🙌It only takes 2-3 hours to walk around, but I personally think this place is really good.

🙌 Wenshufang is the central leisure and tourism area of Chengdu. Although it is not as famous as Chunxi Road Taikoo Li, it is more suitable for strolling because of the small number of people. Here you can really feel the true face of Chengdu's urban life. First of all, the architecture is very distinctive, with wooden materials and an antique feeling. Secondly, there are many teahouses here. Many Chengdu citizens will sit here, drink a cup of tea, and chat, which is very comfortable.

Because I live near Wenshu Monastery, I heard there is a snack street there, so I went there. Wenshufang at night is not as lively as I imagined, but rather deserted. Wenshufang during the day is crowded, maybe because it is the weekend, and the scene is completely different from that night. Wenshufang is based on Wenshu Monastery, integrating leisure and vacation, catering, and specialty shopping.

By Red Sleeves and Purple Moon |

The driver also introduced us to Jin Furong in Wenshufang, an old Sichuan restaurant with the atmosphere of old Chengdu life, tea drinking, mahjong, and leisure. Because I had eaten several spicy meals a few days ago, my stomach couldn't stand it anymore, so I ate non-spicy Sichuan cuisine, Kung Pao Chicken, Twice-cooked Pork, etc. I didn't know for a few days that Wenshu Temple and Wenshufang were not far from the hotel. After dinner, I strolled around the Wenshufang block. Wenshu Temple was not available for this trip.

Wenshufang is a cultural district that Chengdu has focused on building. It is next to Wenshuyuan. It focuses on religion and folk customs, and has developed many tourist attractions and commercial areas.

By Small fish sauce |

Located next to Wenshu Monastery, it seems that there are not many shops here. It may be more lively at night.

By Tang Ziwu_ |

Although it is a tourist attraction, there are still good things to be found if you dig around.

By Best of luck |

Very bad, very bad, can I say this, the experience is particularly bad

I bought a Hanfu for over 1,000 yuan, and then I went back to search for the same one on Taobao. I was not convinced, so I bought it back to try, and the quality was the same, but it cost over 100 yuan. How could I cry?

The snack street is gone. The only snacks I go to are Zhang Liangfen and Taosu.

There are many fortune tellers in Wenshufang, all of them are middle-aged women and uncles, they pull you around, very annoying, they try to cheat you out of money, and there are also many fake monks who try to cheat you out of money

The service attitude is not good. When I asked the security guard at Wenshufang how to get to the subway, he had a bad attitude and ignored me. I asked him several times but he just pretended not to hear me.

There are few shops. Only the shops near the road sell Hanfu, embroidery, and paintings. They all seem very expensive and not close to life. There are no shops in Wenshufang. All are empty.

It has all the disadvantages of a tourist attraction, but without the strengths of a tourist attraction.

Not recommended, not recommended

When you come to Chengdu, I recommend Kuanzhai Alley. Jinli is at least popular and has delicious snacks.

At least it looks like a tourist attraction

But Chunxi Road feels the best

By doudousha |

It is not recommended to go there specifically. If you have been to Wenshu Temple, you can go there. It is next to it. It is newly built and there are not many businesses yet, but there are some good places for taking photos.

There are many pilgrims, which is the case in most temples. The more distinctive feature is the psychological counseling, where you can vent your troubles and let the master enlighten you.

Located in the city center, quiet and elegant, with well-preserved ancient buildings

Coming out of Wenshu Temple is Wenshufang, which is the highlight because all the delicious food is eaten here, whether it is Palace Pastries, Wensuyuan, Zhangdongzi Jelly, Shuangliu Laoma Rabbit Head, etc., they can all be found here.

By Xiaoju |

This place is quiet and full of fireworks. There is a teahouse inside where you can play mahjong. Chengdu has perfectly combined faith and life. There are special experience classes and advanced training classes where you can experience life. It is really wise!

A commercial district near Wenshu Temple, with some shops, including bars and chain restaurants, the more famous Long Chao Shou, Zhong Dumplings and Dongzikou Liangfen are all there. There is also a temple fair during the Spring Festival. It is close to where I live, so I wanted to have breakfast and took a stroll.

