Haishe Park is a long sandbar surrounded by water on three sides. It is a small ecological park by the Erhai Lake.
The coast is shaded by green willows, and the scenery on both sides is different. On one side, waves hit the shore, and on the other side, the waves are sparkling. The scenery is picturesque in all seasons. It is the best place to enjoy the Erhai Lake.
The scenery on the island is pristine, with large tracts of trees and long wormwood grass. The Erhai Lake deep in the peninsula is also exceptionally clear and blue, making it a great place for taking photos.

We took Didi and arrived at Haishe Ecological Park at about 8 o'clock (ticket: free)
The driver told us that there was nothing fun in the Sea Tongue Park and it would only take an hour or two to play. When we entered from the main gate, we met a couple who had just come out of the park and they also said it was not fun. At 8 o'clock, there were not many tourists in the Sea Tongue Park. But the ultraviolet rays were a bit strong, which made it difficult to take pictures. Although others said it was not very fun, we were still full of expectations and rushed to the Sea Tongue.
As soon as we entered the door, we were attracted by several shops in the cultural and creative market. It was too early and the store hadn’t opened yet... But we started to have fun and took some very artistic photos~
Going around the back of the Creative Market, there is a lake with hay growing wildly. There are several small boats on the shore for tourists to take pictures. Since we came very early, there were basically no tourists, so we took as many pictures as we wanted.
Deep inside the sea tongue...
In the early morning when the sun has not yet risen, the water quality is not very good and green seaweed is floating on the Erhai Lake.
As the sun gradually came out, the sunlight sprinkled on the lake, and the ripples on the lake surface were shining.
I really like the trees growing along the coast in Sea Tongue Park.
Forever frozen in the last moment of life, it's like looking at a large plant mummy.
Some rotten wood has new life because of the seeds brought by seabirds.
I feel that wearing ethnic skirts in such places can capture the aboriginal style.
After giving up the popular check-in spot, we came to the embankment of Erhai Lake
The colors of the sky and the sea are one. At the farthest edge of Erhai Lake, it is hard to tell where Erhai Lake is and where the blue sky is.
At the edge of the dam, you can take some very artistic photos.
It was 11 o'clock, and the number of tourists gradually increased. We were ready to go to the Sea Tongue Park. At the entrance, we unexpectedly found a small forest and couldn't help playing there again.
About 1 km from the gate, there are many horse-drawn carriages soliciting passengers near the parking lot. It costs about 10 yuan, and you can bargain to 5 yuan. I thought it was really far, so I was prepared to walk a distance, but it was really quick when I walked in. The solicitors will lie to you and say it's still a long way.
There are no special attractions inside. As long as you can get close to Erhai Lake and play in the water (actually you can play in the water anywhere in Erhai Lake), there is only one coffee shop in operation. At the top of the park is the so-called "Sea Tongue", and the scenery is similar.
Rent a car in Dali Ancient Town and return it at Shangri-La Airport. Of course, you can't miss the Sea Tongue Ecological Park. There is no entrance fee to the park, but the parking lot charges 10 yuan. The walking distance from the parking lot to the top of the sea tongue is 1.2 kilometers. You can save about half the distance by taking a horse carriage, but since you are visiting the park, it is better to stroll around.
Winter cherry blossoms accompanied us along the way, and the blue sky was still beautiful even without white clouds. Poinsettias were in full bloom (also known as Christmas flowers). This was the first time I saw such tall poinsettia bushes, which attracted many tourists to stop and take pictures.
The sea tongue stretches into the depths of Erhai Lake. The surrounding scenery is charming. It doesn't matter if you have a heavy SLR. You can just take beautiful seascape photos with your mobile phone. I especially like the wetlands of the sea tongue, where trees, vegetation and water are integrated. It's a pity that artificial breakwaters have been built here, and many of them are broken and destroyed. It feels better to keep it original, even if the trees fall down, there is no need to clean it up. As for the ecological park, what you want is the original flavor. The ecology of this world is very fragile, so it's better to disturb it less. Illegal buildings are also being demolished here. Some buildings in the park are about to be demolished. It seems that illegal buildings that erode Erhai Lake are everywhere.
Haishe Ecological Park is located in Xizhou, not too far from the ancient town; and it is a completely free place. The tongue-shaped land extends deep into Erhai Lake, and the Haishe comes from this. There is still a distance from the parking lot to the entrance of the scenic spot, and it takes 15 minutes to walk. There are several well-decorated small shops next to the gate, named Kaiwuji, which are all some cultural and creative handicrafts.
