I went to Cuihua Mountain on 20190416. The season was just right. It cost 165 yuan for two people in one car. I drove the car to the parking lot of Tianchi Scenic Area. It was very convenient. It was about 1,100 meters above sea level. This place is suitable for older people because the car can be driven to the edge of Tianchi. You can visit Shanbeng, Tianchi, and Yifangyun. It is recommended to stay at Tianchi Farmhouse for one night.

Cuihua Mountain was originally named Taiyi Mountain. The scenic area consists of three parts: Bishan Lake Scenic Area, Tianchi Scenic Area and Shanbengshihai Scenic Area. Cuihua Mountain Scenic Area is located at the northern foot of Qinling Mountains, 20 kilometers south of Xi'an, with an area of 32 square kilometers.

However, the prices of Xi'an scenic spots are controlled within an acceptable range for me. There are supply points, and the most expensive mineral water is 5 yuan/bottle.

Things to note at the mountain gate 1. When you are close to the mountain gate, the mobile phone signal is not very good. It is cheaper to buy tickets online (China-TravelNote can be used), so be prepared in advance. After success, a verification code will be sent to you by SMS, and you can get the ticket with the code. 2. Look carefully in the hut where you exchange paper tickets. There is a small sign that allows you to scan the code to download the Cuihua Mountain map (the picture below is edited by me). This is quite necessary. After entering the mountain, the map on the back of the paper ticket and the map on most of the signboards in the mountain can only be said to be too willful.

What attracts me most about Cuihua Mountain is the more than 500-meter-long slide, which is located near the top of the mountain on the branch line. Unless you are willing to slide down and then climb up again, you can't walk on the road without the branch line.

Cuihua Mountain Scenic Area covers a large area and consists of three parts: Bishan Lake Scenic Area, Tianchi Scenic Area and Shanbengshihai Scenic Area. I went to the National Geopark. This route is relatively flat and suitable for the whole family. Because most of the steps are stone steps, baby strollers cannot be pushed. The National Geopark is roughly circular. If you don't visit Taiyi Palace, you can go down the mountain to Tianchi after seeing the ice cave and wind cave and taking a rest (real hikers start to climb the mountain from the ice cave and wind cave...). Tianchi is not far from the parking lot. If you start from downtown Xi'an, you can take bus No. 905 or Line 2 of the Huanshan Tourism. The official ticket price is 70 yuan per person, and it will be cheaper if you buy it online. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the parking lot to the gate of the scenic area. Self-driving tourists can drive into the scenic area, and they need to pay an additional fee in addition to the ticket. After entering the scenic area, you can choose to take a sightseeing bus or hike. The sightseeing bus can go directly to the Tianchi Scenic Area. The one-way ticket is 20 yuan per person. Buy tickets on the bus. Self-driving tourists can also drive directly to Tianchi. I climbed up by myself, and took the Eighteen Bends Road, which is a stone step and a continuous uphill. It took more than an hour to get to Tianchi. There were pavilions for people to rest from time to time along the way. You can overlook the entire mountain from a high place, which is lush and green. When you see a big welcoming pine and a stone tablet of Cuihua Mountain, congratulations on finally reaching Tianchi.

Climbed to the top of a small hill, and then followed the road signs to Tianchi. Tianchi is still very beautiful. In early spring, the trees by the pool have small buds. We rowed a boat, 80 for four people, 20 for one person, and it took 30 minutes to row. The lake is not big, 30 minutes is enough to enjoy two circles, very pleasant. After the lake tour, we thought we would just go down the mountain. If it weren't for a friend who saw Taiyi Zhenren on the Internet, we wouldn't have continued to climb up. Later we found that Tianchi was just the starting point. Most people who drove here drove to the parking lot here and started to climb up. Then we spent a short period of time leisurely climbing the mountain, taking pictures, and passing through the ice wind cave. The wind cave was okay, and there was still snow and ice in the ice cave that could not be melted.

It is recommended to go in autumn. The mountains are colorful and the scenery is even more colorful. People with good physical strength can climb the whole mountain. It takes about one to two hours to reach the top of the mountain. There is a steep road of nearly 70 degrees. The scale is not too large and the difficulty is three stars. Tianchi is very comfortable, and you can enjoy the breeze and row a boat.

Recommended, it's off-season at the end of February, not many people and very comfortable, the scenery is good, the ice cave and wind tunnel are fun. The only complaint is that the toilets on the mountain are closed during the off-season.

There was a house next to it, and it seemed that a figure was swaying. I rushed in quickly, and when I entered the door, I glanced at the lintel, which said "Staff Canteen". After the noodles came, I ignored my calmness and ate them in ten minutes. Have instant noodles ever tasted so good? After I was done, I asked the young man about the route. He did not recommend continuing to go up after two o'clock in the afternoon. Ganqiuchi can be visited, but you have to come back early. If you want to go to the main peak of Zhongnan Mountain, it will take at least nine hours to go back and forth. I was immediately scared to death, so I just went to Ganqiuchi. By the way, I replenished some water and continued on my way.

I went there for the fame of Mount Zhongnan. I wanted to climb to the Qinling Meadow, but the weather was not good. It was raining and foggy. I only climbed to Ganqiu Pond. The mist was steaming, and it was a paradise on earth. The steps were difficult to climb. My legs were shaking when I came down.

Maybe because of the Qingming Festival, there are so many people visiting Cuihua Mountain today~~! After squeezing on the bus all the way (there is only bus No. 905 to Cuihua Mountain), we finally arrived at our destination.