By Between the clouds |

There is a Wenshu Temple inside, which attracts many pilgrims. During the Spring Festival, you need to queue up. There are open-air teahouses everywhere in Chengdu. You can't miss Wenshufang to burn incense and taste authentic Chengdu snacks. There is a sugar-oil fruit shop in the demolished yard near the street corner. It is quite authentic. The boss follows the rules and the diners are very knowledgeable. They will not stop to buy when pinching the fruit. Once the boss is about to finish frying and ready to serve, tourists will appear in groups of three or four, and soon most of the pot of sugar-oil fruit will be sold out.

Ancient style, ancient streets, ancient people, hahaha, the ancient feeling is that the people here are quite gentle. Maybe it’s right next to the Buddhist temple. The style of this small street is also very quiet.

There are so many people who come to touch the lucky charm. There are long queues every day.

I went there before returning to Shanghai on March 16. Wenshufang is near Wenshuyuan. It is an antique street with antique buildings. The scenery is very good and worth a visit.

By Travel Dreamer Shunzi |

I went there at night. It was a nice alley. The night was blurry.

By _Rosy_You |

Walking in from Wenshufang, I passed by Chengdu Academy, but I didn't go in to see it. I just took a photo of the gate. Wenshufang has a street that sells funeral services. I went there one night and only saw shops selling urns and shrouds open. Why is this happening during Chinese New Year?

By cyice |

After dinner, we went to Wenshufang. As netizens commented, it is a very quiet place. It covers a large area. We walked around for an hour without burning incense or worshipping Buddha. We caught up with an activity in the courtyard, which seemed to be an experience day for believers. A group of people explained the temples one by one.

By Chu Yipiao |

After eating and drinking, I walked to the bustling Wenshufang, where Chengdu people drink tea. I chose a secluded corner and ordered Zhuyeqing, which is what the locals drink. It costs 88 for two people and 48 for one person, and comes with a set of exquisite snacks. It is affordable and interesting. This trip may be for the leisure of sitting quietly at this moment, with confusion about the future and confusion about reality, and escaping for a second is a second. People say that you must go to Sichuan when you are young and you must not leave Sichuan when you are old. Sichuan people drink tea/eat melon seeds/play mahjong/clean their ears/listen to operas/appreciate the scenery in their spare time, and they enjoy it. Looking around, I am afraid that it is not as comfortable as the slow time that people envy.

By Stay for you |

It's just so-so, passing by here. I've been in Chengdu for several days, and the snacks nearby are good.

To the south of Wenshu Temple is Wenshufang, located in the Chengdu Wenshu Temple Historical and Cultural Protection Area. Wenshufang is themed on Zen culture and folk culture, and uses the architecture of Sichuan West Street Courtyard as a carrier, fully reflecting the essence of the humanities and history of old Chengdu.

Nice place, lots of snacks, and the price is reasonable. Worth going.

By Half a step to the end of the world |

As night fell, the temple was very quiet, and only the sound of chanting could be heard. When you entered, you saw the Thousand Buddha Pagoda and the stone carvings and stone tablets left over from thousands of years, which made you feel like you were back in history. When you arrived in front of the main hall, the monks were chanting together in the hall, and many tourists were listening outside. There were also two foreigners leaning against the temple to feel the tranquility. After a walk, it was already dark. When you stepped out of the temple, you noticed that outside the temple was a commercial street with antique buildings that integrates food, drink and entertainment - Wenshufang. I sighed that there are many more ancient streets in Chengdu than in Changsha. You can eat all kinds of food in them, and they are not as crowded as Jinli and Kuanzhai Alley. There are not many tourists, but there is a lot of Zen, revealing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

By Walking girl |

It is close to Wenshu Temple and I went there for the big red wall, so it should be a good place to enjoy the view.

The architecture of Wenshufang is also worth seeing, it is very distinctive.

After leaving the hostel, I took the subway to Wenshufang, where there are many delicious old shops. The first place I came to was Yan Taipo Guokui, a long-standing Guokui shop that you can often see in travel guides. After queuing up, I ordered two signature beef Guokui. The price was not expensive and it was really delicious. After eating one, my stomach was almost half full. The beef was very tender. The boss mixed a bowl of beef like making a cold dish and stuffed it into the freshly baked Guokui. Because I love Sichuan cold dishes, I feel that this Guokui is really better than Roujiamo! Highly recommended!

Note: The supermarket next to the store is a Hongqi chain store, which can be seen frequently in Chengdu. You can also buy some specialties in ordinary small stores. If you want more varieties and more choices, it is recommended to go to the Hongqi main store located in Yanshikou. In addition to countless local specialties, it also sells Chengdu-style panda dolls and other things! Friends who want to do some shopping can go and have a look!

