One of the "Three Bays" of Kanas, Kanas Lake River has become wider due to the blockage of mudslides and collapsed deposits in the downstream. It is the widest section of Kanas River in Kanas Lake Scenic Area. The lake surface is backlit and flashes with tiny lights under the sunlight, as if countless pearls are scattered at will. In order to see the first ray of morning mist in Shenxian Bay, I got up early in the morning, but unfortunately the weather was not good and it was rainy again.

After leaving Kanas Lake, we hiked 3 kilometers to reach Shenxian Bay. There were few tourists along the way, the sky was high and the clouds were light, the mountains were clear and the water was green, the mountain flowers were romantic, and the fragrance was fragrant. We walked, sang, appreciated, took pictures, chased, and had fun all the way, wandering in the fairy world with fresh air. This is the most beautiful place I have ever hiked!

Special recommendation: Hiking in Shenxian Bay, about 3 kilometers, with few people and beautiful scenery, a great experience. Moon Bay and Wolong Bay are crowded, and you can only queue up and take pictures when you arrive at the scenic spots, which is not the travel mode we want.

Walking quietly on the romantic path lined with flowers, I feel happy in my heart. I feel that the world is so beautiful and peaceful. All worries are thrown behind me, wandering in the beautiful world, and I even don’t want to leave.

Follow the pier of the cruise passenger center and go upstream along the river, and you will arrive at the boarding point. From here, you will officially start your tour of Sanwan.

The scenic area bus will stop at Shenxian Bay, Moon Bay, Wolong Bay in turn, and finally arrive at the three stops in front of Jiadengyu (the entrance of the scenic area). You can get off or not. If you get off, the bus will leave. After visiting a scenic spot, you only need to wait for the subsequent bus, so there is no need to worry at all. Shenxian Bay, perhaps you should really come here to see the morning mist at sunrise, so as to live up to its reputation as "Shenxian Bay". Now it seems very inconspicuous, and there is not much surprise. It is just a very ordinary lake. Fortunately, there are those "layered" embellishments in the mountains and forests, which makes it look a little better. If you are lucky, you will see horses here in Shenxian Bay. Using them as a foil, the photos of Shenxian Bay will be more colorful.

Kanas also has a title called God's Private Reserve, so naturally there will be Shenxian Bay, which is the last of the three bays. I think this is where the fairies play and frolic. There is a touch of red in the bay. At this time, a group of horses suddenly ran from the side and happened to pass by Shenxian Bay. I quickly captured it. This picture reminded me of the world of elves, and these horses are the smart elves running on this alpine grassland.

Shenxian Bay is in the upper reaches. It has flat land, gentle slopes, open space, abundant pasture, wide river and slow flow. Many small forked streams cut the flat river valley into small islands. The islands are covered with abundant pasture and lush forests. The river flows slowly under the islands. As long as there is sunshine, the river water here sparkles and sparkles, so it is also called Pearl Beach.

TIPS:

In fact, there is no need to rush out at 7 o'clock. When I arrived at Shenxian Bay at 8 o'clock, I only found a sea of tourists and a thick fog that made it impossible to see clearly. A man on the mountain told me that he had been squatting here at 7 o'clock. In fact, it is enough to come at 9 o'clock today, because the most beautiful time of Shenxian Bay is the moment when the sun rises from the top of the mountain and the fog dissipates. When you are trapped in the hexagram formation, you suddenly find clouds and fog surging, as if the world is turned upside down, yin and yang are rotating, and some hidden power is brewing. In an instant, a golden light pushes away the heavy fog, air currents wander and collide, the Fairy Bay stretches its muscles and bones to reveal its true appearance, and the white mist remaining among the pines is like the belt that the immortal forgot to take away when he hurriedly waved his sleeves and left, leaving people with endless fantasy.

When you come to your senses, the mist has already dissipated, as if you have just woken up from a dream. Passing this place, all seven orifices are clear, and wind blows from your armpits. Immortals fly to the ninth heaven, and mortals become immortals.

The fog at the bottom of the Shenxian Bay Valley was thick, but it had begun to dissipate at high altitudes. Climb up the hillside behind you, choose a good position, and wait devoutly for the Shenxian Bay to take off its white veil in the morning light. As the sun descended, the temperature of the river bay rose, and the morning mist in the bay began to float and linger, surging up the hillside, over the treetops, and then retreating into the valley in a blink of an eye, like a girl in white gauze, lowering her eyebrows and nodding her head, her clothes fluttering, like feathers and smoke, like a dream or fantasy. When the morning mist dissipated, Shenxian Bay revealed its true appearance. There was no such thing as a white gauze fairy, but just a beautiful scenery on earth.

