Dalian Binhai Road is a must-see for any Dalian traveler! From Laohutan Beach to the Forest Zoo, the scenery is breathtaking, with mountains on one side and the sea on the other. If you're physically fit, take your time and explore. Along the way, you'll pass scenic spots like the North Bridge and Yanwoling, all perfect for photos. Observation decks are located at various points along the way for photo opportunities. If you're feeling less energetic, renting a car or joining a day tour is a convenient and convenient option. If driving, be sure to pay attention to your speed, as Binhai Road has many curves, so planning is paramount!
The Binhai Road has a beautiful street view and a walking path where you can watch the sea and exercise at the same time.
You can also take a yacht and sail on the sea, which is a unique experience.
The Binhai Road that Dalian people refer to is the coastal avenue that stretches from Jinshitan to Lushunkou along the Yellow Sea. I feel that the urban part of Binhai Road has the best scenery, especially the section of coastal mountain road between Xinghai Square and Laohutan. There are several viewing platforms along the road that are great places for photography.
The scenery along the way is very good, whether you are hiking, cycling or driving, it is strongly recommended to come here for a visit.
The Binhai Road is more suitable for self-driving tours. Hiking is very tiring, and taking a bus will miss the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the viewing platform.
Facing the sea breeze, strolling along the seashore, the sound of waves, accompanied by the flying of seagulls. Dalian is a paradise on earth.
Dalian is so beautiful. I didn’t have enough fun this time. I will go there to spend more time next time.
It's too long, but the scenery is nice. It's very pleasant to see the scenery of Binhai Road every morning when staying at the B&B in Laohutan
Going there in this season, you will never get enough of the cool sea breeze, the melodious cries of seagulls, and the sound of waves that brings peace to your heart. Just seeing it makes you very happy. This sea is vast, clear, and beautiful. It is a feast for the eyes. You will linger there and never want to leave. The trip is worthwhile and it amazed me.
I took a day off and walked from Black Rock Reef to Xinghai Square to see the sea and relax.
The weather was not very good that day. There was no sun and occasional snow. Also, the trail was winding and it was a bit tiring to climb, so I only walked a short distance and then returned the same way.
I passed by and the scenery was beautiful. There might be more people in the summer.
As the name suggests, Binhai Road is a highway along the seaside. If you walk along Dalian Binhai Road, you will find major attractions such as Bangchuidao Tiger Sculpture Square, Bird's Singing Forest, and Tiger Beach along it. The scenery along this road is also very beautiful.
Dalian Binhai Road has beautiful scenery along the way and is close to Laohutan and Yanwoling Park.
Some of the scenery along the coastal road is really beautiful.
The Binhai Road is very long and has many attractions. It is impossible to visit them all in one day. I gave up on the area around Haizhiyun Square in the northern section. Moreover, the Binhai Road is a winding mountain road, so it is best to go down the mountain before dark. Otherwise, it is terrifying to think about being alone halfway up the mountain.
We reached the Bangchui Island intersection and began our 8-kilometer hike along the eastern section of the coastal path, heading toward Tiger Beach. I imagine the scenery would have been stunning during the day, as I could often hear the crashing of waves nearby. However, since it was completely dark when we set out, we couldn't see the surrounding scenery clearly; we were just walking. The trail wasn't crowded, but we occasionally encountered runners coming the other way or fellow walkers. Near Fisherman's Wharf, several people were seen night fishing.
In 2008, my wife went to Dalian on a business trip, and I went there to spend a few days with her. Binhai Road has a nice wooden boardwalk and is well-landscaped, making it a great place for a leisurely hike.
If you drive yourself, you can drive slowly. There is a parking space at each scenic spot, or you can stroll along the coastal road.
