Located in the eastern part of the Qaidam Basin, it is a slightly brackish freshwater lake. Together with Tuosu Lake, it is collectively called Talian Lake. The Qinghai-Tibet Railway passes between the two lakes.
In the fishing area of the lake, you can see fishermen from the farm catching fish. The largest Qaidam carp caught in the lake weighs more than ten kilograms, with tender and delicious meat.
Every early spring, when the ice of Crook Lake begins to melt, flocks of black-necked cranes, bar-headed geese, gulls, wild ducks and other rare birds will fly here to breed.

Koruk means "grassy beach" in Mongolian, and some people say it means "a place with lush water grass". The lake is indeed lush with water grass, and the scenery is beautiful. We parked the car by the lake and looked around without seeing any tourists. The huge and quiet lake seemed to belong only to the three cars of us. The shouts seemed to disturb the tranquility of the lake. It seemed to be ripples, but it could not shake the pleasure boat parked on the shore.
My deepest impression of Lover's Lake is that it is very windy and there are very fat seagulls. Some seagulls appear to be cool and majestic on the surface, but they are actually quite funny, and they are also very similar to the cute seagulls in the comics.
It was still early morning when we arrived at Korluk Lake. The blue sky was covered with white clouds, the sun was warm and soft, the morning breeze was blowing on our faces, and the dense reeds and ditches on the roadside made us feel like we were dreaming of returning to the south of the Yangtze River. The tourist service center here is extremely simple, with only a few low bungalows. The wires on the telephone poles in front of the door pass through the tourist center at random. Although the facade is simple, it can shock you immediately. The telephone poles are densely packed with swallows, just like the five-line score in music.
There are two roads leading to the lake in the scenic area. One is a narrow wooden trail that passes directly through the dense reeds. Not far from the plank road is a small canal. The blue sky, white clouds and flying birds in the sky are all reflected in the canal, so clear, as if the canal is the sky. The yellow pleasure boat is moored by the lake. No one is on the boat, so it naturally becomes a place for birds to play. The white bird droppings paint the yellow top of the boat, leaving patches of white marks. The other is a wide cement road, which leads straight to the stone bridge protruding into the lake. The bold spotted gulls will stand here alone, as if thinking about something. More birds are by the water. If you take a little food and throw it into the air, they will chase in groups. This scene is somewhat similar to Qinghai Lake, but the scenery here is more beautiful, there are fewer people, and the mountains in the distance are clearer. "Koruk" means "grassy beach" in Mongolian, and some people also say it means "a place with lush aquatic plants". Now it seems that it really lives up to its name.
Not far away is Tuosu Lake. They are actually next to each other, one large and one small, closely connected by a freshwater river. Locals call it "Lover's Lake". Although the two lakes are close to each other, have the same ecological environment and history of change, the nature of the lake water is very different. Kelu Lake is fresh water, while Tuosu Lake is salt water. The area of Tuosu Lake is more than three times that of Kelu Lake, and Tuosu Lake is surrounded by an endless Gobi Desert.
Kelu Lake and Tuosu Lake. These two lakes are located in the northeast of Qaidam Basin, 42 kilometers south of Delingha City, with an altitude of 2,816 meters. This ecological tourism area integrates sightseeing, leisure and entertainment. There is a river connecting the two lakes. Interestingly, Kelu Lake and Tuosu Lake are salty and fresh respectively. Kelu Lake is freshwater in the north and Tuosu Lake is saltwater in the south.
It's really a bummer! It took eight hours to drive from Xining to see the Koruk Lake. What a bummer! Tosu Lake has been designated as a wetland protection area, so there's no way to go there! There's nothing there, no scenery, and you can't go to the lake! There were only a few locals fishing, and there were a lot of mosquitoes! The whole scenic area is so small that you can walk around it in fifteen minutes! It's very small! There's no service, and no one comes! Don't come here in May, it's a bummer! The writer led me astray! 😡
Koruk Lake and Tosu Lake are sister lakes, one fresh and one salty, but both have green water and blue sky.