TIPS: After arriving, you still have to walk about one kilometer, or choose to take a horse carriage (the outermost fare is usually 10 yuan for two people, and it is 5 yuan to walk inside. If you want to experience it, you can try it. I think it's good to walk around); there is a place to keep vehicles outside. You can park anywhere for 2 yuan and pick up the car at any time; there are a lot of mosquitoes inside, probably because the management is more casual; there is a place with the best scenery in the Sea Tongue Park, which is circled and a large white frame is placed for tourists to take pictures. Of course, you have to pay (and then the security guard will take pictures of you hhhhh).
Recommended playing time: 1-2 hours
Recommendation index: 4 stars
The Erhai Lake here is very close. There are no big waves, but it is as smooth as a mirror. There don't seem to be many seagulls coming here to bother, which may be the promise of nature.
The facilities in the park are not very good and are quite old. The stagnant water under the bridge is not managed by anyone, so it is very dirty. The whole park is not big and can be walked through in a short time. In the afternoon, the road from the entrance to the right is the best photo spot, and it is beautiful all the way. But the other side is backlit and very sunny.
There is also a small grass sea in Haishe Park, but it is not as spectacular as the one seen in Lugu Lake.
After parking your car in the park’s parking lot, it’s about a 1-kilometer walk. There are also horse-drawn carts you can take, but it’s not as far as the “5 kilometers” some drivers mention.
There was an uncle with his hands behind his back at the door. Every time someone entered, he would press the counter in his hand. I saw it secretly.
How many people are lucky enough to see the true face of the refreshing Sea Tongue Park in winter?
There are many small silver fish in the sea, the movement and stillness of life.
Walk to the end of the Sea Tongue Park, to the tip of the tongue, sit in the shade of the trees, and look at the yachts on the opposite bank and the white windmills on the mountain.
It is worth mentioning that the parking lot here is run by the village committee. You can't drive to the park gate directly, and you have to walk a short distance to enter the park (the park is free, and parking is 10 yuan). Along the way, there are coachmen soliciting customers to experience the horse-drawn carriage. Because we have been driving for a long time and want to walk more to stretch our muscles, but our noses have to smell the smell of horse manure all the way.
As soon as you enter Haishe Park, you will see a large bamboo forest. I am not very knowledgeable and can only think of one sentence in my mind: a winding path leads to a secluded place.
The water is very clear and my mood is very good. Maybe it can be called the "Red Beach" plant. I always think that if I bring a good SLR and wear a red dress, I will definitely be able to take a lot of good photos here.
The scenery taken due to the weather is always a bit desolate. I heard that Haishe Park was originally managed by a tour group, but later the tour group abandoned this place due to the rectification of Erhai Lake, so now no one is managing it and it is overgrown with weeds...
But I like this place very much. There is no hustle and bustle of tour groups; no noise of aunties wearing silk scarves; and no young ladies with red lips trying to steal the spotlight from each other.
I like to sit quietly by the lake and daydream, listening to the orioles singing in the forest; watching the red-billed gulls flying and wandering; watching the reflections of tree trunks swaying with the waves... I just let my mind go, and I feel much more relaxed in this secret garden that is like my own.
Just as we were about to leave, we discovered a little elf - a woodpecker. This was the first time we saw this bird, which we had only heard of, so we were sure of it only when we saw it flying to the top of the tree and pecking at the tree trunk.
The Sea Tongue Park is actually a small peninsula that looks like a tongue, but when we went there, we walked in the opposite direction and walked and took photos on the other side of the natural, primitive and sunny road. The highlight of this trip is the travel photography. Every photo that looks very handsome (zao) and beautiful (jiao) is hard to come by. We found a dead tree, and photographer Louise managed to capture an artistic sense of withering. We arrived at the real Sea Tongue Park, and then we played on the small broken road next to it for a few hours. The scenery of the Sea Tongue Park is still very beautiful. There is a tree at the end of the Sea Tongue Park. It was sunset, and the whole color tone was so beautiful. The first reaction when I saw this tree was the scene in "Flipped" where Bryce and Julie sat on the tree.
The horse-drawn carriages and electric cars lined up in front of the park gate can go directly into the depths of the park.
In the afternoon, the two sides of the park present completely different scenery. On one side, the calm lake reflects the blue sky, as poetic as an oil painting. On the other side, the blue waves are rippling, and the sun shines on the lake, which makes people open their eyes and feel the power of healing and comfort.
