A 4A-level scenic spot, one of the Ten Scenic Spots of Tianjin, also known as "Longtan Floating Green", is the largest park in Tianjin and is suitable for morning and evening strolls and dates.
The park has a beautiful environment, with corridors and waterside pavilions. Its most significant feature is the large lake where you can go boating in the summer and admire the vast lotus flowers.
There is a Wanfo Island on the small island in the center of the lake. It is a tourist area with Buddhist culture as its theme. Those who are interested can visit it.
In addition, the park also has amusement facilities (roller coaster, Ferris wheel, etc.) and a zoo, which is suitable for tourists with children.

A great place to take a walk or walk the kids! The square dance is getting more and more exciting! There's also modern dance and various chess games! This place is great ~ it knows how to live ~

The park is huge and a great place to relax on weekends. You can go boating or hike. The air is fresh. There are pavilions and other structures where you can sit and relax. There's also an amusement park with roller coasters and other things. Overall, I think it's pretty good.

The water park is a large area in the southern part of the city. It features both a free park and a paid zoo. The park has a variety of landscapes and gardens. The water surface is quite large, and there are many water activities available at reasonable prices. Food and drinks in the park are expensive, so it's best to bring your own.

By piggy |

The scenery is okay, but lacks characteristics. The lotus flowers are very beautiful. You can visit it if you have time.

By Confused Lamb |

This is a very famous park in Tianjin. After visiting, I think the main reason for going out is probably the free entrance fee. The park itself is quite conscientious. It is very large, with a large area of vegetation and water surface, and there are also flocks of fat ducks. There is a spontaneous senior choir and a Ferris wheel. It can be said that the content is very comprehensive. However, as a special attraction, it is a bit weak. However, it is still nice to see the Tianta Tower in the park.

By Miss Liuuuuu_.💕 |

There are many tourists in the water park, and there are various amusement facilities.

By Wufeizi |

The air inside is fresh and the environment is beautiful. There are flowers, trees and water, which is very fun.

By Dong Jingwei |

Swimming in the water in the early morning, the air is fresh, a jar of clear water, ducks swimming in the water

By Strings are mute |

I like the park, it's very pleasant to take a walk in. The best part is, it's free.

The plant area is not colorful in this season, but it is also nice to walk on the water bridge.

The pond is full of dead lotus, looking around, it is so desolate. Suddenly I feel like the end of my life, haha

There are many places to sit and enjoy the scenery by the lake, which is very suitable for couples and lesbians to chat. Of course, singles also like to come here, which can prove the saying that a lake can hold a lot of thoughts.

Everyone is aiming for the commanding heights. Climbing up the small tower, you can have a bird's eye view of the entire park. It's a must-go.

By What about the officers? |

It is estimated that there are few people in Tianjin who have not been to the water park. Originally, a ticket was required, but later it was renovated and turned into a park with free admission, a good place for citizens to exercise.

By Flowers bloom sweetie |

The environment is perfect, the facilities are perfect, and the most important thing is that it is free. Tianjin is indeed rich and treats everyone equally. Unlike some provinces and cities that only offer free or discounted services to locals

It's a large park with a very down-to-earth feel, with many Tianjin grandparents having fun there. Many of them have unique activities, such as dancing, saxophone, and ballroom dancing, but the unique features aren't particularly noticeable. If you have the time, you can go and see it, but I generally don't recommend going there specifically to visit the park...

By Vast Sea Breeze |

If I wasn't so tired from walking today, I would have taken a good walk around. The overall feeling is very similar to Yuyuantan.

By Backpacking in Tianlong |

I went there in 1982. I just thought the water park was so huge that I couldn't finish it after a whole day of walking. My back ached from exhaustion. I don't know what the situation is like now.

The picture is taken from Baidu.

The water park, my childhood memories! It's still the same, so beautiful!

By Be-Better |

Water Park. There is only one water park in Tianjin, so there are always a lot of people every time I go there. It seems like you haven’t been to Tianjin if you don’t come to the water park.

Tianjin Water Park, located near Tianjin TV Tower and accessible directly by subway, is the largest park in Tianjin city.