By Chen Jun |

The cultural atmosphere is very strong, the archway and the surrounding environment are very simple and quaint, great!

By Unemployed |

Wenshufang, you can go to Wenshu Temple, drink tea in Xiangyuan, and enjoy various snacks. There is Sichuan Book Market on Beida Street nearby.

By Qingyun Yixiao |

It is a place where Chengdu delicacies and local specialties are concentrated. Chengdu's famous morning tea dishes are all available here. At Zhong Shuijiao, we ordered a discounted set meal, which gave us countless small dishes. We had morning tea on the mahogany eight-immortal table in the middle of the patio, and practiced the "Clean Plate" campaign, eating everything. Burping and leisurely strolling around the market, digesting, buying local specialties such as Zhang Fei beef, taking photos, eating various snacks, watching the performances of Chengdu people, and then finding a taxi to go to other places.

Wenshuyuan Station on Metro Line 1, because the transportation is so convenient, I never figured out how to walk there. In fact, it is a folk customs street centered on Wenshuyuan, but I think the cost-effectiveness and atmosphere are far better than Jinli. There are also many small shops to visit, mainly some bracelets, small souvenirs with Chengdu characteristics, old objects and more stylish clothing, and a Hanfu shop that rents and sells Hanfu. The most impressive one is a "century-old newspaper office" where you can find old newspapers on the day you were born and pay to take them home. Of course, the older the newspaper, the higher the fee. The snacks are great. When it comes to eating, I have to recommend Dongzikou Zhang Liangfen. This shop looks shabby, but people come and go every day, and it is very lively. The key is that it is very cost-effective. The three of us ate 4 bowls of jelly and 1 bowl of wonton for less than 40 yuan. There is also an old man pushing a cart next to it selling sugar-oiled fruits, 1 yuan each, fried on the spot, and there is always a queue every time.

Chengdu still had the same gray sky. Wenshu Temple was particularly solemn in the early morning, with light smoke and the sound of chanting. The temple is not large, and the facilities in the courtyard are very old, which shows that it has a long history. The ginkgo trees planted in the courtyard and the courtyard walls form a quiet beauty; there are not many tourists, which makes the ancient temple more quiet. The believers in the temple are particularly sincere. They bowed and said good morning at the entrance early in the morning. I have been to so many temples but this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.

By nebula |

Located next to Wenshu Monastery, it is a good place to relax and stroll around. There are many foods that are not too expensive. There are also things to play, things to see, and even some old books and magazines for sale.

By misty |

Wenshu Temple, to me, feels similar to the Eight Immortals Temple in Xi'an, Shaanxi... They sell everything... Quilts, chopsticks, knives, small odds and ends... There are many snacks inside, and there are four sides where you can worship Buddha and burn incense. If there is no one at the door of the temple, you can get a bunch of incense for free to go in and burn incense and worship Buddha. There are also many beggars here... They look quite pitiful... Before coming here, I read the Chengdu travel guide online, and they all said that the food near Wenshu Temple is very cheap. After coming here, I can understand why it is cheap when I see the appearance of this place... In general, many snacks here are good, both cheap and delicious~ The three big cannons are good~

By Find a direction and see the scenery through |

Wenshufang is a relatively large ancient street. It houses the famous Wenshu Monastery. There are fewer people here than in Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli, and the snacks are cheaper than in those two places.

Wenshufang is an antique street next to Wenshu Temple. It is antique and has exquisite buildings. There are many souvenirs and famous snacks. After worshiping the Buddha, it is nice to go out for a walk and eat snacks.

I got up early in the morning and strolled here from the Traveler's Guide to find delicious food. I was not disappointed. I was lucky to meet Master Zhou from Dad, the master of the Three Cannons. I tasted the Three Cannons he made himself. They tasted sweet. I ordered a snack set at Long Chao Shou. It was good and reasonably priced.

By Love life, love Lao Li |

I won't mention the places like Caotang and Wuhou Temple that are only visited by tourists, but I went to Wenshufang three times over and over again. Like a devout believer? No, a devout foodie - the cold noodles at Zhang Laoer Liangfen and the peach cakes, puffs, thousand-layer cakes, Napoleon, egg tarts, and butterfly cakes (in order of ranking) at Gongting Pastry, there are endless queues every time I go to these two places, but think about it, when you spend the money you don't order to eat such delicious food, what's the harm in waiting for another half an hour. It's also interesting to watch the masters of the jewelry stores making silver jewelry in the market.