There are many benches by the lake. The jeep will take you to a familiar spot for taking photos. The site fee is 10 yuan, and you can leave after taking the photos.
Go north along the West Coast Road and you will reach the Sea Tongue Park. During the day, someone will collect parking fees at the gate, 2 yuan per car, unlimited time. Park your car at the gate and walk about 300 to 400 meters to the park entrance. There are a lot of battery cars and horse carriages in the parking lot. If you are told that you have to walk a distance, take a car, 2.5 yuan per person. It is up to you whether you want to walk.
What impressed me most was the entrance of Haishe Park. If you come early in the morning when the light is right, the bamboo avenue will definitely be beautiful. The trees along the way are full of autumn colors. Finally, when you walk to the end of Haishe Park, you will see a famous tree and the edge of the land where you can "step into" Erhai Lake in one step.
The Sea Tongue Park has created my most beautiful memories of Dali. It is like a barrier between fast and slow, covering this small island with a veil. Tourists in groups of three or two, because of the cramped outside world, safely jump on the train to the dreamy fairy tale world, which is ancient and charming.
Haixi is different from Haidong. There are many wetlands and forests growing in the water. The dead trees are half in the water and half exposed to the sun. They are in different shapes but also beautiful. On the left hand side is the water area that is so bright that you can't open your eyes. On the other side is the lush and tall forest. The sun is wanton and lazy, and the wind is barely audible. It's like walking into a shadowy maze.
To be precise, the parking lot is not far from the park. The road from the entrance to the bottom of the park is narrow and uneven, with horse-drawn carriages carrying passengers passing back and forth, and you will meet some local people wearing turbans while walking.
At first I wanted to look for the famous Husband and Wife Tree, but I still couldn't find any trace of it when I walked to the end. It was not until later that I realized that it was quietly growing at the entrance of the park. Through a small path in the parking lot, you can directly approach the tall Husband and Wife Tree (also known as the big green tree). It is particularly spectacular from a distance, with a few sheep and cows grazing in the grass, and sporadic bird calls. It is not as crowded as imagined.
The Haishe Ecological Park on Huanhai West Road is a hidden Internet celebrity attraction.
No tickets are required.
The parking lot is a certain distance from the park entrance, and you can take a horse-drawn carriage to enter.
It's also quite interesting to ride in a swaying horse-drawn carriage.
Haishe Park is a peninsula that looks like a tongue extending into Erhai Lake.
It has now been developed into an ecological park. It is not a popular tourist attraction, so it is relatively primitive.
Many cool-dressed young ladies took "blockbuster" photos here.
Or leaning or leaning or standing on the trees growing in the water,
The trees growing in the water form the intersection of Erhai Lake and the land, extending forward.
But there are a lot of mosquitoes here.
They were so densely packed together that they blocked the road.
If there is no plan to make a big movie,
If you have seen Lugu Lake,
Well, this is not a recommended place, and you may be a little disappointed.
There are few people and beautiful scenery. The road was under construction when I came here, and it was bumpy all the way to the place. I found that I came from a small road. Haishe Park is not big. There are Xizhou Baba, a speciality of the Western Zhou Dynasty, sold at the entrance. I bought one to eat. Maybe I was hungry, but it felt good.
It is really beautiful here. Although the park is not big, I spent more than an hour walking around it and even took a short rest on a bench beside Erhai Lake. It was really pleasant!
To be honest, after seeing everyone's photos and comments, I took a taxi there with great anticipation. But when I got there, I found that it was very small and there was nothing. Local villagers told me that no one had ever been here before, and it was all just a fuss about it online. So if you want to go and see it, you can stop by when you are visiting Xizhou Ancient Town. There is no need to go there on purpose like I did. It's not worth it.
I remember the local uncle said that the name of Haishe Park comes from its shape like a tongue of the sea, surrounded by Erhai Lake on three sides, so when passing through the bamboo forest, we recommend starting from the left hand side and visiting in a clockwise direction. Because overall, you will find that the viewing experience on the left is better than that on the right; especially in the afternoon or evening, the waves on the right will be very big, and the sea breeze will be really cold. So first slowly turn around on the left side, take a look at the scenery and take pictures, and then withdraw from the right side at the speed of light, which became our ultimate route plan.
Compared to a few years ago, this place has changed a lot. It should have been rebuilt together with the Haixi Corridor. The wide lawn is open for fun. I saw people camping and picnicking with tents and placemats. If the wind is not too strong, it will be a perfect place to relax.
