The process of climbing Mount Li was very frustrating. Just talking about the cableway, the place where the cableway goes up the mountain is actually outside the Huaqing Palace scenic area. After getting off the cableway, all kinds of aunties came to sell electric car sightseeing. After telling tourists not to take the electric car, they actually directed the wrong road to go down the mountain, pointing to a road that does not pass any scenic spots. It is also very speechless. The management of the scenic area is chaotic. Follow the map to navigate to the attractions you want to go, and arrange the order, which is fine. There is no need for an electric car at all. Be sure to pay attention to the signposts on the way down the mountain, otherwise you will really cry. The entire area of the Lianlishu scenic spot is closed due to archaeological issues. The map has not been updated yet, so you must pay attention. It took us two young people more than two hours to go up the cable car and walk down, so if you want to climb up and down by yourself, you need to set aside a whole day. It is not recommended to go up the mountain for the first time in Xi'an, and you don’t have to spend money on the cable car. Just buy a ticket and visit Huaqing Palace directly. over

I decided to take photos of the sunset at Mount Li, so I took my gear and set off. The entrance to the winding road at Mount Li is easy to find. Navigate to Mudan Road (Huaqing Road) and walk along this road. I arrived a little early, and it was a very backlit time, so no matter how I took the photos, they were not good.

After waiting for an entire afternoon, I felt that there wasn't a lot of traffic, so I was a little nervous. What if there were no cars at night? As it got darker, I started waiting for a car. At first, there were a few cars, so I was a little worried, but fortunately, there were more cars later, and I was able to take some satisfactory photos.

Mount Li is located in Lintong District, Xi'an, adjacent to Huaqing Pool. It is an important part of Huaqing Palace Scenic Area. Now the two scenic spots have been merged. Mount Li is lush with trees, with many cultural relics and beautiful natural scenery. It has been a tourist attraction since ancient times. The mountain is divided into East and West Xiuling. West Xiuling concentrates most of the scenic spots of Mount Li, including the "beacon tower" where the beacon fire was used to play with the princes and the "Bingjian Pavilion" in the Xi'an Incident.

Unlike the Huaqing Palace, which is the "Eternal Sorrow" at the foot of the mountain, Mount Li is as high-pitched and powerful as the Qin Opera, and is more "interesting". This place condenses the blood and tears of modern China. In 1901, the Eight-Power Allied Forces invaded China, and Cixi fled with Guangxu in a hurry. This became their "victorious" palace, and the Qing Dynasty was able to continue its lingering rule. More than 30 years later in the Republic of China, the Xi'an Incident, which shocked China and the world, forced the 50-year-old Chiang Kai-shek to cross mountains and ridges and drill into the cracks between the rocks. Although it contributed to the united front, the naive young marshal Zhang Xueliang actually played a "catch and release Chiang" and gave up his freedom for the rest of his life.

There are so many temples here, it's good to walk around, whether for appreciation or religious belief. There is a very beautiful temple with a large stele in front, and the whole city of Xi'an can be seen from the back.

Laomu Temple is the only Lishan scenic spot whose name I remember. I like the narrow path with carved white jade railings.

Now the new bluestone steps are smooth and stable, but the mountain road used to be basically a path trampled out by foot. It only took Chiang Kai-shek half an hour to run from the bottom of the mountain to here.

Because we took a car to the middle of the mountain... and then we climbed a few steps to reach our destination. It's great to have money.

The tour guide did not recommend us to continue climbing up to the beacon tower, saying that there was nothing to see. In other words, we only visited one place in Mount Li...

Whenever the sun sets, Mount Li is reflected in the golden sunset glow, and the scenery is particularly beautiful. This is the "Sunset on Mount Li", one of the "Eight Scenic Spots of Guanzhong".

Mount Li is a famous place for enjoying autumn in Lintong. This time I came when the grass and trees around Mount Li were gradually turning yellow. The red and yellow vegetation were intertwined among the green mountains, which was as beautiful as brocade and very beautiful.

Mount Li has beautiful natural scenery and numerous cultural relics and historical sites, including the Beacon Tower, Laomu Temple, Laojun Temple, Wanzhao Pavilion, Bingjian Pavilion, Shangshan Lake, Qixi Bridge, Shangde Garden, Yuxian Bridge, Sanyuan Cave and many other famous attractions.

