🐟There are four venues in total, Polar Pavilion, Deep Sea Fantasy, Happy Theater and 5D Pavilion. I bought tickets for all four venues, but the Happy Theater only opened the second show at 4:30, so I had to give up. If you buy tickets for all four venues, the ticket price is about 200 yuan, but it is enough to just go to the Polar Pavilion and Deep Sea Fantasy. I didn't go to the Happy Theater, but the 5D Pavilion is really a rip-off~ It's a place to watch cartoons.

🐬Just caught up with the start of the Polar Pavilion dolphin show for 10 minutes. There are two dolphin shows a day, at 11 am and 4 pm. You need to check the guide in advance.

🐬Dolphins are really smart animals, lively and cute.

🐻Polar bears can stretch their limbs for more than two meters, but they can only move around in small man-made glass pavilions. However, compared to polar bears that are dying of exhaustion, drowning, and starvation in the sea due to global warming and melting glaciers, losing their freedom and living in peace seems to be the least bad choice.

🐟The most beautiful jellyfish in the aquarium changes color at will under the light, stretches freely, is crystal clear, floats freely, is elegant and leisurely, and is a bit like a cell. Although it is trapped in a glass box, it is better than being made into cold jellyfish skin.

🎫Book a ticket online, it's much cheaper than going directly to the ticket office at the park gate. Scan the QR code on your phone when entering. The beluga whale is really friendly and has the potential to be a star. Every time I see a penguin doll, I want to take it away. Many small attractions have separate petting/feeding projects. There are also many small pets for sale that can be taken away.

🎶The entire tour of the Polar Museum is designed around several large swimming pools in the museum. You can see dolphins, sea lions, beluga whales, etc. in the pools on the upper and lower two or three floors.

🍦There are many snack stalls in the Polar Pavilion, but the variety is not too much and it doesn't look very tempting. But you can try the ice cream cone, which tastes a bit like Hokkaido ice cream, with a strong milky flavor (it's a bit melting, so you need to wipe your mouth with a tissue in time). Eat milk fish, which looks similar to koi, but you can feed them directly with a small bottle.

❤I like Viking pirate ships. I remember the roughness of Viking pirates after watching the cartoons "Ronal the Barbarian" and "Pirates of the Caribbean" series. It is definitely more fun to visit scenic spots with an adventurous mood. The performance of Qingdao Polar Ocean World is enough to watch only this one. It is better than the performances of Beijing Zoo/Aquarium and most of the similar theme parks at home and abroad. Many people say that this is animal abuse, but what I saw was the most touching tacit understanding and emotion between the trainer and the beluga/killer whale/dolphin. It was a great performance. After watching the performance, I went to the other two venues included in the package. After watching the three venues, I can say responsibly that the last two are theaters and fantasy, and there is no need to spend money to see them. The only thing worth taking a picture of is the beautiful jellyfish. Dangerous and charming.

I hope that the friends who go there will read my review carefully.

If you can go to other ocean parks or have been to other ocean parks, it is not recommended to come here

1. The design is very unreasonable. For example, after watching the seal show and visiting Deep Sea Fantasy, you can go up the stairs on the left and return to the main entrance, but you have to go around a big circle on the right to go out. The point is that if you buy a combined ticket, you have to go around twice. It is very unreasonable. The children are already very tired and they have to go around in circles.

2. The largest polar pavilion is also very unreasonable. I always feel that there are many small stalls around the circle. It feels like it is designed to take care of the small stalls.

3. I looked at the performance time. Picture 1 clearly showed 13:30. I asked the staff and they said it was wrong. It was the weekend schedule (very basic mistake).

4. Many small fish are so tall that you can't even see them. You need to be held by an adult the whole time. This is not reasonable. It's a place for children to play.

5. The venue is not very big and each venue has separate ticket checking and there are many people checking tickets.

6. The price on the vending machine label does not match the actual charge (first time I have encountered this situation)

7. The environment was dirty and smelly. I didn't go to the toilet until I went to a coffee shop to drink coffee.

7 I bought a 5d ticket but I kept queuing so I didn’t make it.

In summary, it is not recommended to go

By Dan |

I bought the tickets at 10:08 in the morning and finished visiting the four venues at 2:30 in the afternoon, during which I spent an hour eating lunch.

The performances at the Polar Pavilion and the Happy Theater were great and very touching. I hope humans and marine life will always live in harmony!

