Government departments pass the buck, and grassroots cadres rarely respond. Leading cadres always think that no safety accidents are a small matter. They just let [Mahua Daguanyuan] deceive out-of-town tourists. It really brings shame to Tianjin. I don’t want to go to Tianjin anymore. Everyone, please pay attention. The scammers are at the entrance of each express hotel and near Jiefang Bridge. Remember, don’t think you have met a kind person?