It was just daybreak when we arrived at Shenxian Bay, but the foggy Shenxian Bay had gradually emerged. Occasionally, the fog dissipated and the sun shone on the birch forest in the mountains, as if it was coated with a layer of golden light, and shone on the lake to create colorful ripples. The golden light slowly moved and expanded as the sun rose, gradually illuminating the entire mountain. The azure sky, colorful lake water, golden leaves, and pure white snow-capped mountains complemented each other, which was magnificent.

I missed the morning mist in Hemu during my trip, but I couldn’t miss the morning mist in Kanas! Because of the incident mentioned earlier, I was the only one left for the morning mist.

The driver said that the morning mist in Kanas can usually be photographed in Shenxian Bay and Yaze Lake. When I took the shuttle bus the day before, I noticed that there were many photography enthusiasts on the hillside opposite Shenxian Bay. The tripods set up there told me exactly that this was the place.

We arrived at the Shenxianwang stop at around 6:30. Since the sunrise in the territory is always more than an hour later than usual, we sat down to rest...

Gradually, mist began to rise from the lakeside of Shenxian Bay. It was a beautiful place, like a fairyland, hazy and mysterious.

Going forward, you will reach Shenxian Bay. The wooden plank road is basically on the grassland. On the left is the road for shuttle buses, and from time to time a shuttle bus full of tourists passes by at high speed; on the right is green grassland and mountains in the distance. This section is closer to the highway and far away from Kanas River. When you arrive at Shenxian Bay, the number of tourists has increased significantly, and most of them get off the shuttle bus to visit Shenxian Bay.

To enter Kanas Scenic Area, you need to take a bus arranged by the scenic area to go up the mountain for sightseeing, passing through the golden birch forest all the way, and the end point is Kanas Lake. On the way, you will pass Wolong Bay, Moon Bay, and Fairy Bay, which are known as the three bays of Kanas. The best time to visit the three bays is in the early morning, firstly because the light is good and the lake surface does not reflect light, and secondly because if you are lucky in the early morning, you can encounter morning fog.

The reason for the color change of the lake is due to the amount of mineral components in the upstream river water caused by seasonal changes; it is also related to the different colors of the plants in the surrounding mountains that change with the seasons and are reflected in the lake, as well as the changes in the angle of sunlight and the effects of light and action in different seasons on the lake water. The main reason is that the water of Kanas Lake comes from the Kanas Glacier on the south slope of Youyi Peak. When the glacier acts on the surrounding mountains composed of light-colored granite, the granite blocks carried by the glacier are squeezed and ground into white fine powder and mixed in the ice layer. In the hot summer, the glacier carrying the white fine powder melts, and a large amount of milky white glacier meltwater and rainwater enter the Kanas River and flow into the Akekule Lake (White Lake). The milky white water of the Akekule Lake flows downstream and merges into Kanas Lake. This is why Kanas Lake turns white in July and August.

After freezing in December every year, Kanas Lake looks like a white crystal mirror. Local herdsmen use sleds to transport goods or go skiing and skating on the lake. In addition, in different weather and from different angles, the special water quality refracts against the sky and mountain colors to produce different colors. We got off at Shenxian Bay and started hiking. I thought the morning mist had dispersed at 9 o'clock, but I didn't expect it was still in time. Beautiful scenery is always fleeting. The morning mist had spread within 5 minutes. You must seize the opportunity to take pictures. However, we didn't encounter the best morning mist. The most beautiful state is hanging above the river like a ribbon. A group of wild ducks happened to swim by. I was so lucky.

Shenxian Bay is suitable for getting up early to take pictures of the morning mist. After the morning mist dissipates, it is relatively not as beautiful as Moon Bay and Wolong Bay.

You can only see part of the lake from the viewing platform. Many tourists climbed up the hillside on the left. I thought you could see the whole picture from the hillside, so I climbed up as well. I deliberately climbed a little longer to a deserted place. The sun had not yet shone on the hillside near the water, and the water was dark. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, the sun slowly passed over the top of the mountain and sprinkled the sun on the lake. When the mist started to rise, it felt like a fairyland. Maybe that's why this place is called Shenxian Bay.