By Xu Lijing |

There are four pavilions in the Ocean Park. We bought a combined ticket for the Polar Pavilion, Deep Sea Fantasy, and Happy Theater. The Polar Pavilion has the most animals and the most abundant performances. Since we went late and did not arrange the time well, we only saw two of the performances. "The Love of White Whale" was particularly shocking and was also the coolest part of this area. The white whale is also called the canary in the sea. The keeper led the white whale, and the two white whales faced each other and made a big heart. "Whale and Dolphin Battle" is an indispensable big performance in the polar regions. The singing and dancing white whales and the jumping dolphins appeared one after another, bringing us a wonderful duel, which stunned Doudou.

By Qu Bingjian |

The overall playability is good! 1. Polar Museum

The museum has most of the underwater creatures, including polar bears, whales 🐳, penguins 🐧, etc., and offers projects such as taking photos with penguins

2. Happy Theater

Animal performances, including sea lions and seals. I am quite averse to animal performances, so I spent most of the time with my friends playing with my phone and organizing photos!

3. Deep Sea Fantasy

Highly recommended! There are many underwater creatures in it, mainly small fish and shrimps! It also contains a jellyfish museum, which is really beautiful no matter how you take pictures! The clownfish is also very beautiful!

4.5D Experience Hall (dissuaded)

I don't want to go there! The 5D experience center is too childish. I queued for an hour and only left after sitting for five minutes!

The Mandarin version of the animated film Robinson Crusoe was played in the venue! I personally doubt whether the copyright was purchased!

By road |

Because there were too many people, we entered very late. When we were ready to check our tickets, I asked my mother: "Mom, why don't you have a ticket?" My mother said: "Because you can buy tickets with your mobile phone, you can enter the park by scanning the QR code. This made me feel that the Internet technology is so advanced now. You don't need to buy tickets from the ticket office, you can buy them directly with your mobile phone. When you are ready to check your tickets, you just put your mobile phone on the machine and scan it with the machine."

After we entered, we saw a whale and dolphin show, so we walked in. First, there was a beluga whale and his female keeper performing with various moves. Sometimes the female keeper stood on the beluga whale's head. Sometimes, the beluga whale would interact with us and spit water at us.

After a while, I saw a magical scene: a fantasy cave. After entering, there was a large rotating screen that would make you dizzy and eventually create an illusion that you were spinning in circles.

Haha, but this small tunnel costs 10 yuan per person, which seems like a rip-off. The most impressive thing was the whale-dolphin battle in the Polar Museum!

Finally, Qingdao Polar Haichang Ocean Park is just crowded with people! I feel it is not perfect!

By Xiaoyingzi |

Haichang in Qingdao has four pavilions. I think the 5D one is really boring. It is better to buy three pavilions. Ah Meng and grandma bought preferential tickets (170 for the fourth pavilion and 140 for the third pavilion). The price is the same when buying on site. I bought adult tickets online, which is cheaper. The most worthwhile pavilion is the Polar Pavilion, which is the largest pavilion. You must follow the route when entering the pavilion. Don't go straight to the dolphin show, because the performance venue is at the exit and you can't go back after watching it. There will be some small performances in the middle, including Vikings dancing hot dances, but we didn't watch them. We have been to many oceanariums, including those in Dalian, Harbin, and Hong Kong. This one in Qingdao is only a little bigger than Harbin, but such a large venue is occupied by vendors. The animals are really not as rich as those in the oceanariums in those places, and they are basically sleeping. The performance is much worse than that of other oceanariums.

By China-TravelNote users |

I have been to Nanjing Underwater World, Shanghai Ocean Museum, Wuhu Beluga Museum and many other underwater worlds. I don't know if it was because I was too fascinated by the Qingdao one or for some other reason, but the experience of the whole park was very bad. The Century Mandarin Hotel we specially chose is very close to the Ocean Park, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the venue.

We bought tickets in advance through Fliggy. As long as you use the APP to buy tickets, you can enter the park directly with the QR code. This is a thumbs up.

The nightmare began as soon as we entered the park.

There are only guide machines near the Polar Pavilion and the Penguin Pavilion (on the first floor of the pavilion). The only clear information on the machine is the route, and the other information is basically a scam. All the performances do not clearly state what performances will be held at what time and where. I asked countless people and only got a schedule (as shown below) but could not find the performance location. Along the way, a staff member said that there would be a white whale show at 9:40 (we entered the park at 9 o'clock). We hurried along the way, asked about the performance location, and walked all the way. When we arrived at the performance location, we found that it was already the exit, which resulted in us only spending 1 hour to visit the largest pavilion!