It is very suitable for family outings. You can spend a whole day cycling around. It is very quiet and comfortable. The most popular check-in spot in the park is the Husband and Wife Tree. It is said that there is a romantic custom among young men and women in the local area: on April 15, the sea lettuce flowers bloom, and men and women go boating on the sea tongue together; on May 10, they have a good chat and swear to be together forever under the Twin Tree. Over time, the Twin Tree has become a symbol of love. With the blessing of the beautiful scenery of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, this place has become a holy place for love. The so-called "life and death are bound together, and I will be happy with you. Holding your hand, and growing old with you", it must be very romantic here.
There is a dam deep in Cangshan Mountain, named "Huadian Dam" because of the flowers. The dam gave birth to a stream with flowers, and was named "Wanhua Creek" because of the flowers. The stream flows out of the deep valley and divides into 18 gullies, which pass through Xizhou Market and converge into a lake, named "Longhu" because of the dragon. The lake flows into Erhai Lake, and the sand piles up to form an island, which looks like a long tongue, commonly known as "Haishe".
Among the parks in Dali, I like Haishe the most, and I only like Haishe. Haishe Park is not big, it is a small peninsula extending into Erhai Lake. Walking along the sea, the wind blows your hair everywhere. But Haishe has been carefully decorated, it is beautiful.
Outside the gate of Sea Tongue Park is a lush green field where grow two identical, mirror-symmetrical trees. They look like twins or lovers, similar and complementary.
From Xizhou to Haishe Park, after stopping the electric car, I saw the famous Husband and Wife Tree from afar. The Husband and Wife Tree is two banyan trees, one large and one small, with intertwined roots, leaning against each other, and gradually growing into one tree. Legend has it that lovers or couples who take photos here will grow old together.
There were weeds all around the Husband and Wife Tree, and no one was taking photos. We didn't bring a tripod, so we took a photo of each other. The meaning is given by people, and even if there is no photo together, we believe that we can grow old together.
Because the Wanhua Creek of Cangshan Mountain flows into the sea here, and the slow flow and squeezing of the water of Erhai Lake form a long sandbar with a length of 3 kilometers surrounded by water on three sides. If you look down from the sky, it is wide and narrow and goes deep into Erhai Lake, shaped like a tongue, so it is named "Haishe Park".
There are many electric cars and horse-drawn carriages at the entrance of the Sea Tongue Park. They will tell you that you have to walk a long way to get into the park. This is the truth. What they don’t tell you is that they can’t even drive 1/3 of the way. Haha…
The narrow and long sandbar extends from the land to the Erhai Lake, and is named the Sea Tongue Park because it looks like a tongue. The quiet Erhai Lake is as calm as a mirror, reflecting the blue sky, the green Metasequoia is reflected in the water, and a few small boats shuttle through the dense grass on the lake. The scene is like a dream or a fairy tale.
Because it is on the sea-circling route, almost everyone who comes to Dali for tourism will come here, which leads to congestion. However, you will still be surprised when you arrive at the scenic area. The entire Erhai Lake is a good place for photography, but Haishe Park is definitely one of the best places. The distinctive shell road, the beautiful scenery surrounded by the sea on three sides, and my favorite road signs are really a beauty that cannot be missed.
Haishe Park is a free park. Business cars can only drive to the parking lot. There is a little distance to the park gate. Our group of 6 changed to a horse carriage. It was a tall horse with reddish brown fur. I touched its nose and it felt smooth like silk. If you are traveling by yourself, you can choose to walk once. The scenery on both sides of this gravel road is not inferior to that in the park. The green fields all year round, one side is close to Erhai Lake, the blue sky, white clouds, woods, wetlands, fishing boats...all kinds of elements paint a beautiful landscape, which makes people linger.
Haishe Park is named after its shape like a "tongue", so the park's map is the simplest I have ever seen, because it is a tongue-shaped sandbar deep into Erhai Lake, without any forks. Haishe is a small ecological park by the Erhai Lake, with green willows along the coast, and different scenery on both sides. On one side, waves hit the shore, and on the other side, microwaves sparkle. The scenery is picturesque in all seasons, and it is the best place to view Erhai Lake. The so-called tip of the tongue is a piece of land that is circled out near here. There is a fee. I just thought it was charged for taking pictures, so I didn't go in. I just took some pictures at the door. After leaving Haishe Park, I felt that the scenery outside the door was very good. Don't miss it. I personally feel that standing here to look at Erhai Lake is very beautiful no matter what, and there is no need for any extra scenery. Sometimes just a blue sky is enough. If you find a good angle, you can see the clouds in the sky, and the blue sky is all reflected on the water. The sky on the water is as blue as the real sky, just like the sea water! It's worth a visit. Like!! 1
I spent an afternoon visiting the Sea Tongue Park. In short, it is a place worth visiting. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The scenery is very charming. It is a must-visit place for photography enthusiasts. It is highly recommended.