The hairy crab is very unique and should be promoted more.
It's quiet, with few people and the scenic area is not big, so it should have been developed recently. The scenery is pretty good!
The water of Keluk Lake is clear, the lake surface is calm, and the scenery is beautiful. The Tosu Lake is vast, the lakeshore is open, and there is no shelter. On sunny days, the lake is vast and the water and sky are one color, which is spectacular; when the wind blows, the waves are turbulent, the waves splash, and the sound of hitting the shore is breathtaking.
There's not much to see. The ticket is 20 yuan, just to see the lake.
Two lakes, one large and one small, one salty and one fresh, are hidden in the Qaidam Basin. Now is not the season for birds to roost, so there are not many birds, but the reeds by the lake are growing wildly.
About 30 kilometers away from Delingha are the locations of Kruk Lake and Tuosu Lake. Kruk Lake and Tuosu Lake are two lakes, one fresh and one salty, with different scenery and few tourists. There are reeds and gulls on Kruk Lake, and wild ducks on Tuosu Lake. There are several earthen hills where you can climb and look far away. If you happen to see flamingos, it is worth several times the ticket price. Tuosu Lake is very beautiful and there are few people, but there are many mosquitoes and flying insects. One section of the washboard road is about 9 kilometers. You will doubt your life when driving it. The speed does not exceed 20km/h, but it is worth it for the scenic spot itself. (Note: To go to Tuosu Lake, you must exit from the highway at the alien ruins. The scenery to Tuosu Lake here is very good. If you exit from Kruk Lake to Tuosu Lake, the scenery on the road is very ordinary.)
Tosu Lake is a saltwater lake with sparse vegetation on the lakeshore, but it exudes a contradictory beauty of desolation and vitality.
Later we went to Koruk Lake. Because it was not particularly famous, there were not many tourists. Although the scenery was also beautiful, it was obviously not of the same level as Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake. We just took a look and left.
An ordinary lake. Similar lakes can be seen in many places.
It's just a lake with some recreational facilities. If you don't have enough time, you can skip it.
Driving into the reserve, we saw lush aquatic plants, a tranquil lake, golden reeds along the lake, and various migratory birds living in the wetlands and lakeside. Even as we drove carefully along the lake, we still occasionally caught a glimpse of stunning scenery.
"Butter Lake" means. Tuosu Lake is a typical inland saltwater lake, surrounded by vast Gobi Desert, with high temperature, large evaporation of lake water, high salt content in water, few aquatic plants and phytoplankton. Tuosu Lake has a vast lake surface and open shore, with no shelter or obstruction.
Keluk is Mongolian, meaning "grassy beach" and "a place with lush water and grass." Tuosu is also Mongolian, meaning "butter lake." Although Keluk Lake and Tuosu Lake are very close to each other and have the same ecological environment and history of change, their postures, styles and personalities are very different. However, the characteristics here are not very obvious, so you can enjoy them on the way without making a special trip.
The wetland scenery on the way to Tosu Lake is nice, you can stop to admire and take pictures. When you are close to Tosu Lake, there is a fork in the road to the "Alien Ruins". Go straight and you will reach the lake. The scenery along the way is very beautiful in autumn. I went there three times to take pictures.
An unexpected encounter, extremely beautiful.
The scenic area was closed, so I asked the gatekeeper to let me in, and then I walked alone in this lake area. The beauty is so extreme that it is speechless.
Tuosu Lake is a saltwater lake. It was cloudy when I went there, and the lake water was a somewhat grayish blue. I didn't see any fish in the lake, and there were no water birds like on Koruk Lake. Apart from the sound of the wind and the sound of the lake hitting the shore, all I could feel was desolation. The Baigong Mountain by the lake should be a Yadan landform, with soft soil and traces of wind erosion everywhere. The Baigong Mountain has collapsed into a cliff facing the lake, and the highest mountain has Mongolian sacrificial facilities. Overall, if you go to Delingha, this place is worth a visit.