We were all very tired and felt that the morning fog in Hemu was very shocking. It didn't matter whether we went to Shenxian Bay or not, but we still went to see it after repeated persuasion from the innkeeper. To go to "Sanwan", you need to take a bus to the transfer center, and first take a minibus to Shenxian Bay. The journey is not far. After climbing up the hillside, I found that the scenery here is indeed different from that of Hemu Village. The curved Kanas River flows through the woods, with snow-capped mountains behind it. When the morning fog was thick, you couldn’t see anything by the river, so you could only climb up the hillside behind to take pictures, and the hillside was full of guns and cannons.

This was the first time I passed by Shenxian Bay, and the only photo of the morning fog that made me realize that “raising the camera is victory”.

Although it is not perfect, it is a rare opportunity.

Because we had two days, we thought we could see it the next day, but we didn't cherish the scene in front of us.

That day, when I took a bus back from Wolong Bay, the morning mist had dissipated, and there was no trace of the morning mist the next day.

Unlimited time and freedom will make you less willing to cherish them. The morning mist in Shenxian Bay will always be just a quick glimpse.

At 8:00 am, wait for the morning fog bus (a minibus, the same length as the shuttle bus to Guanyutai) at the bus stop in Xincun. It will take you directly to Shenxian Bay to see the morning fog. You can get off here or take the bus to Moon Bay and Wolong Bay. When I went there, there was no morning fog in Moon Bay and Wolong Bay, only in Shenxian Bay. You don't need to check the section ticket when taking this bus.

Next to Shenxian Bay is a reed marsh, swaying in the wind, very beautiful. We wanted to walk along the reed marsh all the way to Yaze Bay, but halfway through the walk we were already entangled by the beautiful scenery and took photos along the way.

The next day we arrived at Shenxian Bay at about 8:30, and there was only a little fog by the lake. We were a little disappointed, thinking that we were still late and missed the morning view.

Perhaps God didn't want us to have any regrets, as the sun rose, the fog became more and more obvious. Shenxian Bay also emitted more and more fog, which surrounded the lakeside, really like a fairyland.

It was as if we were driving into a foggy and hopeless place. The moment the car came out of the thick fog, it seemed as if we had traveled through time and arrived in another world. There were not only dark green pines and cypresses, but also emerald lakes.

The mist evaporates from the river, forming a wall of fog that slowly spreads upwards, soaking the forests and grasslands on both sides of the river, and then disappears in the sunlight, forming a landscape shrouded in thick clouds and mist. Isn't such an otherworldly fairyland the place where immortals live?

The morning mist in Shenxian Bay, one of the three bays of Kanas, is the most beautiful, like a poem, a painting, a dream, and a fairyland. It is recommended to stroll in Shenxian Bay at around 7 o'clock in the morning. It feels quite comfortable.

The Shenxian Bay is covered with fog, and it is difficult for the sun to come out today. To take a panoramic photo, you need to climb to a high place, where there are all kinds of cameras, but the weather is not good.

If you want to see the morning mist in Shenxian Bay, remember to go early. Like fog and smoke, like a dream or fantasy, Shenxian Bay is a paradise on earth.

The morning fog in Shenxian Bay is well-deserved. A thick fog covers the entire bay. Looking from the viewing platform, the entire road, forest and water are shrouded in fog, which is very spectacular. It seems that there is a mysterious world in the fog waiting for tourists to explore. As the sun rises, the light and dark intersection line slowly moves, as if waking up this paradise in the thick fog.

From the time it gets completely dark, we watch the fog drifting over little by little. 7 to 8 o'clock is the time we enjoy the most.

We arrived at Shenxian Bay at around 8 o'clock. I fully understood what it meant to be in the mountains, with clouds so deep that I don't know where to go.

I couldn't see anything at all. I had to release the drone, and after it flew through the fog, the scenery was still beautiful.

Today, Shenxian Bay is worthy of its name. The mist spreads over the shallow emerald water, and the dams divide the picture into different areas. The surrounding trees make the whole picture more substantial. The mist is just like the blank space. It is a thousand miles of clear autumn, and the water follows the sky. However, beauty will eventually fade away, especially when the sun is shining, the mist dissipates faster, but before it disappears, it is her most beautiful time, just like the sunset, although it is near dusk, it is infinitely beautiful. And Shenxian Bay under the sun is just like this, the lingering beauty is the most shocking.

The morning fog starts around nine o'clock, so there is no need to rush to go there, and there is no need to rush to leave once you have gone there.

Take the bus to Jiadengyu from the transfer point and get off at the first stop, Shenxianwan. The morning mist in Shenxianwan is very beautiful, like being in a fairyland.