So friends who are going later, please pay attention to the following points

1. The Polar Pavilion is the main pavilion and you can enter the park at 9 o'clock. The biggest show is the whale show at the exit of the venue (since the entire venue is a one-way tour, you can watch every place and then go down, otherwise you will miss it and can't turn back)

2. Each small venue, such as the penguin pavilion, has a feeding show (since all feeding times conflict, it is recommended to choose a shark feeding to see more enjoyable)

3. The Happy Theater is where you can choose to watch the sea lion show according to the performance schedule. There are many shows a day, and the last one is at 17:30.

4. The Deep Sea Theater is a museum of small marine life such as jellyfish. I personally recommend choosing between Happy and Deep Sea because they are on the upper and lower floors of a building. Every time after watching a museum, you have to go around a large commercial area to get back to the original route, which is really frustrating.

5. For those who can hold on, it is best to buy food and water after leaving the Polar Museum. There is a long staircase right below the Polar Museum that leads to the beach. The food and water there are half as cheap as those within the museum.

6. I bought a package ticket for all three museums and played for 3 hours (enter the park at 9 am and end at 12 pm. We brought two children with us, so we had plenty of time to arrange other attractions according to our needs)

By Wings of Ease |

I bought the ticket. Congratulations, the child is 1.25 meters tall, and the 110 yuan children's ticket is safe to use. Scanning the QR code is convenient, but the result of swiping the phone is that there is no paper ticket to collect.

The show was a whale show, but I didn't feel happy after watching it, just a sense of déjà vu. It was not the peak of summer vacation, so the venue was not packed, there was no embarrassment of crowds and sweat, and I could observe polar animals and swaying jellyfish.

The commercial atmosphere is really strong. The ticket price for adults is nearly 200 yuan. After entering, they still sell all kinds of fish food.

By Lu |

I highly recommend going when there are fewer people, and it's best to go early to get a good seat for the show. This is definitely one of the better aquariums in China.

By China-TravelNote users |

🕳️It’s also an oceanarium, but I’m afraid of the comparison, and the crowd control is also a mess

By Photographer [Fourth Brother] |

The price/performance ratio is good and acceptable. I suggest you go and have a look.

By Master Mi Li |

It is N times larger than some Haichang Polar Worlds in the mainland. You can go to the beach when you come out, so you can enjoy the scenery and take your kids with you.

By Nie |

After graduating from high school, I went on a graduation trip with my best friend. The Polar Oceanarium in Qingdao was the most beautiful one I can remember.

By lemon |

There were so many people inside, the ticket cost more than 200 yuan, and the performance was also very shocking.

By pick up |

Basically you can see everything you need, but there are fewer performances. I think it is enough to just visit the Polar Museum. The rest are similar. The tickets are a bit expensive.

By Big Bad Wolf |

Located on the south side of Qingdao Shilaoren Resort, it is a large polar marine animal display and performance hall.

By PlifeOwild |

The focus of Haichang Polar Ocean World is the performance. If you want to see jellyfish, you have to go to the Deep Sea Wonderland, and the ticket alone costs 60 yuan. I have played in the Polar Ocean World when I went to Dalian before. The one in Qingdao and the one in Dalian are the same, so the performance routines are very similar.

By Lily Windy |

It's worse than I thought! There are very few things to see and it's very commercialized!

By Qinhai Su Yuning |

When I looked at the marine life in the exhibit and gazed into their eyes, I felt as if I could see their soul, a heart that longed for freedom but was still friendly.

Love the performances of every animal here.

I also like the ocean dolls displayed in every store window. They are so cute that I want to take every one of them home!

Whether the ticket price of a scenic spot is expensive or cheap depends on whether the attraction is worth the price. The combined ticket for the two museums (Polar Museum + Happy Theater) is 220 yuan, and the China-TravelNote is 190 yuan. I think this money allowed me to return to the blue ocean world I like, to the world where all marine creatures swim in the sea, and to see my favorite white whales and dolphins. Thank you again.

By Not familiar with you |

Having been to the Polar Museums in Tianjin and Dalian, I definitely have to check it out when I come to Qingdao. I won’t say much else, you have to see it for yourself. There is just one thing I hope the staff in the museum can manage the issues of flash and knocking on the glass, and provide more protection for the animals.

By A Dandan INCOCO Manicure |

I only visited two museums with my children, which took 4 hours. The museums are quite large, so we needed to prepare food, which was quite expensive.

By On the Road |

The Polar Oceanarium is a must-see attraction in Qingdao. In addition to polar bears, penguins and other polar animals, there are also performances by beluga whales, dolphins, seals and others. It is very suitable for a family of three.

By The black ink brings peace. |

The Polar Ocean World is said to be better than the Underwater World.

The three-museum pass is ¥198 per person and can be purchased online without having to buy in advance.