The scenery is beautiful, but it is very unsafe. I would like to emphasize that girls should never go there alone. Below is a general description of the situation I encountered. I will tell you all about it. Everyone must pay attention to safety when you go there to play. : It was raining in Dalian today and the ring bus was not running. My boyfriend and I took bus 541 and got off at Fujiazhuang Station. We walked around Yinshatan Park. It was around 4:30 in the afternoon and there were not many people there. Then we continued walking forward. We might have taken the wrong road and didn’t find the north bridge. We walked to the place in Figure 4 and took pictures of Figures 5 and 6. Then here comes the key point. When we were taking pictures on the bridge, there was a man at the end of the bridge who looked around for several times. Because there was no one there at that time, he walked onto the bridge with one hand covering his sleeve. I suspected that there was a knife hidden in the sleeve. We were robbed. When my boyfriend turned around to look at him, he pretended to look at the sea. We looked at him twice. Maybe we were lucky. At this time, three sanitation workers came from the other side and dispersed us. Then we looked back and found that he had left. I’m not sure if he followed us or was squatting there. There are very few people in the place in Figure 4. There is sea water under the bridge. If it was really a robbery, it would be very dangerous without any self-defense. But it should be 80% likely to be a robbery. We were very lucky this time, so I want to write this down to tell everyone, never go alone, and it’s best not to go with two girls. It’s okay to go with a group of people. That’s it. I hope everyone will pay attention to safety when traveling.
I took a city tour bus and took a walk along the coastal road. The mountains and the sea were really beautiful. The weather was great and the sparkling scenery was amazing.
I played it all day yesterday. Let me tell you the pros and cons.
Advantages: The scenery is beautiful. When the weather is good, you can walk along the plank road and see many places that are extremely beautiful.
Disadvantages: It is of course very convenient if you are traveling by car (local cars are restricted on some roads during holidays). Otherwise, if you encounter holidays or the off-season, transportation will be a big problem. The distance between each attraction is far, and there are constant ups and downs. Can you consider providing some shared electric vehicles?
The coastal road is very long and built along the coast. There is a beach below, and the seaside looks very beautiful from above.
The Binhai Road is approximately 42 kilometers long, and it would take more than one day to complete on foot, so we chose a bus and walking tour. The Binhai Road starts from Haizhiyun Park, Bangchuidao Island, and Laohutan Ocean Park in the east; the middle section includes Fujiazhuang, Yanwoling, and Beidaqiao, and connects to the Forest Zoo and Xinghai Square in the west. The Dalian Ring Bus can be taken from the South Square of the Railway Station for 20 yuan per person.
The eastern section of Binhai Road, right next to the boardwalk, faces the ocean. Beyond the road, there's a villa complex, and beyond that, the forest. Aside from a few hikers and the occasional car, it's very quiet and relaxing. Many guides and travelogues suggest that if you can't complete the entire route, take the western section, which boasts more attractions and is easier to find a car to get in and out. But if I had to choose, I'd still rather not miss the eastern section; it's so quiet and natural!
Apart from a few groups of people hiking on the Coastal Road, there are also people taking bus tours. There are very few people riding bicycles. The Coastal Road is dangerous with two cars driving on the wrong side of each other. It is very narrow and has many turns, so riding a bicycle is still a little dangerous!
Ascending along the coastal wooden boardwalk, the ocean views are breathtaking! The waves shimmer, the sea and sky blend into one... It's recommended to walk! That way, you won't miss any of the stunning views!
After walking about 2 kilometers, although the sun was shining at noon, the breeze, shade, and lush vegetation made it not too hot. Coming from the busy city to the quiet tree-lined path, my mood became extremely relaxed.
Located on Dalian's southern coast, it's one of Dalian's most scenic scenic routes. In fact, there are more than a dozen scenic spots along the entire Binhai Road. The driver, a handsome young man from Dalian, felt that after visiting Bangchuidao Island, the other attractions on Binhai Road were uninteresting.
We passed the beautiful coastal road, and the driver even let us get off to take photos. Chinese drivers are great! While the sea wasn't as stunning as in Southeast Asia, it still felt refreshing after not seeing it for so long!
My hometown must be beautiful! Binhai Road is next to the mountains and the sea.