Tianjin's largest free park, it features a children's playground, a bonsai garden, a calligraphy and painting academy, and a Kobe Garden. The park's large lake offers boating opportunities in the summer. It's adjacent to the Zhou and Deng Memorial Hall to the north and the zoo to the south. It's ideal for seniors, couples, or families.

Everyone in Tianjin knows the Water Park. It has a long history and, being adjacent to the Zhou and Deng Xiaoping Memorial Hall, is a well-maintained park. In recent years, it's been free, attracting even more people to cool off and explore. Every summer, we go to the water park for our annual summer outing, and we never tire of it. We'd look at the various lotuses in the lotus pond and spot the tiny fish. Qinglongtan used to have a fountain, so it was refreshing to take off our shoes and socks, step in with our bare feet, and enjoy the water. It's been closed for years, probably to conserve water. Those interested can go boating; there are all kinds of boats, and the lake is quite large, so it takes quite a while. The water park is connected to the zoo, so adults and children can enjoy a full day there.

I feel like I'm sitting in your world, filled with the people in your heart. But I gradually realize that I can never touch them. That happiness, that joy, belongs to you, to you all. I just really hope that all this will never end...

I always go to the water park every spring. This year I took my grandma there. Parking at the entrance is 20 yuan. The park is quite large for an 80-year-old grandma. We walked around and rested a little. We rented a boat for an hour. There were ducks and mandarin ducks in the lake, and some birds flew over the lake. It was very pleasant. We also played the amusement facilities inside and the bumper cars for children. It was also fun to play with the children. I recommend visiting the water park in spring and autumn!

The water park is adjacent to the Tianjin TV Tower, about a 15-minute walk away. It's a comprehensive park consisting of three lakes, East, West, and South, and 11 islands scattered within them. The south section now houses a zoo, with separate admission. The north section houses an amusement park and a promenade for seniors. Many locals flock here on weekends, and while the amusement park is reasonably priced, it's a great place to bring children. The park also offers beautiful views, including the Tianta Tower. It's worth a stroll. It's crowded on holidays, so driving is recommended. The park is conveniently located near the subway and bus stops. We went in the evening and caught the stunning sunset, especially the reflections on the water. It felt like being at the seaside. However, the lake is quite large, so it can be a bit chilly at night, so bring plenty of clothes. The entire park is now free of charge. The best part is boating with friends, chatting and paddling on the shimmering water. It's a delightful experience. However, it's not suitable for tourists, as it might lack local flavor.

A good place for free citizens to play, with many people playing music and singing

Next to it is the water park, which is also a traditional tourist attraction with land-based rides, water projects, and a zoo on the island.

The scenery is beautiful and it's a great place! I come here every time I go to Tianjin. It's a great place to travel.

One of Tianjin's Ten Scenic Spots, the North's West Lake, a place known for its four seasons on the water, is so beautiful after its renovations that I barely recognized it. Admission is now free, though the words "Happy Island" evoke a faint memory of childhood. The various rides require separate admission. We walked around the park along the long covered bridge, situated right by the lake, offering a refreshing breeze and a cool breeze. The lively atmosphere of the city's vibrant residents, dancing, singing, and performing opera, was enough to keep the children enthralled for a while. There are three lakes on the water, where you can enjoy boating and admiring the lotus flowers. There's also an animal park within the park, which requires a separate admission fee.

By Happy Mom |

The weather was overcast, with no strong sunshine, and the water park's lake was quite large, so the whole experience was cool and comfortable. There were many activities in the park, including square dancing and figure skating with instrumental accompaniment, which was a really exciting way to relax.

We walked along the bridge in the middle of the lake, stopping and looking around. It was a rare moment of relaxation. We could see the Tianta Tower from here, and the water park was about one or two kilometers away in a straight line. When we were tired, we found a pier by the lake and rented a small boat to row and feed the wild ducks. Gao Xing and grandma were very happy all the way. We got off the boat around eleven o'clock. Gao Xing was a little sleepy and fell asleep in the stroller.

In Tianjin Water Park, lotus flowers of various colors are blooming in the lotus pond, while the peonies in the peony garden have withered.