It is recommended to go early in the morning when there are fewer people and it is easier to visit. A little later, there will be many children and tour groups

By Mimi |

First of all, there is no obvious ticket center in the parking lot. I asked several tour guides before I found it. The problem is that we were a parent-child tour and the stroller was directly stored. I was devastated at the time. The venue is very large and the child was basically carried throughout the whole walk. I went there mainly to watch the white whale show, but there were only two shows a day at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. I waited for half an hour in vain. After coming out of the main hall, there are three halls to choose from. I went in at 10 am and came out at 4 pm. Don't go to the California beef noodles across the road, don't go, don't go. I say it three times because the noodles are hard and hard to chew. The biggest feeling of the whole scenic area is dirty, messy and bad! ! !

By Y1 |

I really didn't expect there would be so many people... Although I had checked online and had some psychological preparation, I was still quite surprised. People were crowded together to see the exhibition. It felt like the fish in the several pavilions were less than the number of people. Travelers who came with children or with weak hearts should be prepared. You have to reserve seats in advance to see the animal exhibition. I thought it would be difficult to grab seats with so many people, but I unexpectedly got a suitable seat. The animal performance was wonderful and I felt that the ticket price was worth it. The sea lions and seals were very smart, and the dolphin performance was also amazing! I would like to simply raise a few issues. The venue is too crowded, resulting in a poor viewing experience. The ventilation system needs to be strengthened. The service staff has a bad attitude and is very rude. Tourists will definitely be upset if they are yelled at. There are too many commercial things in the scenic area, and they sell all kinds of things, such as water, food, specialties, and souvenirs. The prices are very expensive and there is suspicion of guiding consumption. I saw many tourists buying souvenirs there and they were very cheated. Specialties and souvenirs should never be bought there. Let me recommend the souvenir shop I went to. The name of the shop is Someone's Specialty Shop. The shop is located on Taidong Pedestrian Street, which is very easy to find. It is a small, fresh and popular shop specializing in Shandong and Qingdao specialties. The shop is very clean and the goods are neatly arranged. The most important thing is that the food is delicious. The quality of donkey-hide gelatin, black garlic and Laoshan green tea are all very good. Moreover, because the shop is located on a commercial street, its prices are very fair. They are all clearly marked and you won't be ripped off. I personally prefer to buy beer crisps. I bought a box and ate a lot of them in the hotel.

By Li Jing |

We entered the Ocean Park at around noon. There were crowds of people from the moment we entered. The park is a one-way passage, so we just followed the flow of people. The park mainly features various polar animals, as well as beluga whale, dolphin, sea lion and walrus performances. The children were very happy. Maybe there were too many people, so the outdoor children's amusement facilities were not in operation.

By valen |

Today I checked in at Qingdao Polar World. I didn't do the usual online review search because someone recommended it to me. As a result, I came to the worst worst attraction of this holiday.

First of all, there is no limit on the number of people in the park. As many people come as they want, so visiting marine life becomes visiting tourists from all over the world... Densely packed people surrounded every glass window, making the whole person's mood for sightseeing depressed. In order to get rid of it quickly, my mother suggested giving up the visit and rushing directly to the ocean performance hall. But the design of the park is very unreasonable. There is no fast channel. You must follow the flow of people to visit the designed route of the park and pass through countless shops to reach your destination. After watching the ocean show, we are ready to give up the trip and go back to the hotel to rest. But it's a beautiful thought. There is still no fast channel. We have to continue walking with the flow of people. Secondly, the exit signs here are not clear, which makes tourists who want to go out take a lot of wrong ways. What is disappointing here is the service attitude of the staff. Every time they ask for help, the staff will ignore it. They are so lazy that they don't even open their mouths. They frown when they ask one more question. Finally, my mother, who couldn't bear it anymore, finally broke out, and we were finally taken out by a kind little security guard. My mother's words really touched my heart, "I really went to Japan's Kaiyukan. I don't need to go to our Ocean World. It's a living hell..." Oh... The quality of domestic oceanariums is really far behind. Remember, in the future, you must read the online reviews before deciding where to go [sweating] So at this moment, I must have a delicious meal to comfort my mother and I...

Haichang Polar Ocean Park is a crowded place, a little stuffy. I bought a package of Polar Ocean Park + Happy Theater + Deep Sea Fantasy. Polar Ocean Park has one disadvantage. There are too many commercial lands. Places with good views are developed into restaurants. There are also many places selling toys and snacks, which take up the sightseeing area. Milk fish, many children are feeding milk to fish. The seal looks very unique. The "birthday star" fish is very short. The last stop of the Polar Ocean Park is the dolphin show. This is the false killer whale. Happy Theater is to watch the show. Walruses and sea lions perform in the open air under the scorching sun. It takes a long way to get out of the Happy Theater and Deep Sea Fantasy, and you have to walk each one!