To warm up for an upcoming international competition, I flew to Dalian and set a Guinness World Record. Breakfast at the hotel lasted until 10:30 (lunch was canceled), and I set off from Haizhiyun Park at 11:00. The entire 20-kilometer trail was entirely wooden (Dalian is so woody). There were so many ups and downs along the way that I couldn't run the entire distance, so I walked and rested to drink a few bottles of water. The total distance was probably over 20 kilometers, and I even went in the wrong direction a bit. It took me four hours. The scenery was quite good; coastal cities are just different.
Before going to Dalian, my biggest wish was to walk the entire Binhai Road. On the morning of October 5th, I took the subway to Haizhiyun Station and walked all the way from Haizhiyun Station to Xinghai Square, a distance of more than 27 kilometers. Thinking about it now, it's still incredible that I insisted on walking the entire distance. Although it was very tiring, the scenery I saw along the way was indeed very beautiful. I hope to be able to walk this route again in Dalian this year.
There are several kilometers of wooden trails, with mountains and sea facing each other and beautiful scenery all the way.
I walked the section from Yanwoling to Laohutan. Due to time constraints, I did not walk the entire section. This section is very beautiful, with pleasant and quiet scenery.
The coastal road is long but beautiful. You can consider taking a tour bus around the island, or walking, which is just a short walk. Forget about cycling; bicycles are rare in Dalian, so don't count on OFO, Mobike, or the like.
A concentrated display of Dalian's tourism image! A fusion of mountains and sea, a holy land of love!
The air is good, the roadside environment is nice, and it would be best if it is sunny but not too sunny.
The scenery along the way is pretty good. If you have time, you can drive along the coastal road. The blue and green sea water is very beautiful.
In addition to the wooden boardwalk where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, Dalian Binhai Road also has small free parking spaces every few meters, which is really nice.
Anyone who's been to Dalian knows that the most beautiful part of the city is Binhai Road. If you have time, you should definitely walk along it. We took the route recommended by a colleague: going up Haizhiyun, over the strange slope, and finally to Bangchui Island. This section of the route isn't very short, especially with a child, so you'll need to consider their condition.
Push me up, the Binhai Road tourist loop is only open for a period of time.
Binhai Road is nestled between the mountains and the sea, and is a local feature of Dalian.
It is impossible not to go to Binhai Road when visiting Dalian. It is really surrounded by mountains and water, with different charms in each season. In winter, the snow covers the mountains and the mountains are proud. In autumn, the mountains are covered with yellow leaves, which are melancholy but not without the beauty of desolation. In summer, the garden is full of spring colors, and in spring, it is full of vitality.
Binhai Road is a road built along the coast in Dalian. Located in the southernmost section of Dalian, it is surrounded by mountains and the sea, with beautiful scenery. It is also Dalian's most tourist attraction. From Xinghai Square, the western starting point, to Haizhiyun Park, the eastern end, it is over 40 kilometers long. Binhai Road runs through the main tourist attractions in Dalian. There are no buses along Binhai Road. Only private cars and tour buses can pass. You can walk through the scenic parts of the road, such as Yanwoling, Bangchuidao Beach, Fisherman's Wharf, Haizhiyun Park, Laohutan Tiger Sculpture Square, etc.
I personally feel that the scenery is quite good and it is very beautiful. Recommended
In the summer, it is very comfortable to walk along the coastal road.
The seaside scenery is very beautiful, there are many tourists, and the construction is also good.
Binhai Road stretches from Haizhiyun Square in the east to Xinghai Square in the west. In the summer, driving, cycling, or strolling along Binhai Road, feeling the slightly salty sea breeze and admiring the beautiful scenery, the summer heat fades away, leaving you feeling refreshed and incredibly happy. Binhai Road is also a great place to watch the sunrise; strolling in the early morning sun is truly a delight!
The one-way ticket for Huanhai Road is 20 yuan, but please note that it is only a one-way trip and there is no round-trip shuttle, so you have to visit each stop one by one. It is best to get off at Yanwoling and then take the bus to visit the next attraction.