By Big Day 0626 |

Wenshu Temple is very popular and free to enter. Burn three sticks of incense and worship Buddha. There are many snacks in Wenshu Square outside. I recommend the jelly opposite Wenshu Temple.

By Yue Anyi |

Entering Wenshufang, this place is suitable for people who worship Buddha. My daughter has a good affinity with Buddha. She will kowtow and bow when she sees Buddha. She is quite pious. Wenshufang has a quiet environment with small bridges and flowing water. The key is that tourists are not forced to buy incense oil. You can get incense for free at the gate. I personally think it is worth visiting. After coming out of Wenshufang, you can go to the commercial street to stroll, taste snacks, buy souvenirs or go to the teahouse to taste tea. It feels good.

By Wig |

Opposite Wenshu Temple, there are many Chengdu snacks. Because we went early, we only went to the three cannons that appeared in the legendary "Where Are We Going, Dad 2". It is to make glutinous rice cakes "bang bang bang" three times to roll sesame seeds, and finally add brown sugar. The taste is not bad. In addition, ice fermented glutinous rice is my favorite. It is really refreshing to eat a portion in summer. I also ordered a sweet water noodle, which is actually spicy and the noodles are thick, but the taste is quite good. I didn't visit other stores because of time.

By /kelFive cents |

Very nice place, with a long history, worth a visit, the big bowl of tea next to Wenshu Temple is also great

By HerryOnTheRoad |

There are fewer types of food here, and not many people. The price is not expensive, but the portion is small. Come here to taste the food

By Turn around |

It is very close to Wenshu Monastery, but once you step out of Wenshu Monastery, you will be greeted by the bustling atmosphere. There are not only delicious food, but also small gadgets. The commercial atmosphere is not excessive, and it has the flavor of Chengdu city.

I was very happy because I caught up with the Buddha Bathing Festival at Wenshu Temple and was lucky enough to see the relics! Whether you believe in Buddhism or not, seeing such things must be a matter of fate!

★Overview: Wenshufang Food Street is right next to Wenshu Monastery. It is a commercial street with ancient style that integrates food, drink and entertainment. You can eat all kinds of food in it, and it is not as crowded as Jinli and Kuanzhai Alley. It is still good. You can eat a lot of things with an average consumption of 20 to 30 yuan per person. However, the environment of many shops may be average.

★ Food and drink: Wenshufang has a lot of snacks, and both spicy and non-spicy ones are available, which is really suitable for people like me who don't eat spicy food haha~ Pineapple rice, three cannons, cold cakes, ice jelly, yogurt, etc. are all non-spicy! For spicy food, there are dandan noodles, husband and wife lung slices, rabbit head, grilled skewers, pig intestines noodles, etc. I think the three cannons are still very distinctive. You can hear the "dong dong dong" sound from a long distance, and it tastes sweet and sticky~ Also, the skewers here are so cheap~ cheap and delicious, and the chili oil is very fragrant~ worth a try!

★Comment: Although it is a bit commercial here, I think it is a good platform to experience Chengdu's food and folk culture. However, local students in Chengdu said that if they want to eat special snacks, they will not come to Wenshufang. So if you want to eat the most authentic Sichuan food, you have to spend some time looking for it.

Wenshufang is a street of cultural and artistic products at the entrance of Wenshu Monastery. It is a place for eating, drinking and having fun. There are many snack bars. There is also a Xinjiang man who pushes a cart to sell freshly roasted lamb skewers along the street. Sometimes, he sings beautiful Uyghur songs while roasting. It is very pleasant and passionate. The price is not expensive, 5 yuan for a string. There are all kinds of antiques and cultural and artistic products on Wenwan Street. The real and fake antiques are uneven. To choose antiques here, you need not only rich historical knowledge and cultural and artistic knowledge, but also eyesight and luck. There is also a row of prayer wheels. Friends who want to seek good luck may wish to turn the prayer wheels (must turn clockwise). There is a snack bar next to the prayer wheels. The price is expensive and the taste is not very good. The hygiene is not very clean. It is recommended that there is a Chen Mapo Tofu diagonally opposite the entrance of Wenshu Monastery. It is not bad. There are all kinds of famous Chengdu snacks. There is a peach cake shop. From the morning opening to the afternoon closing, there are basically citizens queuing up to buy peach cakes. Personally, I think the taste is okay, but it is not necessary to spend more than half an hour queuing.