The coast is lined with green willows, and the scenery on both sides is different. On one side, the waves hit the shore, and on the other side, the waves sparkle. The scenery is picturesque in all seasons. It is the best place to enjoy the Erhai Lake. The scenery on the island is primitive, and you can see large areas of trees and long wormwood. The Erhai Lake deep in the peninsula is also extremely clear and blue, which is very beautiful for taking pictures. A place where you can enjoy the Erhai Lake at 270 degrees, surrounded by water on three sides, with the countryside, Cangshan Mountain, and Erhai Lake all spread out in front of you. Haishe Park is located in Jinhe Village, Xizhou Town, on the west bank of Erhai Lake. Because the Wanhua Creek of Cangshan Mountain flows into the sea here, and the slow flow and squeezing of the Erhai Lake water form this long sandbar surrounded by water on three sides, which is called Qingshazhou in local historical records. The sandbar is three miles long, from wide to narrow, deep into Erhai Lake, shaped like a tongue, hence the name Haishe. Now it has been developed into an ecological park, which has preserved more of its original flavor.
This is a narrow wetland that extends into Erhai Lake. Seagulls chirp along the way, and dead trees and water plants are shaped in the water. The "tip of the tongue" provides a 360-degree view of Erhai Lake without blind spots. It is full of vitality everywhere. The water is clear and transparent, shimmering like a show, inviting people to stay for a long time. After that, when you go to the east coast of Erhai Lake, you will find that due to the wind, algae and garbage will float to the east, and the water vapor has a fishy smell. Therefore, the sea tongue is really the best place to see Erhai Lake.
When I went to Haishe, I drove there by myself. At that time, the road was under construction and it was not very easy to walk on. There was a dirt road before I got to the park, and it was quite dusty. The weather was hot and I was wearing a sweater. The parking lot was still a distance away from the entrance. On the way into the park, sweat stuck to my clothes and it was very uncomfortable. There were many stalls selling local specialty clothes on the road at the entrance of the park. I immediately bought a piece of clothes to change into, and I felt comfortable all of a sudden. The whole park extends into Erhai Lake like a tongue, surrounded by water on three sides. The blue sky, white clouds, lake water, dead trees, and green grass complement each other, forming the most beautiful scenery. The sunset at the seaside is also worth seeing. There are not many people in the evening. I sit quietly by the sea, waiting for the sun to set. At this moment, time is very slow. I think of a line in Tian Jingsha Qiusi: Withered vines, old trees, crows, and heartbroken people at the end of the world.
The rented electric car could not continue to enter, so we had to walk in after the custody. There was still a long way to the official entrance. There were horse-drawn carriages doing business behind us at any time and we had to give way. We followed the carriages all the way and got covered in dust. We finally got to the entrance. The sea tongue looked like a free park full of wildness and not well maintained. It was another long hike to get to the innermost tongue. You could walk in the shade of the woods in the middle or walk by the lake on both sides, but the scenery seemed a bit mediocre.
Finally we reached the end of the sea tongue, where the scenery suddenly became boundless and vast. Someone excitedly started taking selfies, but it was a pity that the few good spots were either occupied by middle-aged women in veils or thousands of young girls.
Haishe Park is an ecological park on the edge of Erhai Lake. It is a long sandbar surrounded by water on three sides, like a tongue, hence the name Haishe. You can take a horse-drawn carriage to enter here. The one-day tour charter group has included the round-trip carriage fee. It took about 5 minutes to get to the door. As soon as you enter the park gate, the long tree-lined avenue and bamboo forest feel very quiet. There are many broken tree roots in the woods or on the edge of Erhai Lake, which outline a strange scenery for us. There are some swings and the like inside, but taking pictures is charged. There is a big rock on the edge of Erhai Lake, you can jump on it and take a photo in the style of "The Old Man and the Sea". It is recommended to spend 1 and a half hours.
The Sea Tongue Park owes me a favor. It has closed its core scenic area twice in the past three years.
This time, the Sea Tongue Park was a pleasant surprise! It was completely beyond my expectations. There were very few people and the scenery was beautiful. I highly recommend it!
If you don't have time, don't go there specially. It's also hard to find when you're around Erhai Lake.