Dalian's Binhai Road stretches 32 kilometers from Haizhiyun Square in the east to Xinghai Square in the west. On one side of the road are rolling hills with lush trees, while on the other, the sea blends beautifully with the sky. I walked along the middle section of Binhai Road, from Laohutan Park to Fujiazhuang Park. This section boasts the most scenic views and is bustling with visitors. It's also known as the "Hiking Trail," and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalian.
On one side are mountains covered with mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests and foothills covered with fiery red azaleas, while on the other side is the vast sea and a myriad of reef islands. The scenery along the way is breathtaking and the winding path, full of romance, is captivating.
The middle section of Binhai Road, which runs from Hutan Amusement Park to Fujiazhuang Park, is the most famous and busiest section. Scenic spots along the way include Beida Bridge, Yanwoling, and Xiuyuefeng.
"The charm of mountains and the fun of seas are connected all the way" - Binhai Road starts from Haizhiyun Square in the east and ends at Xinghai Square in the west, with a total length of 32 kilometers.
On one side of the road are rolling hills covered with dense trees, while on the other side is the sea, where the water and sky meet in a vast expanse. There are beautiful views in all four seasons.
When you go to Dalian, you must take a walk on the wooden boardwalk on Binhai Road. Near Bangchuidao Island, walk down the boardwalk to the beach and you will unexpectedly discover this beautiful scenery hidden in the corner.
From here is the beginning of the walk. You can walk to many scenic spots along this walking trail and see many hikers along the way.
Take the city tour bus from Dalian Station South Square for 20 yuan per person. You can hop on and off as needed at any of the 20 attractions along the way. The average person visits about five. The friendly staff on the bus will explain the details, but there are three main attractions. 1. Get off at the South Gate of Forest Park and take the bus to the observation deck for a 70 yuan view of Dalian. I personally went and thought it was worth it. 2. Watch the 5D movie at Tiger Beach for 60 yuan, but I didn't go, so I can't comment on it. 3. The sailboat ride costs 100 yuan and you get off at the back stop of the city tour bus. I think it's worth taking if time permits. Remember to buy some sausages to feed the seagulls, although they do have some.
You can't experience the beauty of Dalian without walking along Binhai Road. Since I wanted to see the night view at Xinghai Park, I took a taxi directly to Laohutan in the afternoon. From the end point back to the starting point, Binhai Middle Road, a total of 7-8 kilometers, took 2.5 hours. Once I reached Fujia Bathing Beach, there were taxis available, and I took a taxi directly to Xinghai Square.
The scenery is nice and there are scenic spots along the way. Around May 20th every year, Dalian's hiking conference is held. The 30km hiking route along Binhai Road is recommended with 5 stars. There are also 5km, 10km, 20km, and 30km options, which are very considerate. Riding a bicycle to visit Binhai Road is also a good choice. There are also many shared bicycles in Dalian now.
Since we arrived in Dalian in the afternoon, we went to eat Xiding Dumplings before going to Binhai Road. It was already night by then and the scenery was quite good! If you are not physically fit, you should not go because you can't enjoy the scenery by car. There is no bicycle lane on the road, so you can only walk. Let's take a look at the pictures.
Nice walking trail with great scenery along the way, surrounded by mountains and water
You call this a tourist attraction? No need to come, there's nothing there.
We walked along the Binhai West Road section. The scenery was indeed great and well worth a hike. However, the weather in Dalian was sunny in the afternoon. Although the temperature was not that high, it was still unbearable to walk outdoors. Moreover, there were no clear signs for the hiking route, and it was easy to get lost, especially when passing the Xinghai Bay Bridge!
We bought tickets for Lotus Mountain for 70 yuan per person. Children under 120 yuan are free. Those over 120 yuan are the same price as adults. It was a crowded Monday in mid-August. The train took two hours to get off, so we didn't get off in other areas. It should be good when there are fewer people.
