I went there several times, and the places that charge fees are actually not worth seeing, especially Chang'an Tower, which can only be seen from a distance but not up close. There is nothing there. However, the natural scenery inside is good and worth visiting. If you visit it carefully, you can visit it for several hours.

You can take buses 47, 233, 262, 301, etc. from downtown Xi'an, but if you don't start from the eastern suburbs, it will probably take a long time.

If you go up to the Chang'an Tower, you can take the elevator to the 11th floor, but if you go downstairs, there is no elevator, and you need to walk downstairs by yourself.

To be honest, there is nothing to see in the World Horticultural Exposition in Xi'an. It is much more beautiful at night with bright lights. It is too big to visit in one day. I was advised to follow our example and queue after 6:30 in the evening. We got in after half an hour, but I felt that the Creative Pavilion was not shocking enough.