The Water Park is one of the largest parks in Tianjin. It is open to the public free of charge all year round and attracts many tourists every day. It is easily accessible by bus or subway. Take bus 859 and get off at Tianta Station or Zhou Deng Memorial Hall Station. The park has a variety of amusement facilities for children, including roller coasters, pirate ships, and bumper cars. It is suitable for parents to experience with their children. The amusement facilities are charged separately. There is also a zoo inside, but there is an entrance fee. The package ticket is 30 yuan per person. There are many animals, which allows children to learn about animals, love animals, and get close to nature while playing.

By Mao Xiaobu |

The Water Park is the park that children born and raised in Tianjin visit the most since they were young, because the zoo is here. Later, an amusement park was added. After school, spring outings almost always come here. Later, most of the parks in Tianjin were renovated and became free parks. Only the zoo charges admission.

By Divine Beast DDG |

This is a large park in Tianjin, now free of charge. The park has beautiful scenery and is often used as a wedding photography location. There's a lake with boating opportunities, and the pavilion offers panoramic views of the water park. I haven't been there recently, though... The fountains are popular with children, and the lotus and water lilies in the lake bloom beautifully in summer, though not in abundance. Photography enthusiasts might enjoy it. There are also what appear to be bronze heads of the twelve Chinese zodiac animals, as well as some rides. It's adjacent to the zoo, which does require an entrance fee and has alpacas. The Zhou-Deng Memorial Hall is also not far from the water park, so if you have the energy, you could visit it in a day.

By Sweet and Sour Nuts |

The water park is so big that you can spend a long time there.

The Water Park is the most picturesque park in Tianjin. It's a large park with a large area of water where you can go boating. There's also a play area, which is great.

By Lori's Sailboat |

The largest park in Tianjin. It was very good before, but it has declined since it became free.

The water park is very close to the Tianta Tower and is free to enter, though the amusement park and boating area are charged. The park is beautifully landscaped and perfect for weekend getaways with the elderly and children. I often visited with my classmates during my university years; it's a great place for an outing. Transportation is very convenient, with buses and subways available. Tianjin TV often hosts events there, and you might even run into a news anchor there. The park's amusement facilities are located in a separate area, ranging from large-scale rides like the suspended roller coaster and the flying dance to smaller attractions suitable for children like carousels and miniature airplanes.

By Angel Lemon Rabbit |

The water park's scenery is actually more beautiful than its name suggests. It may have been called something like "Bilongtan" (Bilongtan), but it was later renamed the more popular "Water Park." However, the scenery here is definitely worth a visit in downtown Tianjin, and it's a great place for leisure and entertainment for residents.

Transportation: Metro Line 3 goes directly to the Zhou-Deng Memorial Hall. Tianta Station is also very close, just a short walk away. There are also many buses nearby, such as Line 2. Because the water park is quite large and has many gates, there are many ways to get there. Inside the park, you can mainly walk, but if you're tired, you can also take the park's sightseeing bus, which runs frequently and passes through several major attractions.

In spring, the water park is a popular spot for flower viewing, with peach, pear, and crabapple blossoms blooming one after another, attracting many photography enthusiasts. In summer, the park offers a cool breeze, with weeping willows swaying in the shade, numerous corridors and long walkways for rest, and numerous lotus flowers lining the water. Autumn is also a beautiful sight, with falling leaves and a chrysanthemum exhibition featuring a variety of varieties, creating a truly picturesque scene. Although the trees wither in winter, the most striking sight is the seagulls that spend the winter here, often gathering in large flocks, creating a spectacular spectacle.

There are many toilets in the water park and the hygiene is well maintained.

Boating here is quite pleasant, as the water park's vast expanse allows for long paddles. It's also a shared memory for generations of Tianjin residents. A family might have three or four generations of people who have shared memories of boating, dating, and playing here.

After breakfast, Xianzi took me to the water park. Because it was still morning, there were many people doing morning exercises. For them, a good day starts with morning exercises.

By Sinian Little Lich |

The city's largest free park, with its stunning lake and mountain scenery, is a great place to relax and unwind. It's a haven amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, perfect for a weekend getaway. There are also optional recreational activities, like boating and an amusement park. It would take a whole day to fully explore the park.

By Never |

The water park is much larger than ordinary parks. It has 3 to 4 large lakes, and the area of the lakes occupies most of the park, which is well deserved.