Mount Li and the Huaqing Palace scenic area at the foot of the mountain are integrated, and you can visit them together after purchasing tickets. There are many ways to visit Mount Li, depending on the personal preferences and physical strength of the visitors. My friend and I had limited time, so we decided to take the cable car to the middle of the mountain before continuing our tour.

The top of Mount Li is the first peak of Xixiuling Mountain and the commanding height nearby. From there, you can have a panoramic view of the city of Lintong. It has also been an important military location since ancient times.

The scenery of the mountains in the north in autumn is not as good as that in spring and summer. However, Mount Li is still green and colorful, and with the ancient buildings looming in the mountains, it is quite poetic and picturesque. When the weather is good, you can see hundreds of miles away.

There is a Mazu Temple on Mount Li, you can go and worship. On the opposite mountain top is the famous beacon tower where King You of Zhou played tricks on the princes with beacons. It was destroyed in modern times. It seems that there is a ruin from the past.

I went in the wrong season, it was winter. If it was summer, the scenery would be beautiful.

Although the ticket to Huaqing Palace is expensive, it includes the ticket to Mount Li. If you don't climb it, it will be a waste of money. Mount Li is not high. It takes more than 2 hours to hike up and down. When the weather is good, you can see everything below the mountain. When the weather is bad, it is like a fairyland. The road to the top of the beacon tower is quite steep. Perseverance is victory.

Mount Li is a bit far from the city, and it takes about two hours to go there by yourself. It is not recommended to join a tour group, because if you join a tour group, you will have little time to play, and it will take more than an hour to climb the mountain. It is actually okay to walk around slowly, but the environment was indeed a bit bleak when I went there in winter.

The pine trees on Mount Li are the kind used for Christmas decorations. If you look closely, you will find that the snowflake-shaped pine leaves are very beautiful.

Climbing Mount Lishan takes about an hour, and girls may need a little more than an hour. I feel that there is no need to take the cable car. We can reach the top in no time while chatting.

Last time I gave up the trip to Mount Li due to time constraints, so this time I must go up. There is a sightseeing bus stop at the foot of Mount Li. I strongly recommend buying a half-trip ticket. If you just want to see the Bingjian Pavilion, you can buy a round-trip ticket. If you want to go up to Mount Li, just take the half-trip ticket, and you can take the cable car down later.

Continue to go up from Bingjianting. There are many forks in the road. You must bring a map and go straight up to the Laomu Temple and other palaces.

I could have taken the cable car down, but there was a strong wind and even the cable car stopped working, so I had to find a private car to go down the mountain. The price of a private car is much cheaper than the cable car, but it is indeed less fun. The speed difference between the two methods is not much. Unfortunately, after getting off the car, I did not reach the boarding point directly, and I had to walk along the road to the original getting off point.

The package ticket for Huaqing Palace and Mount Li is 150 yuan, but most tourists turn around at Bingjian Pavilion.

Huaqing Pool in Mount Li is just a place to tell stories. If you are short on time, you can go there quickly.

I went to Xi'an in May and felt the sky was gray, even though it was sunny.

When you enter the square, you will see a stone tablet with the words "Huaqing Palace". The mountain behind Huaqing Palace is Mount Li.

The Lishan Scenic Area consists of two parts: Huaqing Pool and Lishan. Huaqing Pool Hot Spring is very famous.

Mount Li is a branch of the Qinling Mountains, with beautiful scenery. Mount Li's sunset is one of the eight scenic spots in Guanzhong. There is a peak fire tower on Mount Li, and Huaqing Pool is at the foot of Mount Li. The Xi'an Incident also took place here. The only bad thing is that since Huaqing Pool and Mount Li are two scenic spots, the Xi'an Incident site area is also divided into two parts: Wujian Hall and Bingjian Pavilion. Bingjian Pavilion and Chiang Kai-shek's hiding place are in Mount Li, and it is recommended to visit them together with Huaqing Pool. The old mother is the main god of Mount Li. That is Nuwa, so many people go to Mount Li every year to pray for children.