Haishe Ecological Park is a long, thin triangular piece of land that extends into Erhai Lake. It is named after its tongue-like shape. The park is free, which is very conscientious!
A small park by the Erhai Lake is really beautiful, and every shot is beautiful.
Really beautiful!
It was cloudy when we went there! It presented a different visual effect
I have to say it's a great place to take photos, haha, but the scenery in front of you is not proportional to the facilities of the park. Anyway, there is no entrance fee, so that's it. You can stay there for a few hours and don't want to leave until you feel satisfied with the photos you took.
Free original ecological park with beautiful scenery, worth going. You must go to the innermost, innermost, innermost, and look at different scenery on both sides. Take a tricycle from Xizhou Ancient Town for two adults and two children, bargain for 25 yuan to Haishe to tour around Erhai Lake. The other three attractions I personally ranked first were Gusheng Village and Huanhai East Road.
Parking at the Sea Tongue Park is 10 yuan, and it's a bit congested. No tickets are required, and the carriage from the parking lot to the entrance is 20 yuan, which can just fit a family. There are many seagulls and they are very cooperative, but it's a pity that I didn't bring bread. Photography spots are 10 yuan each.
There are many horse-drawn carriages outside the Sea Tongue Park, which will carry tourists from the entrance to the park. The sound of horse bells and the smell of horse manure are everywhere along the way.
As a free park, the road signs of Haitong Park are so artistic
It's really unexpected.
The park is nice. It is called Haishe Park because a piece of land extends into Erhai Lake like a tongue. You can get there by following the map navigation!
The temperature in Haitong Park was still very warm on New Year's Day. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the scenic spot one way, and it takes 1 hour to take photos during this 20-minute journey. Here, there is endless blue and endless beauty.
It's terrible. It's overgrown with weeds and commercialized. It's not like the Erhai Lake before.
It is the only place in the lake where you can see trees in the water. There are all kinds of props for posing on the roadside outside Haishe Park. They are all side jobs for villagers. It costs 10 yuan per person for unlimited photo taking. Crystal balls and white tables, these Internet celebrity props that were the mainstay of every homestay before the Erhai Lake was renovated, have now become "roadside stalls".
The scenic area does not require tickets. It is a small oasis protruding from the Erhai Lake. Not many people come here, and there are horse-drawn carriages for the villagers to ride in.
There is a stone road before entering the park. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to walk there. If you don't want to walk, you can take an electric tricycle for 5 yuan. The scenery is picturesque, so be sure to take more photos.
Cars are not allowed in the park, so you need to find a parking space. Generally, you have to pay a parking fee of 1 to 2 yuan. We parked in a family's yard for 2 yuan. There are many horse-drawn carriages at the entrance. You can go for 10 yuan. It looks a bit like a European court style. If you are interested, you can sit in it. We walked in. It was a cobblestone road, and people and horses shared the road, so be careful not to step on horse poop. After walking a short distance, about 10 minutes, there were some stalls with cut fruits, fried small fish and shrimps, roasted sweet potatoes, and corn. The carriage can only go here, and the rest must be walked. Haishe Park is a bit like a wetland park. We walked while posing. It was very leisurely. We played in the park for about an hour and a half.
It takes some walking distance from the parking lot to the park entrance. If you are in a hurry, it is recommended to take a car. There is a large area to visit after entering the park. It is recommended to visit the park in the morning.
Great! It's just a few kilometers from the street of Xizhou Town, and you can walk there. There are reeds, seagulls and wild ducks, and you can get close to Erhai Lake. The key is that it's free.
When I first arrived at the Erhai Lake, I saw many locals setting up a white table and a glass ball as a photo spot. There was also one right at the entrance of Haishe Park. There was no one there, probably because the equipment was relatively old and the scenery behind was not that beautiful, but it was enough for us. The boss saw that there were many of us and gave us a discount, so a group of 12 people stayed there for more than 30 minutes, posing in various ways and taking various tourist photos. Hahaha.
We took a horse-drawn carriage directly into the Sea Tongue Park. After all, we saw many horse-drawn carriages and wanted to experience one. The speed of the horse-drawn carriage was much faster than expected. It felt faster than riding a bicycle when carrying 6 people.
There is no entrance fee for Haishe Park. You can just get off the carriage and walk in. My classmates said that the best thing about other provinces (most of them) compared to Guangdong Province is the distinct four seasons. In Guangdong Province, especially Guangzhou, it is basically spring all year round, and the flowers, plants and trees are green all year round. Yunnan is very different. We went there in winter, and basically all we saw were dead trees and dead grass. Although it looked lifeless, it had a unique flavor.