The water park is a good place for taking photos. In summer, the lotus pond attracts a large number of photography enthusiasts.

By Wu Xie |

I first went to the water park when I was in primary school. I revisited it during the Qingming Festival in 2014 and found that it had changed a lot.

By Hibiscus |

It's an older park in Tianjin, where we went on spring outings when we were young (it's almost 50 now). The water area is very large and worth a visit. We went there in early March, around 4:30 in the afternoon, so the photos I took with my phone aren't very good. The weather was very cold. In a month, the water park will be at its most beautiful. There's no entrance fee, it's free. I found a few more photos taken in the morning in May, the colors are better.

By Tianyu cane🐟 |

How famous was it back then? Even as far away as the imperial capital, people heard about it. So, I came here to visit...

The water park is really good. It does not charge admission and is a completely open park. There are many kinds of green plants. The large area of green plus the lake makes the air very good and it is getting better and better. I especially like the feeling of being close to nature. When you are there, your mood will also become very good.

However, to be honest, the water park is not as attractive as it used to be, and there are no more unique highlights.

After all, with the changing times and the gradual rise of large amusement parks such as Happy Valley, Disney, and the future Universal Studios, people's consumption interests have changed a lot.

The water park is a bit low quality. Haha.

By Happy every day |

It's very suitable for children to play, and the older ones are suitable for walking. We played on the pirate ship, hehe~~~ We also planned to go to the roller coaster, but it was windy that day and the roller coaster was temporarily closed. What a pity~~

While strolling, I saw many elderly people playing accordions and singing revolutionary songs. I felt that their lives were so comfortable, and they were all enjoying spiritual life, unlike us who only enjoy surfing the Internet and playing games.

By Love yourself, love life |

This is really worth going to. It feels very relaxing. You can go boating and see the scenery. You will feel very good. It is a good place in this city.

By Xiaoqiang |

If the weather is nice, you can come here, especially when the lotus flowers are blooming. It is very beautiful. Children can also do some outdoor activities here, which is quite great.

By Xing Han Meng |

[Water Park] This park is worth a visit. You can enter freely without a ticket. It is very big and has many lakes. For someone like me who likes water, I feel very comfortable when I can see the lakes. There are quite a few bridges in it.

I love the water park. When I went there, the lotus flowers were in full bloom. There were large lotus ponds around. It was so beautiful that I didn’t dare to miss any moment.

By Waiting for you to see the sunset |

The park entrance fee is free, but the attractions inside the park require payment. Here, children can play, couples sit on chairs and whisper, and there are elderly people walking by the lake, so there are many tourists.

By green fruit |

The water park is actually a place for citizens to participate in activities. It does not charge admission, just like our Labor Park in Dalian. Probably because of the Haihe River, there are many lakes in the park.

Near Nankai University, there is a citizen fitness park with free admission. It feels that it is not easy to have such a large park in the city, and the scenery is average.

By saki |

It is very close to the Tianta Zhou Deng Memorial Hall, where there are many amusement projects and fountain shows.

It is worth a visit near the Tianta Tower, especially under the reflection of the sunset, it is quite interesting!

The Water Park is located in Nankai District, Tianjin. It is the largest park in Tianjin and has a collection of amusement facilities.

A city I'm about to leave... When I came to Tianjin a few years ago, I lived across from the water park. Although I didn't have a water view room and couldn't see the water just by opening the window bars, it was just a two-minute walk away. It felt great.

By Brandy Milk Tea |

We went straight to the water park after coming out of the porcelain house. To be honest, it was not interesting. It was just a bigger park. But with the blue sky and green leaves, the mood was still good. It was a bit like Beihai Park.

It's a good place to go in the summer. If you take your children there is a zoo inside. If you are an adult and don't want to walk too much, you can take an electric car.

By Bat Chongde |

The Water Park is one of Tianjin's ten scenic spots. Formerly known as "Qinglongtan," its history as a scenic tourist area dates back to the early 20th century. Recognized for its "lush reeds, waterfowl habitats, and natural beauty, the park was officially opened to the public on July 1, 1951." Known for its water features and continuous improvement, it's also known as the "Little Xizi of the North." My favorite childhood destination was the Water Park. Yet, despite this fondness for the park, I've never filmed anything there.