By only one |

Each animal show has a time slot, so if you want to watch the show, it’s best to get in early so that you can see it.

By sunflower |

I suggest you spend more time at the Polar Museum (pay attention to the performance times and arrange your time reasonably. You can watch one or two performances repeatedly. The dolphin show is very exciting). I think the rest of the 5D movies, Happy Theater (sea lion and walrus performances), and Mermaid Performance Hall are just average. The weather was hot and humid, and there was a long queue for the 5D show, so I didn't watch it.

They are all clearly marked and you won't be ripped off. I personally prefer to buy beer crisps. I bought a box and ate a lot of them in the hotel.

Qingdao Haichang Polar Ocean Park is a large polar marine animal exhibition and performance hall, suitable for family travel. However, there will be a lot of people on holidays, so it is best to reserve a seat half an hour in advance to watch the show. On the first floor, it feels like being underwater, and on the second floor, you can observe the water surface from land, deck and iceberg, and you can get in touch with marine animals from multiple angles. Opening hours and ticket prices: 08:30-15:40 in the off-season, and admission stops at 15:40; 08:30-17:00 in the peak season, and admission stops at 16:30. The reference ticket prices for adults for the two-, three- and four-hall combined tickets are 200, 230 and 245 yuan respectively.

It's really comfortable to travel to Qingdao during the summer vacation! The children have been making trouble at home during the summer vacation, so it's much better to take them out for a trip. It's really not necessary to go to Qingdao Polar Ocean World and Qingdao Underwater World at once. . . . I feel that the settings of the venues are basically not much different. One of my Qingdao friends can't tell them apart. The environment in the Polar World venue feels better than that in the Underwater World. The polar animals are really cute, but everything in the venue is very expensive! Animal dolls and souvenirs are very expensive. If you go, don't buy anything here. There are actually a lot of similar things sold outside. You can buy the same things in Taitung. The things I bought at someone's specialty shop last time were very good! The food in the Polar World is also relatively expensive, but it is still barely acceptable. If you go in for a day, you can also bring some food in.

Qingdao Haichang Polar Ocean Park is very simple today, it is just a polar ocean park, and the children are quite interested in it.

I bought a four-museum ticket online

Price: 219/person (657rmb for 3 people)

It is recommended to purchase in advance online. You don’t have to queue on site and can directly scan the QR code to enter, which is very convenient.

The Happy Theater is very interesting. At the end, you can take a photo with the sea lions for 80rmb/3 people, and a commemorative album will be given at the end.

There is a beluga whale show at Haichang Polar. The beluga whales are very beautiful in appearance and very smart. The trainer cooperates very well with the beluga whales, singing and dancing together. After the show, they move forward like flying. It is so handsome and cool. The playful big beluga whales will float up to the feeding area and open their mouths wide to show their neat little teeth when they see people. They are so cute.

We arrived at 10:30am and left at 1pm. The package ticket cost over 200 yuan, which was a rip-off... Overall, the number and variety of animals are not as good as those in Dalian... Especially the 5D is an insult to people's IQ (the 3D effect is particularly poor, and the seats just shake a few times)... It's okay for children, but for those over 15 years old or from Dalian, don't waste your money.

Qingdao Haichang Polar Ocean Park is located on the south side of Qingdao Shilaoren Resort. It is a large polar marine animal display and performance hall, suitable for parents to bring their children to parent-child travel. There are more than 200 polar animals such as beluga whales, penguins, polar bears, etc. in the hall, and there are many rare marine creatures on display in the hall. First of all, this is very suitable for taking children to play. You can expand some marine knowledge and broaden your horizons. You can also know the first and second people who landed in Antarctica. The most exciting thing is the dolphin show, the happy theater is also very funny, and the 5D theater has been seen elsewhere, so it doesn’t feel new. Families who haven’t seen it can take a look. Travel tips: Be sure to go in as soon as it opens in the morning. The doors open at 8:30. After visiting the underwater animals, it is just right to watch the dolphin show at 10:30, and then watch the Happy Theater at 11:10. The 5D Theater has a bad schedule. We waited for more than an hour after watching the Happy Theater before it was time. You can taste the snacks at the door before it is time, or you can go to KFC to take a break before watching the 5D cinema. You can also buy combined tickets for the three museums online, or you can buy tickets for two museums or a separate oceanarium. You don’t need to pick up the tickets purchased online, you can just swipe your phone when you enter the door, which is very convenient. You can’t go in after coming out of the oceanarium.