On the day we arrived in Chengdu, we stayed in a fast hotel across from Wenshufang. After putting down our luggage, we went to Wenshufang across the street. I like Wenshufang because it is relatively quiet. There are not many tourists, but there is a lot of Zen. It exudes a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The shops in the pavilion are also relatively simple, all of which are handicrafts and related to Buddhism. In addition, there are restaurants. When you sit quietly at a snack stand and order a bowl of iced fermented glutinous rice, looking at the quaint Zen temple buildings in front of you, it is a beautiful enjoyment even though it is plain. It reminds me of the taste of old Chengdu - peace and tranquility.

A street that is worth visiting. It has local characteristics.

It was very lively when I first entered. It was no exaggeration to say that there were people shoulder to shoulder. I looked carefully and found that there were very few tourists from other places. I was the only one holding a SLR camera. Most of them were locals carrying small bags to go shopping or burn incense at Wenshu Temple.

I went in to visit and found it very lively. I walked to the back hall and found many lanterns and offerings neatly placed on the long table. I heard a monk talking to a pilgrim and learned that today is the fifth day of the first lunar month to pray to the God of Wealth. Seeing that there were too many people, I didn't go to worship the God of Wealth. I took a photo with the pagoda in front of the temple and continued to visit Wenshufang. The area around Wenshufang was very lively and it took almost an hour to walk around and look around.

Chengdu Wenshufang takes Zen culture and folk culture as its theme, and takes the residential buildings of Sichuan West Street as its carrier, fully reflecting the essence of the humanities and history of old Chengdu. It mainly includes two parts: Chengdu Pavilion and Chengdu Temple Street. The total area of Chengdu Pavilion is 7,460 square meters, all of which are wooden buildings from the late Qing Dynasty; Chengdu Temple Street is separated from Chengdu Pavilion by one street, and is also a traditional old building. It well interprets and spreads the humanities, folk customs and leisure culture of old Chengdu. It is the best choice for Chengdu citizens to nostalgia, seek ancient things, and have leisure and entertainment. It is also a good place for tourists and guests at home and abroad to know Chengdu and experience Chengdu's leisure culture. The core ancient building of Wenshufang is Wenshu Temple, which is located in the northwest corner of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is a famous Buddhist temple in western Sichuan. Its predecessor was the Miaoyuan Pagoda Courtyard in the Tang Dynasty, which was renamed "Xinxiang Temple" in the Song Dynasty. It was later destroyed by war. Legend has it that in the Qing Dynasty, someone saw a red light appear at night. The government sent people to investigate and saw a statue of Manjusri Bodhisattva in the red light. Therefore, in the 36th year of Emperor Kangxi's reign (1697), funds were raised to rebuild the temple, which was called Wenshu Temple. Emperor Kangxi wrote the two words "Konglin" and bestowed the imperial seal "Chici Konglin". Emperor Kangxi's handwriting is still preserved in the temple. Wenshu Temple faces south and has a construction area of 11,600 square meters. The Heavenly King Hall, the Three Great Bodhisattvas Hall, the Great Hero Hall, the Dharma Hall, and the Sutra Library are solemn and majestic, simple and spacious, and are typical Qing Dynasty buildings. On both sides are the Zen, Guan, Guest, Fasting, Precepts, and Chanting Halls, and the Office Room, forming a closed quadrangle. Walking in Wenshu Temple, you can feel the very deep history, which is completely different from most of the temples that have been built or renovated in recent years. Although there are many pilgrims and believers, there is no noise at all. The architectural style is also very characteristic of western Sichuan, which is completely different from the temples in the Central Plains. There are two three-eave bell and drum towers facing each other in Wenshu Monastery. A 4,500-kilogram bronze bell is hung in the bell tower. The statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva is cast in bronze and can be called a fine sculpture. There are more than 300 Buddha statues of different sizes in the temple, some are cast in steel, some are carved in wood, some are carved in stone, and some are made of clay. In terms of age, there are unearthed stone carvings from the Liang Dynasty, iron-cast gods of commandments from the Tang and Song Dynasties, bronze statues from the Qing Dynasty, and Burmese jade Buddhas. These statues have high cultural relic and artistic value. I don't know much about Buddhism and statues, but I am quite interested in the bronze lion at the entrance of the main hall and the fish-shaped object next to it. Most temples have bronze lions, but I think the sculptures are more delicate. There are many stone tablets with inscriptions around the Thousand Buddha Peace Pagoda. The most famous one should be the two characters "Konglin" written by Emperor Kangxi. The melodious sound of the piano often echoes in the Konglin Qin Pavilion next to it, which makes people deeply feel the realm of Zen and the freedom of the soul. Strolling to the backyard of Wenshu Temple, there are exchanges about Buddhism, where believers from all over the country and overseas come here to learn, exchange and realize the truth. In today's Chinese society, there are too many secular material pursuits, and everyone's soul is very tired. This kind of spiritual pursuit and maintenance has become even more precious.