2-3pm should be a good time to take photos. I went too late, in the evening, and the light was too weak to take good photos.
The scenery of the Sea Tongue Park during the day is also good, with many dead trees in the water and strange-shaped redwood trees. Of course, there are also a lot of flying insects!
The first stop I checked in early in the morning. Because it was early, there were not many people, and the stalls on both sides of the road leading in had not been set up yet.
The Couple Tree is near the parking lot. There is a path perpendicular to the entrance to the Sea Tongue Park. If you scan the surroundings, you can see the big trees.
We went to the Sea Tongue Park in the evening. The light was beautiful and it was possible to take great photos.
It is named after its "tongue" shape. The azure sky is cloudless and the clear sea water completely reflects the color of the sky. That touch of blue is so tranquil and intoxicating.
The road around the sea to Haishe Park is still bumpy, and the beauty of Erhai Lake is still intoxicating. Go down to the lake to experience the beauty of Erhai Lake up close, and the beautiful scenery is still full of mosquitoes.
The Sea Tongue Park is relatively primitive, with lush green plants. You can often see spider webs of different sizes on the trees, with spiders and unlucky prey active in the webs. You will reach the water's edge after passing through a green area. The water in the Sea Tongue Park is clear and the grass is green. On one side of the tongue, the water is sparkling and calm, while on the other side, the waves are crashing against the shore, giving you a feeling of being at the seaside.
The scenery is really nice, but it seems that it has not been fully developed. It is a good place to see Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake.
The Sea Tongue Park is an ecological and primitive park, which is perfect for taking artistic and fresh photos. It is named after its tongue-like shape. The air in the Sea Tongue Park is very good...
This is the estuary of Erhai Lake, which stretches out like a tongue into the lake. There are dead trees standing in the shallow water, and their curved shadows are reflected in the water. The park is not big.
Haishe Ecological Park does not require tickets and has a large bamboo forest
A great experience, a great place for taking photos!
Watch the sunset at Haishe Park. Because there is the towering Cangshan Mountain in Erxi, you cannot watch the "sunset" in Erxi because it is blocked by Cangshan Mountain, but the clouds reflected by the sunset are very spectacular, commonly known as "holy light".
The biggest advantage of the park is that the Haitong Peninsula is completely undeveloped. The shallows, dead trees, reeds, and waves are all original plateau lake wetland scenery, natural and beautiful, suitable for walking and taking pictures. There is a special parking lot at the entrance of Haitong Park. It seems to be free parking, but cars are not allowed to enter the park. It takes about ten minutes to walk in or take a horse-drawn carriage or a small sightseeing car at the entrance. It is basically 10 yuan per trip. They may be more expensive. You can bargain. The same is true for coming out, but the return trip is easier to talk about than the outbound trip. It is not impossible to pull it back for 5 yuan. My friend and I chose to take a horse-drawn carriage. Of course, the horse cannot be driven by yourself. When asking the horse-driving master if he could take a photo, the uncle said enthusiastically that he could take it as much as he wanted. In fact, the entrance is very close, and we just took the carriage to save time. After entering the door, there is a large bamboo forest, which is also a good time in June. It just rained a few days ago, and the green bamboo feels very pleasing to the eye.
Entering the Sea Tongue Park, if time permits, just take your time to stroll around, there is no specific place to check in. It is suitable for a leisurely stroll and taking photos at will.
I was looking forward to it, but I was a little disappointed. The original Sea Tongue Park I had been to is no longer there. What is left is a road full of electric cars, horse-drawn carriages, tour buses, and various snack and souvenir vendors on both sides of the road. After finally getting through the crowded crowd and walking into the park, I found that the Sea Tongue Park was full of tourists again.
You have to walk 8 minutes straight from the gate. It's very sunny, so please wrap yourself up. You will arrive after passing a section of road with stalls. Once you enter the park, it will be cool instantly. Most of the roads here are dirt and stone roads, with lush greenery. You can walk in along the left side and come out on the right side, which is exactly a circle.
Don’t forget to turn left after entering the door, there is a store called Kaiwuji where you can browse around. Some of the stores are not open in Dali Town!
In my mind, Haishe has always been a less popular place with few people. Later, during the National Day holiday, my friend recommended it to me. I had to wait in line for half an hour just to park. I was very upset. What can I say? Don't come during the summer vacation, National Day or Spring Festival. It's much better to stagger it.