After finishing the unpalatable and expensive burger at the scenic spot with a disappointed heart, we continued on the road to Daxiadan, passing by a small attraction - Keluoke Lake.
Recommended visiting time: 0.5 hours
Ticket information: 20RMB/person
Keluke Lake is really a small tourist attraction. There is a toilet in the parking lot at the entrance, which can be used for rest during the journey.
The whole scenic area is not big and there are not many people. After entering the gate, you walk through a square and reach the Keluke Lake. The lake is deep and large, and you can't see the end. There are reeds and a few seabirds near the lake.
The Koluk Lake and Tuosu Lake are like a blue ribbon that softens the Gobi Desert, saline-alkali wetland, Danxia landform, snow-capped mountains, and birds flying in the sky. They are the blue mirror in God's hand. The wetland, Gobi, saline-alkali landform, and Danxia landform around the Koluk Lake and Tuosu Lake are breathtaking.
We first passed the Keluk Lake, with its reeds, wetlands, and red soil, a visual feast. Later we learned that this was the only place where the Delingha crabs we had been longing for were produced, which was a big surprise in our trip.
Driving further in, we arrived at Tosu Lake, where different scenery presented itself. On the left was the desert Gobi, and on the right was the clear blue water of the lake, which was a beautiful sight.
Lake Tosu is very large. In order to rush back to Lake Koruk to watch the sunset, we did not drive to the end and did not find the alien ruins.
These are two lakes connected together, and the Qinghai-Tibet Railway passes through the middle of the two lakes. Actually, this lake is a bit disappointing. You can only see the Keluk Lake, and you are not allowed to enter the Tosu Lake. There is only one road. The ticket is 20 yuan, and people over 60 years old are free. Some people are fishing for crabs in the lake. This is a scenic spot that can be left in half an hour. If there is any advantage, it is a large area of reeds by the lake and you can go to the toilet here.
The Qinghai Lake I saw yesterday was very turbid, which was disappointing. The Chaka Salt Lake in the morning was also disappointing. So I wanted to go to the Koruk Lake to make up for it, but it turned out to be even worse.
The scenic area is really small. It is used for breeding aquatic products, so the water is particularly turbid, not as good as Qinghai Lake. The key is that this attraction is not in our plan. We strongly asked the driver to make a detour, but ended up spending 20 yuan on tickets. The driver said he was also cheated of 5 yuan for parking. To add, this Koruk Lake-Suto Lake is two lakes, one salty and one fresh. The fresh one is Koruk Lake, which mainly breeds crabs and other aquatic products. If you really want to check in at this attraction, you can see if you can bypass the scenic area and follow the lakeside road. The scenery should be good. This is what I realized from looking at the map, but I haven't confirmed it. Don't enter the scenic area, it's very pitfall.
We went there in July, and they might have started construction of the scenic area. Anyway, we were not allowed to enter.
"Koruk Lake and Tuosu Lake are located in the northeast of the Qaidam Basin, on the Huaitoutala grassland about 50 kilometers away from Delingha, the capital of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. There are two beautiful and tranquil lakes, one large and one small, named Koruk Lake and Tuosu Lake.
They are like two huge, shining mirrors, inlaid between the vast Gobi Desert and the vast grassland. Koruk, originally a Mongolian word, means "grassy beach", and some people also say it means "a place with lush water and grass".
Keluk Lake is an outflow lake. After the water of Bayin River swirls in the lake, it flows into another lake connected to it, Tuosu Lake, from the low-lying area in the south. Tuosu is also Mongolian, meaning "ghee".
The water of Keluk Lake is clear, the lake surface is calm, and the scenery is beautiful. The lake surface of Tosu Lake is vast, the lakeshore is open, and there is no shelter. On sunny days, the lake is vast and the water and sky are one color, which is spectacular; when the wind blows, the waves are turbulent, the waves splash, and the sound of hitting the shore is breathtaking. "
We arrived at the Koruk Lake-Tosu Lake Scenic Area in early September. The scenery of Koruk Lake is more beautiful than that of Qinghai Lake. They are two different styles. Personally, I think Qinghai Lake is more vast and shocking. The reeds next to Koruk Lake are also very beautiful to take pictures. The scenic area can be visited in about 20 minutes to half an hour. We went to the Koruk Lake-Tosu Lake Scenic Area on the way from Heimahe Township to Dachaidan Town. If you have enough time, you can go and have a look. If the schedule is tight, you can skip it.