Qingdao Haichang Polar Ocean Park, as its name suggests, has white whales, dolphins, sea lions, walruses and other polar animals and marine animals performing on the same stage. It is not only a quiet world where people and whales dance together, but also an unprecedented grand occasion of small animals participating in the Olympic warm-up match. It is currently the largest polar ocean theater in the world. It is mainly composed of six functional areas, including the Polar Ocean Animal Museum, the Marine Science and Technology Museum, a bar and leisure dining street, a sea view shopping street, a four-star sea view hotel, and the Fisherman's Wharf. The tickets bought on the group buying website are very cheap. I won't say which one to avoid advertising here. The electronic ticket is very convenient. You can enter by scanning the QR code directly. Because we expected that there would be a lot of people on the 11th, we went there when the park just opened! After entering the Ocean Park, the first thing in front of us was a dark gray. But there was a few rays of light in the left front, and many people were watching there. It turned out that there was a polar bear kept inside. The bear and the people were separated by transparent glass, and everyone was taking pictures. By the way, I also saw a handsome sea lion. (It seems I need to improve my photography skills in the future, please be gentle with me) Next we saw penguins, otters and other animals that live in the ocean. Next we saw penguins, otters and other animals that live in the ocean. As I walked, I saw some colorful words: "Next, let's enter the dreamlike underwater world." After walking a little further, suddenly, the wall above turned into glass, and there were many fish that I couldn't name swimming around in it, colorfully. This is probably the legendary 360° swirling underwater tunnel. Then we walked forward and saw fish separated by glass. These fish were not like the big fish in front. They were as small as a small apple, and some were even smaller than an apple. As a result, we also saw Nemo! Haha

Qingdao Haichang Polar Ocean Park is in a good location. There is a ticket office in the parking lot with four or five windows. It didn't take long to queue up for tickets during peak hours. Usually, you can buy a combined ticket, which includes the main hall and some other tickets. We bought a ticket for 200 yuan per person, which includes the main hall and Deep Sea Fantasy. The first place we went to was the Polar Hall, where we experienced the simulated polar environment and saw fur seals, penguins, polar bears and walruses. The children liked fur seals very much and kept asking me why this dog was white and had so much fur, haha.

The day before, I asked the Didi driver about the difference between Haichang Polar Ocean World and Underwater World.

There are some polar marine animals in the polar regions, such as polar bears, Arctic wolves, penguins, etc., which are not found in the underwater world. In addition, there are animal performances, which are more interesting and suitable for children.

The underwater world focuses more on marine fish and will popularize a lot of knowledge, which is more suitable for older friends

But there are so many people!! I suggest going in the off-season...

By Pick up autumn |

Everything is for the naughty kids! The area around the Ocean Park is a mess. The most terrible thing is that there are several fake ticket offices with the words "regular ticket office" written on them. You must keep your eyes open when buying tickets. The Polar Ocean Park is like a huge market, with tourists coming and going, shoulder to shoulder. There are not many marine animals, and the cutest ones are penguins. The underwater tunnel is only a short section, and the mermaid show is actually a projection! The most worth seeing and the most popular are the animal shows. The Ocean Theater was full of tourists early, and everyone couldn't help but cheer and applaud for the wonderful performances of the marine stars! The plush toys in the store are also very cute, and people can't resist them!

Haichang Polar Ocean Park must be visited, children love it very much! It is very big and you can stay there for a whole day! It is super awesome, you can see beluga whales swimming in front of you, floating in the light or dark underwater, so beautiful that you want to cry. Dolphins swim by your side alternately, only a layer of glass away from your fingers. It is a real ocean park! We watched two dolphin shows in a row. After watching, the baby kept telling everyone what dolphins can do, what killer whales can do, and what beluga whales can do. I like it so much that I remind you! One is that there are so many people in the summer vacation, so you must be mentally prepared. We went on weekdays, and it was decided that there were a lot of people. There must be more people on weekends, so try to avoid weekends. In addition, there are food and drinks inside. The egg tarts are super delicious, but a little expensive, 15 yuan for 2. In addition, everyone must practice hula hooping! Don't ask me why.

I mainly recommend the Polar Pavilion + Happy Theater. If you have enough time, you can go to the 5D Experience Hall and Deep Sea Fantasy. As soon as you enter the park gate, a photographer will tell you that taking photos is free. It is free, but taking photos costs money. It costs more than 30 yuan to get a photo frame for each photo. If you don’t buy it, you will get a one-inch small picture, so don’t bother others if you can take it yourself. There are many animals in the Polar Pavilion, and you can also watch dolphins, beluga whales and tiger sharks; the Happy Theater is mainly walrus performances; children still like these two performances. In addition, Deep Sea Fantasy mainly has many types of jellyfish, which can increase your knowledge. If you want to go to more than three pavilions, it is recommended to stay for 4 hours, because the performance time inside is fixed. The order of visiting the venues should be arranged reasonably.

