It is said on the Internet that Luoxiagou is suitable for shooting sunsets, but I feel that the terrain here is low and surrounded by mountains. The land must be dark at sunset. A fake photography enthusiast like me will definitely not be able to shoot the effect. I'd better not waste that effort and just shoot Luoxiagou in the sun.

They agreed to stop at several shooting spots on the way for me to take pictures, so I got these photos of Luoxiagou. Dongchuan is about 50-60 kilometers away from Hongtudi, but the road is climbing in the mountains, and the road conditions are not particularly good, so I arrived in Luoxiagou a little late. If I arrived earlier, the sun should just shine on the village and the red land.

At this time, Luoxiagou is indeed very beautiful, but it is definitely not a place to take sunset photos. Moreover, the mountains here are high, and the sun sets at 5:30 pm, so there is no sunlight in the ravine. Photos can only be taken before 5 pm. In addition, the area of ​​the red land in Luoxiagou is not too large, it would be better if it were larger.

The best time to take photos of Dongchuan Red Land is from May to June and from September to November. The best time to take photos of Luoxiagou is from 16:30 to 17:30 in the afternoon.
