25 yuan, which is worth the money. Don't take it if you are afraid of heights. I would rather walk down the mountain if I have enough time to go down. There is no cover around the cable car seat. It all depends on a pole,,,,

I chose to walk from the entrance to Shouxing Square, taking photos while walking along the way. A scenic spot that is not easy to describe. Let's talk about the good places first: the scenic spot is very standardized, various facilities are in place, the air on the mountain is fresh, the small bridges and flowing water, and the scenery is also good.