Kelu Lake is still open, 20 yuan per person. We walked for a long time trying to reach Tuosu Lake and the alien ruins, but Tuosu Lake and the alien ruins are really closed. It is strictly forbidden to enter the Tuosu Lake Core Nature Reserve, and violators will be subject to administrative penalties. We took a dirt road called Huainuo Highway, which was not in good condition. Then we explored the Gobi landscape and Danxia scenery on the way to Tuosu Lake, which gave us the biggest surprise and beauty from Lanzhou all the way to the alpine grassland wetland.
It is definitely my favorite place on this trip. There is a Tuosu Lake, a Koruk Lake, an alien ruins and the vast surface of Mars. The ticket is only 20 yuan, which is really worth it. Apart from other things, the Tuosu Lake alone is enough to make me fall in love with it. Its water is bluer than the sky and there are few people, which is exactly what we like. At this moment, I have long forgotten what Qinghai Lake looks like!
Koruk Lake and Tosu Lake are not far apart. One is a freshwater lake and the other is a saltwater lake. One is rich in aquatic plants and abundant in hairy crabs, while the other is a vast and desolate Gobi desert. Coexisting side by side on this Martian planet, one can't help but marvel at the magic and creation of nature.
The tickets for the two lakes are combined tickets, but no one told me that Tosu Lake is protected and is not allowed to be visited. I drove more than 100 kilometers on gravel roads for nothing, which delayed me by nearly 3 hours. Fortunately, the scenery on the way was also good.
The scenic area is well equipped, and the 20 yuan ticket is acceptable. The most unexpected thing about this trip is that I saw three rainbows along the way, two of which were here, and one was so obvious that I could take a picture with my phone. When I got to the lake, one side was covered with dark clouds and the other side was clear, and the rainbow built a bridge in the middle, which made me feel very clear. It was dusk and I was quite moved. But objectively speaking, if it was normal, it would just be an ordinary lake (although it is not ordinary as a freshwater lake on the plateau), and you can go there if you have time.
Due to rain and landslides, we didn't go to the lake in the end, but the scenery along the way was also beautiful.
The lake here is clear and covered with lush reeds, and flocks of birds fly around.
When I went there, Tosu Lake and the alien ruins were closed, so I went to Koruk Lake, the ticket was 20. I didn't take a boat, and I felt there was nothing special to see.
Tuosu is Mongolian, which means "butter lake". Tuosu Lake is a typical inland saltwater lake, surrounded by vast Gobi desert, with high temperature, large evaporation of lake water, high salt content in water, and few aquatic plants and phytoplankton. Tuosu Lake has a vast lake surface and open shore, with no shelter or obstruction.
Not far from the salt lake is a lake with lush water plants, Lover's Lake.
Like the statue at the door, the two lakes have echoed each other for thousands of years, like lovers, loyal in love.
The longest time was spent by the Tosu Lake. I stayed by the lake for the whole afternoon. It was very pleasant and the scenery was beautiful. The scenic area is very large and there are relatively few public toilets, but it is said that all the necessary public service facilities are available.
The scenic spot is closed now. It is not recommended to go there. Don't waste your time.
Only the Keluko Lake is open, and the Tosu Lake is closed. The overall impression is average.
The worst scenic spot experience, no doubt about it. Unlike some friends who said that the combined ticket for the three scenic spots only allows you to see Crook Lake. (There is no standard transliteration for Crook, Keluk, and Keluk, and all three spellings can be seen in the scenic area)
Facilities: AAA-level scenic spot, the parking lot does not even have a gate, there is one person guarding the door, and one person enters after another. After the rain, more than half of the ground was flooded. The visitor center is useless, there are no staff, no hot water, and no tour guide service. The second floor of the buildings in the scenic area are all illegal temporary structures. The door of the toilet has fallen off, and there is no water in the faucet.