Mount Li has evolved into a patriotic education base. Several bullet holes are embedded there, which truly reflect the situation of the Xi'an Incident and leave it for future generations to talk about. I watched the Xi'an Incident performance. It cost 160 yuan. There was no such passionate interaction between the actors and tourists as the tour guide said. Maybe the actors were tired of acting.

I heard that the Eight Scenic Spots of Guanzhong include the sunset view of Mount Li, where the setting sun casts golden light and the mountains are as dark as ink. Huaqing Palace is a favorite place of emperors of all dynasties. The beacon tower where King You of Zhou played tricks on the princes for Bao Si was built on the mountain. If you have enough time, it is recommended to climb the mountain to enjoy the best viewing angle.

Personally, I think if friends are planning to go to Huashan the next day, then there is absolutely no need to climb Mount Li that day. First, it is a waste of time and energy. There is really nothing to see on Mount Li. It is not beautiful. It is just a place to climb and exercise. Except for the fact that after the first shot of the Xi'an Incident was fired, Chiang Kai-shek fled from his residence in the Five-Room Hall of Huaqing Palace at the foot of the mountain and hid on Mount Li. You can go to see his hiding place. Otherwise, my boyfriend and I really think that it is unnecessary to climb Mount Li. It will delay the time to see the Terracotta Warriors. But if you are not in a hurry, you can still climb it. After all, you are here. But don't have any expectations for the scenery of Mount Li.

When we were preparing to climb Mount Li, there was a drizzle in the sky, as if it was also praising the former glory and desolation of this place. In the long river of history, everything is just a drop in the ocean. Mount Li was once the place where Nuwa repaired the sky. The most famous is the Old Mother of Mount Li. The locals believe in the Old Mother of Mount Li. Every year on the 15th day of the sixth lunar month, pilgrims come here from all over to worship and pray!

Why not go up the mountain and see the eighteen bends on the mountain road?

If you want to climb Mount Li, you don't need to take the cable car. You can take the electric car to go up part of the way, and then climb by yourself. When you are tired, you can return to the original place to rest. The round trip by electric car is 20 yuan.

The scenery of Mount Li is nice, but unfortunately I didn't get to the top due to the short time. The small garden built by Empress Dowager Cixi when she fled west is nice, and the name Bingjian Pavilion is a good one.

After visiting Huaqing Palace, we went straight up the mountain. Before we reached the top, we came down to the place where Chiang Kai-shek was captured. The scenery was really nice and you could see the foot of the mountain.

Mount Li is not very high, but there are cable cars available. There are several scenic spots, the most famous of which are the Beacon Tower and the Bingjian Pavilion. The scenery is actually quite good when you look down from the top of the mountain. Mount Li is considered part of the Huaqing Palace. When you come down from the mountain, you will reach the Huaqing Palace.

The mountain is dotted with cultural relics and historical sites, which are relatively scattered, so you need to take the scenic area's tour bus to see them.

It was rainy and the temperature was about 10 degrees. Taking the cable car up, you can see the misty Mount Li and enjoy its beauty comfortably. It is said that the story of King You of Zhou playing tricks on the princes with beacons took place on the top of the mountain.

1. It is true that King You of Zhou set fire to the beacon tower to amuse the princes, but the beacon tower on Mount Li is not what it used to be. Whether it is worthwhile to hike for more than an hour to see the beacon tower and talk about the past is a matter of opinion.

2. I think you can visit the Old Mother Palace or not, and you can save the 60 yuan cable car fee. What's more, you are "forced" to take photos when you go up the mountain, and you are sold photos when you go down the mountain. I don't like this kind of commercialization!

3. The live-action drama "Song of Everlasting Sorrow" is worth watching, but I missed it. I think the "Five Rooms" are worth seeing in Huaqing Palace. As for the bathing pools of Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei, it's okay to see them, but it's hard to imagine that the concubine would be like a lotus emerging from the water after bathing. The bathing pool is too ordinary.

Huaqing Palace & Mount Li: Now these two attractions are combined, so the ticket also includes Mount Li. Due to limited time, we only climbed to the Lianli Tree at Mount Li, and had to give up because it was still a long way from the end.

There is a Taoist temple on Mount Li, and a palace for the goddess Nuwa, both of which are still under construction, painted, etc., together with the Huaqing Palace, which has nothing to see. The tickets are very expensive, plus the cable car, it's really a joke.