The parking lot outside the park is charged, and there are many cars taking people to the park entrance. The actual distance should be about 1,000 meters. There are many snack vendors at the entrance of Hai Tongue Park, and there is also an Argentine guy selling coffee. It is quite lively.
There are many beautiful places to take photos in the park, which is suitable for a quiet half-day stay.
It takes about an hour to ride an electric bike from the ancient city. There is no entrance fee. It is very close to the entrance and you don’t need to take a horse carriage. The snacks at the entrance are delicious, inexpensive and good value. The scenery is best at noon on a sunny day, but you must pay attention to sun protection.
A long section of the way is along the coast, where you can enjoy the scenery and take photos, which is very pleasant.
There is a horse-drawn tricycle at the entrance that takes you into the park, so you don't have to take it. It's only about 500 meters to the gate. But there is a gravel road inside, so of course you can take it if you are tired.
I really think the scenery in Haishe Park is beautiful. Although it is next to Erhai Lake, compared with Huanhai West Road, the Erhai Lake in Haishe is less noisy and more quiet. The silhouette taken by the original camera makes people feel like they are standing in a painting.
I rented an electric car in the ancient city and followed the navigation. It took more than an hour. The road near the end was particularly difficult to walk. There was a pit every few dozen meters, as if it was dug deliberately. The park has not been developed much, and the scenery is just so-so. I went there on the last day of the National Day holiday. There were not many people. The road to the sea house was flooded and could not be passed. The photos I took were okay. In short, I was very disappointed
I rented a motorcycle from Dali Ancient Town and started to travel around the sea. Along the way, there were strangers riding with me. I could stop and take pictures at places where there were many cars parked. They must be places with scenic spots. The farthest I rode was Haishe Park. The Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake in front of me were so beautiful~
Haishe Park is a land deep into Erhai Lake. There is no entrance fee, but the parking lot is far from the "tip of the tongue". You can take a horse carriage or a tuk-tuk. A one-way trip by horse carriage costs 10 yuan, and a one-way trip by tuk-tuk costs 5 yuan.
There are many photos taken in Haishe on the Internet, but I realized that photos are 30% taken and 70% edited. The Erhai Lake here is very calm, much calmer than the water surface I saw in Shuanglang later, but you really need to find the right angle and post-production.
The Husband and Wife Tree is located not far from the entrance of Haitong Park. It is two large banyan trees that grow together. Because of its good meaning, it is a must-visit place for couples to take photos.
TIPS:
Navigate to the Sea Tongue Park. Don't rush to the park. Instead, go to the left path at the entrance. You can see these two big trees from a distance.
However, most of the roads are under construction, and it is easy to get lost if you drive there by yourself, so we parked the car at the parking lot on Xizhou Town South Road and bought round-trip electric car tickets to Haishe Park from the parking lot, which cost 90 RMB for two people. Although the road is not far, it is difficult to walk on the road due to construction, and the road is narrow, so this price is still very cost-effective, and there are only two of us in the car the whole time, which can be said to be a chartered car. If you need to take pictures along the way, you can stop at any time, and there are also young ladies in ethnic costumes to explain, which is cool. And you can avoid parking fees by taking an electric car to and from Haishe~ Of course, you can also choose to take a horse carriage, which may be more interesting and more cost-effective, but I, a pregnant woman, will not experience it~
On the way, we passed the legendary Couple Tree. I had seen many people taking wedding photos here before, but unfortunately it has been fenced off for protection. We took photos from a distance and continued walking forward.
When you are about to reach the entrance of Haishe Park, you can see many "water trees", which is also a major feature of Haishe Wetland Park. The park itself is free of charge and is a narrow peninsula extending into Erhai Lake. The scenery on the island is primitive, with large tracts of trees and long wormwood. The Erhai Lake deep in the peninsula is also extremely clear and blue. The scenery is fresh and beautiful, and it is very beautiful to take pictures. You can often see couples taking wedding photos here. There is a tree among them. I waited in line for a long time before I could go up to take pictures.
Located on the northeastern shore of Xizhou Ancient Town, a long and narrow land stretches out from south to north, like a tongue, hence the name "Sea Tongue". Because it is the deepest land from the shore into Erhai Lake, the water around the sea tongue, especially around the tip of the sea tongue, is very clear, and there is a good view to the west, north and east. The size of the sea tongue itself is also affected by the tide, so the tip of the sea tongue can be exposed during low tide and will be submerged during high tide. Although it provides a place closest to Erhai Lake, you must be careful not to step into the mud pond when walking to the water.