Landscape: The park is overgrown with weeds. Tickets are 20 yuan in the peak season and 5 yuan in the off-season. After entering, you can only move around in the 500 square meter yard and cannot go around the lake. You can only stand on the 100-meter long lakeshore to see the lake. If you want to go to other places, you can only buy a boat ticket.
There are several sheds selling specialties and snacks in the park, as well as several Mongolian tents (with "Hourly Room" written on the door)
This is the first time I give such a low rating on any platform. I bought the ticket to the Koruk Lake-Tosu Lake scenic area, but I found that there was only a small area next to the Koruk Lake (you can take a boat to stroll on the lake, but like other entertainment facilities, it is charged separately). You can't go to Tosu Lake or bird watching. You can only see the Lover's Lake, which is okay... Not to mention the alien ruins, which are not visible at all. In fact, to be fair, the scenery is okay, and I can give it three stars, but the specific experience is really terrible. When I bought the ticket, it clearly wrote two lakes on the ticket, and the staff didn't give any instructions, so I was "cheated" in. Very angry!
It is said that some people raise crabs in it, or hairy crabs. Kelu Lake is a freshwater lake, and the adjacent Tosu Lake is a saltwater lake. Although there is a river connecting them, they cannot penetrate each other and each maintains its own salinity. It is called the Lover's Lake, which is quite interesting.
It was a cloudy day with drizzle, and there were almost no people in the scenic area, giving people the feeling of a park. After driving for an hour and touring the lake for five minutes, the check-in was completed.
Kelu Lake is a three-star scenic spot with few people and decent scenery.
The development of Koruk Lake is a failure. There is nothing special about the lake. Instead, there are many decorations that inexplicably destroy the landscape. The large and small stalls in the scenic area are completely inconsistent with the natural landscape. I just took a quick look around and left.
Tosu Lake is closed, only Koruk Lake Wetland is left. The scenery is great, but you can't get close to it. The grassland next to it is great!
It felt like a place where you could buy tickets and take a boat ride, but it was not what we imagined.
Walking along the lakeside of Koruk, the scenery is more primitive than the main entrance, and I also discovered its beauty. The natural wetland made up for the regret of not seeing the bird island, and there are really many birds here.
Located 40 kilometers west of Delingha, there is a sign on the highway. Kelu Lake and Tuosu Lake are sister lakes. Tuosu Lake is not allowed to go now. There are alien ruins nearby. It's a nonsense place. We didn't go there.
Keluk Lake, ticket price is 20, boat ticket is 40. The place is very small, not interesting, and quite hot. Because there is really no place to go today, so I came here.
The scenic area is closed, but the unclosed section is enough to enjoy the water scenery, flocks of water birds and the magical aborigines.
I went there four years ago, but only went to Kolk. I still remember the mosquitoes flying around. My friends told me that Tosu Lake is quiet and beautiful. When will I go there again?
It is a place with a story, Lover's Lake. If you have time, you can go there. There are fewer people on the road, and it also has a different flavor.
The ticket is not expensive, only 20 RMB, but there are too few things to see, so it is advisable to make a short stop and rest.
The Sky Mirror will definitely exceed your aesthetic imagination.
If you drive yourself, you can continue without stopping. Although the scenery is beautiful, you have only seen Qinghai Lake after all, and there are a lot of mosquitoes.
Due to the weather, the lake was half sunny and half cloudy. Although we didn't see the blue lake reflecting the sky, it was still a unique experience.
Adult tickets are 20 yuan, and student tickets are 10 yuan. I personally think there is nothing to see, it is very ordinary, and I don’t recommend it. There is a straw field on the side of the road, and we went in to take a few photos. Although the scenery is actually very ordinary, the photos still look good~
The lake water is clear, the birds are flying, and the reeds are green. As soon as I got off the car, my mood, which had been hurt by the shattered dream of Chaka Salt Lake, instantly brightened up.