It is very suitable for couples and girlfriends to hike and enjoy the scenery of the seaside
The plank road is suitable for walking! It is a bit hot in the summer at noon! It is best to go in the morning or evening! You can take the city bus! You can get on and off at will without any charge! 20 yuan per person
I won't say anything more. I walked halfway up the mountain and found two Mobikes. What a feeling! I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish the walk, but the coastal road kept getting smoother and smoother until I reached Fisherman's Wharf. The scenery was amazing, like a fairyland in the clouds and mist.
The coastal road is long and the scenery is beautiful. It is worth a visit.
Most coastal cities have a coastal road, and the scenery is similar.
Very suitable for people who love outdoor sports, the scenery along the way is great!
Binhai Road is a beautiful place in Dalian. You can see the sea and feel the sea breeze. The scenery is very beautiful. However, transportation is not very convenient. There are few buses around the city. If you have the energy, you can walk.
The beauty I discovered while walking was great, the green plants were great, the wooden boardwalk was clean and smooth, there weren't many people on the road, and there was no glaring sunlight. If it was early morning and I was wearing sportswear, I might as well go for a run!
I was walking and saw the water splashing from the spinning speedboat from a high place.
Looking forward, we seemed to vaguely see the statue of Guanyin on the water. We couldn't wait to go down from an inn. There were endless winding stairs. As we walked down, we saw an old man staggering upwards with bundles of kelp in his hands. At that moment, we really got the motivation to walk faster.
First, head to Lianhua Mountain, where you can overlook Dalian and the sea. The bus driver will recommend a ticket for Lianhua Mountain for 70 yuan, otherwise you won't be able to walk up. The 70 yuan includes a small train ride up the mountain, making it quite affordable. From the top, you can see Dalian and the sea. The cross-sea bridge is quite majestic and impressive. There's also a short, three-story tower with a lucky tree on top, where you can hang things. The ticket is included in the 70 yuan ticket. The tower is very small, but it has three high-powered telescopes, which offer excellent views and are worth a visit.
After getting off, we took the bus to Fisherman's Wharf. It was already afternoon. Fisherman's Wharf, as I'd like to put it, felt rather shabby and depressing, not quite what I'd imagined. There were, however, many people digging for oysters, crabs, and kelp along the shore. There was a beach, but no sand. The European-style buildings on the shore of Fisherman's Wharf were a good place to stroll around. There was also a Maokong (a place where you can write postcards). I wrote a few and spent some time there. We continued on to Bangchui Island, another scenic spot with a 20 yuan entrance fee. However, we arrived too late; the city bus ended at 5:30, leaving us too late. We just walked around the area and didn't go in. This place is a sanatorium for many leaders, so the air and environment are very good.
This road is so beautiful, it is the most beautiful road in Dalian. If you have the time and energy, it is recommended to walk the entire distance.
It's not as beautiful as I imagined, but it's also beautiful. There are not many people and you can basically see the sea along the way.
Walking on the coastal road, the air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful
The scenery along the way is still very good, suitable for walking, and the Binhai West Road is still fresh in my memory. The whole course is 7 kilometers.
It's said that every coastal city has a coastal road, and Dalian is no exception. The Dalian Municipal Government built a wooden boardwalk along the road specifically for residents to exercise, further boosting its fame. While the road is ideal for summer, during the off-season, the restrooms along the entire road are closed, making it a real nuisance.
Maybe the weather wasn't great, but I didn't see anything particularly beautiful after walking ten kilometers. However, I did meet a super-fit Dalian local who walks this route every day. He was a very kind man who accompanied me along the way, explaining the sights and even took me on the bus at the end. Kudos to the Dalian people. However, if the weather isn't great that day, I'd still rather avoid this route; it's not very close to the sea and you won't see much. While it might be nice in the Northeast, Shenzhen's coastal boardwalk runs mostly over shallow water, and the scenery is amazing. The last photo was taken in Shenzhen. I don't recommend visiting coastal cities again. Four stars to the lovely Dalian guy.