Wenshufang is full of antique buildings, and many old snacks are still in business. There are always long queues for Zhang Laoer Liangfen and Sanyiyuan Beef Cake. When you come out of Wenshuyuan, you don't need to walk far to see that the small shops are full of people.

There are many snacks in Wenshufang, all of them are good. However, as a child from Northeast China, I got up a little early, so when I went there at 9 o'clock, many snack shops were not open. I had to walk around Wenshuyuan for a while before I could eat delicious food. I recommend the jelly and pig's trotter flower. I think the snacks in Wenshufang are more authentic than those in Jinli and Kuanzhai Alley.

I won't say much, I can only tell you that I am still craving it now that I am back.

Built on the basis of Wenshu Temple, it is similar to Jinli, but its popularity has never been as high as Jinli. There are temple fairs during holidays, which is relatively lively. The buildings in Wenshufang are all restored to their original state, with low floors and very simple and elegant. There are Wenshu Temple, a thousand-year-old temple, Zhang Laowu Liangfen, a time-honored snack in Chengdu, Wensuyuan, the most famous local pastry shop in Chengdu, as well as hotels, teahouses, other snack shops, and handicraft shops. Eating here is not a problem, and the transportation is very convenient. After exiting the "Wenshuyuan" station on Metro Line 1, you will see a big archway. Go through the archway. Wenshufang is a pedestrian street in some sections, and cars cannot drive in. Except for a few hotels with private parking lots, Wenshufang does not have its own independent parking lot. It is recommended to park the car in a nearby parking lot to avoid driving in and not finding a parking space. It is particularly important to note that many fortune-telling "godmothers" are here to solicit customers for fortune-telling. Don't pay attention to them, they are all scammers.

I walked around and found many famous Sichuan products and snacks. I had a bowl of ice cream, which was sweet and cool. I wanted to eat Zhang Er cold noodles, but there were too many people and I didn't eat at the shops.

Wenshufang. The ancient culture here is strong. I bought a Shu embroidery scarf here for 69 yuan. We also bought yak horn combs and yak horn bracelets at a Tibetan boy's stall. They were very beautiful. I like this antique building very much. It has a lot of flavor.

Wenshufang, like Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli, is a well-known food street market with Chengdu characteristics. It is located next to Renmin Middle Road in the center of Chengdu. It is the quickest to get off at Wenshuyuan Station on Metro Line 1. It is a good place to experience Chengdu's food and folk culture. Next to Wenshufang is Wenshuyuan. The ticket is 5 yuan and you have to put it in the incense box consciously. You can get incense for free when burning incense. The most popular snacks in Wenshufang are all kinds of snacks. The most popular ones are the palace pastry shop not far from the entrance and the three cannons in the middle of the road. Along the way, there are also Lai Tangyuan, Sad Liangfen (6 yuan per serving), Sugar-coated Fruit (5 yuan per string), Husband and Wife Feipian, etc. The prices are very affordable. It is also very close to Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square. If you go to Wenshuyuan, you can arrange a tour together. If you go to Jinli, you don’t need to come here specially, because the food is similar to that in Jinli, and the price is similar. The ancient buildings in Jinli look more flavorful.

There is a place in Wenshufang that requires tickets, and inside is a place for burning incense. We were not very interested in that, so we just wandered around the streets and took a quick look.

Wenshufang is the main gathering place for our trip to Chengdu. The reason is, haha, after reading the travel notes, you will know what a foodie’s choice is.

We had the most unforgettable jelly in our lives, so much so that before leaving Chengdu we went to Wenshufang to eat it again... Hahaha. It was really delicious.

Any cold cake on the street is delicious. It's only three yuan. It costs five yuan in Chongqing, but it's not as delicious as the one in Chengdu. It's very affordable.

Wenshufang has just been renovated, so there are not many businesses and tourists here. You can come and have a look and some snacks.