The lake is surrounded by reeds. Although it is a bit muddy due to the rainy season, it is much better than Chaka Salt Lake. At least, as long as you put on shoe covers, you can protect your shoes and you won't be in danger of falling at any time. So here, you can take a blockbuster movie.
Kelu Lake has been overdeveloped, while Tuosu Lake still maintains its original ecological scenery.
When we arrived at Koruk Lake, we did not enter through the main gate. Instead, we drove along the lakeside road, intending to reach Tosu Lake. However, we found that we could never get there. Although the lakeside road appeared to be very close to the lake on the map, in fact, there were tall reeds and other plants on the lakeside, and it was surrounded by barbed wire, so you could not get close at all.
Finally, it was getting dark and there were very few cars here, so we chose to walk into a rare small opening of Koruk Lake, which was some distance away from Tosu Lake, to take a look.
Here you can see tall reeds, people can walk in, it is a good place for taking pictures
Keluk Lake is relatively small, it is an outflow lake and a slightly brackish freshwater lake. Keluk Lake is relatively small, it is an outflow lake and a slightly brackish freshwater lake. Although this attraction is not expensive, there are a lot of mosquitoes. I am afraid that I will suck mosquitoes into my nose even when I breathe. The scenery is still very good. I recommend going there. The reed marshes next to it are very beautiful.
The ticket seller told us: Tuosu Lake and Kelu Lake are strange in that one is salty and the other is fresh. Most birds live in Kelu Lake, but the most amazing thing about Kelu Lake is probably not the birds, but the alien ruins. I had a good impression when I first saw Tuosu Lake, of course, there were few people. Only this wilderness without people can make me calm down and appreciate the beautiful scenery of water and sky. The closer we go to Tuosu Lake, the more we feel the wonder of the earth. We always believe that there must be aliens in the vast universe, and Tuosu Lake is where aliens once lived. What I like most is the reflection of the lake, like a mirror. Withered water plants are the favorite foreground for photographers. If there is no wind, we may consume a lot of shutters there. There is also an alien ruins, but we know very little about this ruins. It was the gatekeeper who said that some tour guides deceived people and deceived many tourists to a fake alien ruins, taking pictures and leaving, while the real alien ruins are in Tuosu Lake. A place with only 20 yuan ticket, but it is more worth staying than attractions like Chaka. If the weather is good, it will definitely be a blockbuster.
The scenery is very beautiful. You can see the wind blowing the grass and the cattle and sheep. The lake is very clear. It is worth a visit.
During the summer vacation of 2017, I drove along the Northwest Grand Loop. On the 6th day, I navigated directly to Tosu Lake from Delingha City. The navigation showed 69 kilometers. I did not go to Koruk Lake. The combined ticket for Koruk Lake, Tosu Lake and the Alien Ruins was 20 yuan. This was the most cost-effective scenic spot on this trip. There were few people, beautiful scenery, and the price was low. It was a great experience.
Under the bridge at the Xiade highway exit, there is a big stone with the words Delingha - Alien Ruins written on it. Many people stop there to take pictures. In fact, the real alien ruins are next to Tuosu Lake, about 30 kilometers away from this exit.
Driving from Dexiao Expressway all the way to Tuosu Lake, we first passed a wetland with beautiful scenery. There were few cars on the road, and it felt like a private place. Although the journey was a bit far, it was worth going. Driving along the lake, there was the desert Gobi on the left and the clear blue lake on the right. The scenery was magnificent and beautiful. Tuosu Lake was so beautiful, with blue sky and white clouds reflected in the lake. It was so quiet that only the sound of the lake hitting the shore could be heard. It was so beautiful that I didn't want to leave. Since I still had to travel more than 200 kilometers to Yuka, I had to leave reluctantly.
From Da Qaidam to the east, about 30 kilometers away from Delingha, you will find Kruk Lake and Tuosu Lake. "Kruk" is Mongolian, meaning "a place with lush water and grass." Located in the eastern part of the Qaidam Basin, it is a slightly brackish freshwater lake with clear water and a calm surface.
