Many film crews come here to shoot movies, such as Yu Zheng's "Swordsman", "Chinese Paladin" from more than ten years ago, and the latest "The Journey of Flower", all of which have Dinghu Peak as their background.

Xiandu Scenic Area is distributed on both sides of Lianxi River, which is about 10 kilometers long from east to west. Maple leaves and ginkgo trees add a vibrant hue to the lake and mountains. In the morning mist, we began our journey to Xiandu Dinghu Peak, the city's main attraction. It was uncrowded, and the scenery was breathtaking.

My friend who came with me said that the last time they came, it was not a holiday, and they were alone. They had a great time. Looking at her photos, there was fog. When it rains, fog will appear. Many places in Jiangnan look like ink paintings when it rains. The ticket is a bit expensive at 60, and the cable car ticket is 40. It is contracted to a private attraction.

It's been the filming location for countless movies and TV series. If there's one word to describe this place, it's celestial. Take the scenic area bus to Dinghu Peak. The scenic area bus is a circular route, and you can get off at the stop of the scenic area you want to go to, but most people go to Dinghu Peak, after all, this attraction costs money!

I personally think it is the most worthwhile attraction in Xiandu Scenic Area. It is also the filming location of "The Journey of Flower". How can I put it ~ I just love it.

The cable car can take you up the mountain, but not to the highest point, so I don't think it makes much sense. The key point is that the cable car is not at the Zhutan Mountain scenic spot.

The only ticket selling point in Jinyun is at Dinghu Peak, known as the "No. 1 Bamboo Shoot in the World". No tickets are required to visit other small attractions. Friendly reminder, if you want to take the most beautiful photos of Dinghu Peak, you should go to Zhutan Mountain. The beautiful scenery is like a small family. The temperature in Xiandu has been unusually high these days, said to be 37 degrees, but it feels okay, it's not hot under the shade of the trees.

There is a cable car at Dinghu Peak that can take you up to see the puddle, but after referring to online guides and accumulated experience, I gave up the idea.

Without a car, and with Spring Festival approaching, travel was difficult. We chose Dinghu Peak, the signature attraction of Xiandu Scenic Area, as our main destination. The sun came out after noon, and it was quite warm. The scenic area has three single-plank bridges, but without handrails, which made me feel a bit dizzy. We chose to hike to the top, where the scenery was breathtaking, with bamboo forests and plum blossoms everywhere, offering a different view from each vantage point. There wasn't the legendary lake at the top, just a pavilion, but the scenery along the way was enough to keep us entertained.

There are not many restaurants around the scenic area. They are all farmhouses, and the prices are not cheap. I will wait until all the 5A facilities are completed before going there.

I went there during the National Day holiday. The scenery was really ordinary. The whole scenic area revolves around a stone pillar. The stream at the foot of the mountain is more interesting. I don't think it is worthy of 4A. In fact, Zhutan Mountain next door is the best place to view Dinghu Peak. You can play in the water, there are stone bridges, streams, and large fields of flowers, and you don't have to climb mountains. According to local people, the two scenic areas used to be connected, but for some reason they were artificially separated, so you have to walk around to get there. Fortunately, it takes 20 minutes to get there (Zhutan Mountain is free).

The park is currently undergoing major renovations, so the area around it is a bit cluttered with construction materials. The good thing is that parking is free lately. The scenic area isn't very large; you take the cable car up and walk down. At 365 meters above sea level, the climb was a bit tiring on a 36-degree day. The scenery is okay, but rather monotonous, and not worth the 60 yuan entrance fee. There's a stream at the bottom of the mountain, which the kids loved.

The way up and down Dinghu Peak is the same, with a total of 999 steps, which is not too tiring to climb.

There is a spring under the rocks, but there are fewer people there. It is a good place to wash your hands and get rid of the dust.

The scenery is just average, and the 60 yuan ticket is a bit expensive. If you have time, you can buy a combined ticket and enter the park again.

At the top of the mountain stands a pavilion called Buxu Pavilion, where many tourists rest. Nearby is an inscription by the famous patriotic general Zhang Jizhong: "Looking out over the mountains and rivers from Dinghu Lake, the scenery is magnificent; if you wish to escape the mundane world, lift your feet and ascend to heaven." The walk down the mountain (about 20 minutes, the steps are very steep, so be careful of falls on rainy days) offers even better views, allowing you to admire the scenic area from multiple angles.

There's a lake right at the entrance of Dinghu Peak Scenic Area, and the water is incredibly clear. The gentleness of Jiangnan immediately comes to mind. I especially love the stone-paved bridge over there; it feels so warm (though I'm not sure why).

Dinghu Peak is generally good! If you want to take the best angle, you should go to Zhutan Mountain.

There's a dedicated film and television museum next to Furong Gorge that displays stills from the films and TV series that were filmed there.

The lush green mountains and clear waters are so refreshing that you can't help but linger, as if you're right in the middle of a movie or TV series. The scenery you only see in movies is right next to you, and the word "stunning" is not enough to describe it!

I bought a combined scenic area ticket. Online purchases are more affordable. About Buxu Mountain:

Buxu Mountain is the mountain behind Dinghu Peak. Running east-west, it borders Gaotianping in the east, Shisunlou in the west, Xiaguankeng in the south, and Banyan in the north, reaching an elevation of 364 meters. (Buxu is a Taoist term referring to the ritual movement of Taoist priests chanting while walking on the altar during rituals.) Its western end was originally integrated with Dinghu Peak, forming in the Late Cretaceous. Later, through erosion by flowing water and weathering (vertical joints), it gradually collapsed and separated, forming numerous pointed stone pillars. Dinghu Peak is the highest and largest of these peaks, hence the name Buxu Mountain. The western end is commonly known as Shisunlou and Shicelou.

I chose to walk down, but the steps were high, narrow and steep, and my calves were playing the pipa all the way down.

If you come from far away, you will be very disappointed. It is just a big rock and there is no interest at all. You can kill it in seconds in any corner of Lishui.

I originally planned to stay in Nanlong Village, but when I asked around, I found that there were no farmhouses to stay in. I didn't expect to use the tent I had left at home, so I had no choice but to continue to the next attraction, Xiandu Dinghu Peak, the filming location of the new version of The Smiling, Proud Wanderer. Fortunately, it got dark late, and Dinghu Peak was not far from Nanlong.

The new version of The Smiling, Proud Wanderer was filmed there. The ticket price was 60 yuan, and we used our student ID to get a 50% discount.