By North North Chan |

There were many people and the performances were average. The performances in the aquarium were only white whales and dolphins, and the performances of sea lions and seals were separated and placed outdoors in the "Happy Theater". I bought a combined ticket for the aquarium + Happy Theater + Deep Sea Fantasy on Ctrip. The adult ticket was 189 yuan per ticket. I could scan the QR code at the door to enter, which was very convenient. I would like to emphasize that there was a puppet at the door pulling a child to take a photo. Ignore him and walk straight ahead. If you take a photo, he will pretend to be deaf and dumb and ask you for 20 yuan. I gave him 10 yuan as a favor to the elderly, the disabled, the orphans and the poor! The Happy Theater was really not good to watch. He left with his child before half of the show.

Haichang Polar Ocean Park Recommendation Index: ☆☆☆☆ Visiting time: 3-4h Tickets: Buy tickets online, choose one of the Polar Pavilion + three small pavilions, and the student ticket is 119 yuan after the review and cashback. What are the characteristics: The state and environment of the animals are very good. As soon as you enter the door, there is a large beluga pool. If the time is right, you can see the keeper dancing with the beluga. There are many interactions in the entire Polar Pavilion, and there is also an ocean tunnel, but the length is a bit short. The three small pavilions are Happy Theater, 5D Movies and Deep Sea Fantasy. Happy Theater is an animal show. The 5D movie is said to be very exciting. I only went to Deep Sea Fantasy. The pavilion is not big. The highlight is the jellyfish pavilion inside, which is very beautiful. Note: Sightseeing Tour No. 1 that goes directly to the Polar Ocean Park is a bus every hour, and other buses can also be selected. If you want to buy tickets at the venue, you must enter the gate of the venue. The place to buy tickets on the right side of the gate is not formal. Student tickets purchased online are exchanged after security check.

I went to Qingdao with my friends and planned to eat Shandong cuisine. I chose this restaurant. I happened to see a group purchase and it was very cost-effective, so I went there. I took a taxi and the location was easy to find. The dishes tasted very good. For tourists from other places, I tried Qindao Impression and found it super delicious. The waiter was very good. When checking out, they said that the group purchase package was only available from 12 pm to 2 pm, but they still calculated the group purchase price for us. Sure enough, Shandong people are very nice and enthusiastic. Thumbs up, full marks!

The parking fee is super expensive. The parking lots nearby are all 10 yuan per hour. It costs 70 yuan to play in the three museums. If you don't bring your children there, you must not spend this money. It's better to take the bus or a taxi. The Polar Museum is good. As others have said, it is commercialized to the point that you feel like you are shopping in a mall. The dolls are not delicate enough and the quality is much worse than those in Dalian. The only good thing is that as long as you are willing to spend money, you can feed beluga whales, seals, fish, take various photos... The host of the dolphin show speaks so fast and chaotically that you can't hear what he is saying. It can only be said to be average.

Qingdao Ocean Park is located on Donghai East Road in the Eastern New District. It consists of the Ocean Amusement Park and the Dolphin Performance Hall. The Ocean Amusement Park is the largest water amusement park in China, built in 1996. It is divided into two categories: land-based amusement and water-based amusement. It offers a variety of thrilling, exciting and fun entertainment projects. Currently, there are only tours during the Qingdao Beer Festival and it is closed at other times. The Dolphin Performance Hall is the most advanced dolphin palace in Asia and the only one in China that integrates breeding and performance functions.

Qingdao Ocean Park is located on the south side of Wangjiamai Island in Shilaoren National Tourism Resort and on the south side of Donghai Road, the golden seaside tourist line. It covers an area of 52 hectares and 100 hectares of related sea area. The park is backed by Fushan Mountain and faces the Yellow Sea. The coastline is tortuous, and together with other surrounding tourist projects, it forms a tourist resource gathering belt. The location is superior, 12 kilometers away from the port, 15 kilometers away from the railway station, and 20 kilometers away from the airport. Facing Fushan Mountain in the north and the sea in the south, it is a coastal park planned and built according to the domestic first-class level.

It has an aquarium, marine museum, marine theater, dolphin show hall, marine amusement park, observation tower, underwater world, yacht club, sightseeing pier, etc. It is a comprehensive cluster marine tourism landscape integrating marine sightseeing, science education, leisure and entertainment, and catering services. The dolphin show hall and other facilities are now open to the public.