There are few people, and the lake was not yet developed when I went there. The lake is big and beautiful, and it is worth a visit~
At the end of August 2017, I passed by here from Dunhuang last year. There was a sign saying "Alien Ruins". I was curious so I went in to take a look. No tickets are required. You can drive in directly after getting off the Dexiao Expressway. You have to drive more than 10 kilometers. The scenery is beautiful, but there are too many mosquitoes. It's unimaginable. No wonder it is called the Alien Ruins. I suspect it was brought by aliens.
A combined ticket for the three attractions of Koruk Lake, Tosu Lake and the Alien Ruins is sold for 20 yuan per person, and you can also drive in by car.
It is amazing to have two lakes like this in the vast Gobi Desert. The two lakes, Koruk Lake and Tuosu Lake, are one fresh and one salty, with different scenery and not many tourists. When we went there, there were reeds and gulls on Koruk Lake and wild ducks on Tuosu Lake. There are several earthen hills where you can climb and see far. We also saw flamingos, which are worth several times the ticket price. Tuosu Lake is very beautiful and there are few people, but there are many mosquitoes and flying insects. One section of the washboard road is about 9 kilometers, which makes you doubt your life. The speed does not exceed 20km/h, but it is still worth it for the scenic spot itself.
On the Huaitoutala grassland, about 50 kilometers from Delingha, there are two beautiful and tranquil lakes, one large and one small, one salty and one fresh, named Keluk Lake and Tuosu Lake. They are like two huge, shining mirrors, inlaid between the vast Gobi Desert and the vast grassland. Although Keluk Lake and Tuosu Lake are very close to each other and have the same ecological environment and history of change, their postures, styles and personalities are very different. Keluk Lake (Keluk Nur) is Mongolian, meaning "grassy Stipa beach", and some people say it is "a place with lush water and grass". Tuosu is Mongolian, which means "butter lake". The area of Tuosu Lake is more than three times larger than that of Keluk Lake, about 180 square kilometers. It is a typical plateau inland lake, with salt crusts on its lakeside and endless Gobi Desert around it. The ticket for Lover's Lake is 20 yuan. Only by coming to the lakeside of these two plateau pearls can you truly see the purest plateau natural scenery!
We went to Chaka in the morning, but the weather was bad and we didn't see the reflection. We were disappointed. But we went to Crook Lake in the afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. The sun was out. There were reeds on both sides of the lake. We could take a boat through the reeds. It was very beautiful. There is also a beautiful legend about Crook Lake, which is the origin of its name. I won't spoil it. It's better to find out for yourself.
When we arrived at the Tosu Lake area,
Some photographers have already climbed on top of their cars to take pictures of the colorful clouds before sunrise.
While driving, Old Ji looked to the side of the car to check for changes in the weather.
We found the nearest opening to the lake and quickly asked everyone to get off and take some photos. In the morning light, Tosu Lake was surrounded by a large area of reeds.
The water is calm, peaceful and beautiful.
The occasional startled birds bring life to the dormant Tosu Lake.
The temperature is very low, my hands and feet are freezing cold.
But watching the sun slowly rise from the valley,
From red to yellow to golden light,
Sigh the gentleness of the lake,
Admire the magnificence of the sunrise.
Kelu Lake is really beautiful. Inadvertently, a series of ink paintings appear before your eyes. There are many styles in the same lens, and it is so beautiful!
Be sure to go around the lake to see the scenery, there are different attractions and beauty from different perspectives.
I saw it at the entrance of the scenic spot, it was just average, but it is said that it is very good to walk inside
Walking along the scenic road through the golden reeds by the lake toward the alien ruins, the water of Keluk Lake is clear and blue, with artificial bird nests scattered on the water. Various birds are flying up and down, forming a colorful and charming picture with the red saltwort, white sheep and brown distant mountains. After turning into Tuosu Lake, the left side is full of magnificent Yadan landforms, and the right side is full of mist and waves, with the water and sky in one color. You can even see several water Yadans in the distance!