Just buy tickets for the evening performance of Song of Everlasting Regret. It is definitely worth seeing!

There is nothing to climb on Mount Li. There are many rest areas along the way, all of which sell food, which is very unsightly. Of course, the environment is still very good, suitable for physical exercise, but not for sightseeing. Note: If you go to Huaqing Palace first, then don't buy pomegranates on Mount Li, because there are more and cheaper ones at the Terracotta Warriors.

Obviously, the entrance is quite congested. As you go up slowly, the traffic gradually disperses, until you reach the middle of the mountain, the traffic volume decreases significantly.

The cable car is not cheap, but you have to experience it. You can see the whole view from the cable car! Don't go when there are many people, otherwise you will be waiting for death. We went during the Spring Festival. Haha

On the second day, I took the cable car directly to the Laomu Temple, and then climbed the mountain directly to the highest beacon tower!

The history, culture and humanity of Mount Li are all there, it is worth a visit, especially if you climb to the top of the mountain.

Mount Li is just behind my boyfriend's Xi'an University of Science and Technology. We didn't go to Mount Huashan because we were short on time (ps: mainly because I'm really afraid of heights... and really lazy...). You can use any of these words, such as beautiful scenery, birds singing, flowers blooming, and picturesque mountains and clear waters, to describe it. Mount Li is worthy of all these, haha~~

Now Mount Li and Huaqing Hot Spring have a single ticket system, so there is no need to buy tickets.

Every time I go hiking it’s always cold and rainy! But the best part was when I encountered the first snow in 2017 at Mount Li!

This is an attraction included in the package. The Lishan cableway is faster and saves time. The tour guide said that there are only a few more pavilions to see when climbing up the mountain. There are not many attractions, so taking the cableway is more time-saving. I took the cableway up the mountain and saw a few pavilions, which can be regarded as an attraction.

Mount Li has many stories and the scenery is also unique. The Feng Shui pattern is the best choice. There are many scenic spots with stories such as Huaqing Palace and Bingjian Pavilion.

There are too many people, but I am still in a good mood. It is worth a visit.

Huaqing Palace is backed by Mount Li. Tickets to Huaqing Palace can be used to go to Mount Li. After liberation, it was renamed "Bing Jian Pavilion" in order to ease cross-strait relations. It only takes more than 20 minutes to walk up. Another historically significant attraction is the beacon tower on the top of Mount Li. The historical allusion of "Bao Si lost the world with a smile, and King You set off beacons to tease the princes" happened here. The hiking place is at Zhaoyang Gate on the other side of Wujian Hall. To take the cable car, you have to leave Huaqing Palace first and go up the mountain at the easternmost side outside the palace gate. However, the cable car does not reach the top of the mountain. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the beacon tower. Tickets for Huaqing Palace can be entered twice on the same day.

The scenery on Mount Li is undoubtedly different from that on ordinary hills. There is a beacon tower on it, which attracted me a lot, but I got a headache when I thought of the 2,700 steps. Fortunately, there was a horse team that could go up. They took the small path of that year, which was very fast and the cost was acceptable. A horse costs 80 for a round trip. If you want to gallop on horseback, you can add another 20. The view from the beacon tower is very good. The story of King You of Zhou and Bao Si took place here. It has great educational significance for children. The horse team is operating legally, so you can rest assured.

Mount Li and Huaqing Pool belong to the same scenic area, with one ticket. The scenery on the mountain is quite good and the whole city is very spectacular. You can take the cable car to the middle of the mountain and then walk up the mountain. There is a beacon tower on the mountain from which you can see far away.

Mount Li is already included in the Huaqing Hot Spring Scenic Area. If you have plenty of time, you can walk up the mountain to have a look. If you are short on time, it is recommended to take the cable car directly up and down the mountain at Huaqing Palace.

Along the way, the Bingjian Pavilion, Beacon Tower, etc. are all scenic spots with profound history behind them. The dusk of Mount Li is even more charming, and the sunset of Mount Li is one of the eight scenic spots in Guanzhong. But the disadvantage is that the scenic spots on the mountain are relatively scattered, and it takes at least several hours to walk through the entire Mount Li.

In my opinion, the only attractions worth visiting in Xi'an are the Terracotta Warriors and Mount Li. If you are interested, you can visit them.