Ticket price: 40 yuan in peak season and 30 yuan in off-season

Recommended play time: 4-5 hours

Suitable season for travel: all seasons

Transportation: Take bus No. 11 or 317.

It's simply too much, too commercial, too unauthentic, there are only a few skinny Arctic wolves and penguins in the polar region, the venue is also very fake, there are small shops selling food along the way, the venue itself is not big and poorly ventilated, the air is filled with the smell of grilled sausages and the smell of the sea, it's really a torture...

By The Prince's New Clothes |

This is the first Ocean Park I visited when I was very young. Now more than ten years later, I went there again with my friends to recall the memories of that time. Haha

By Antigen |

Very bad, very bad!!! I came here during the peak season, and I didn't expect there would be so many people. No matter what project you go to, you have to queue up. The whole aquarium has a strong commercial atmosphere. This project is just a money-making machine, which makes me despise the city of Qingdao.

Let's analyze it again. There are 4 pavilions in the Ocean Park, namely the Polar Pavilion, Deep Sea, 5D, and Happy Theater.

First is the Polar Pavilion, where you can see several animals repeatedly, on the first floor, and then on the second floor. It's amazing. The dolphin show at the end is a little better... But compared to the 209 ticket, I still think it's not worth it!!! This is also the most commercial pavilion... As long as there is space, it is a shop...gg

Then there is Deep Sea Fantasy, I just laughed, I originally bought package A, I must be stupid to add this, except that Shuimu has some characteristics, the rest I laughed... There is no fantasy at all!!!

Finally, I want to criticize the Happy Theater. What the hell... They speak in Shandong dialect, which is totally incomprehensible. The host is so awkward, and the show is so short, about 10 minutes... Most importantly, it's boring!!! I was never amused by it...

I won't talk about the 5D museum, it's all the same...some of the glasses have some scratches, so if you want to go there, choose carefully...

Finally, I hope everyone is prepared to queue up and come early, the food here will be doubled!!!

Fuck you, Shandong, the hospitable city

By Time Traveler |

I feel like there isn't anything very special about it... It gets really crowded when there are a lot of people, especially when you're watching a show, it's just... terrible!

It was a grand occasion at that time.

I think Qingdao Ocean Park is average, the submarine tunnel is short, and the experience is not good because there are too many people and they are not allowed to stay. However, the Jellyfish Palace is extremely dreamy.

By Mr. Yan |

I am a native of Qingdao. If there are cartoon characters outside to take photos with, don't take them. It's not free. It's a rip-off. Qingdao people are ripping Qingdao people off. Hey...

By Bad Wife |

The white whales in it really like children, so it is more suitable to take children to broaden their horizons.

By XiaoYu |

The Ocean Park and the Aquarium are connected. I came here in January and there were very few people. It feels quite suitable for bringing children. Overall, it is not much different from the general underwater world.

By VeerWong |

It's not particularly big, but the underwater species are quite complete, which is pretty good in China. As long as I see beautiful jellyfish, I will lower my standards~

Qingdao Polar Ocean World. A bright star on the coast of Qingdao.

By China-TravelNote user 92877305 |

I missed the show time, so I have to wait. The time is different from what is written online, so it depends on luck.

By poba |

The Ocean Park is generally good, but there are too many people. When taking pictures, there are more people than marine life. It is also relatively small in scale. It is completely not on the same level as the Ocean Park in Hong Kong.

By Jun |

A fun ocean world! Suitable for bringing kids to play~ I bought a super cute turtle! It’s a Qingdao specialty, haha!

By still |

Actually, the ocean parks in almost every place are similar. If you haven't been there, it's a good idea to go and see them. Many parents take their children there. I just think that the ocean park in Qingdao is a bit far away. If you want to go there, you have to go there earlier. It takes most of the day. If you have time, go and see it. I don't recommend it if you don't have time. The Arctic wolf and the Arctic fox are pretty good. One keeps walking and the other doesn't move. The dolphin show is also pretty good. I watched two shows before leaving, hehe...

By Core |

It's much bigger than Beijing's, and the animal species are also complete and well equipped.

By The little boy loves to dance |

The Ocean Park is great. There are direct buses and shuttle buses from downtown Qingdao. There are quite a lot of marine animals and the venue is quite large. Maybe it was built a long time ago, the building looks a bit old, but the facilities are quite complete.

By blue |

Children will definitely enjoy it, and adults will also benefit from it. The animal shows are also very exciting and worth a visit.

By Listen to the Rain |

I went there once a few years ago. This time, I went with my kids. The baby loves fish very much~~

By Seven Seven |

The performance was not long, probably because they were worried about the little animals being tired.
