The ticket is 150, but it only costs 130 online. It is best to buy it one day in advance, then open the QR code sent by the website and scan it directly to enter the park.

There's a recommended route at the entrance, which generally takes about three hours. However, if you stop and go along the way to see the performances, you'll likely end up walking for three hours. The film and television city isn't very large. There's a schedule of performances at the city, so if you're interested, you can schedule your time to see them. We didn't go out of our way to see them, but we just took a look when we saw them. The film and television dream factory was quite interesting, with three audience members acting as Yang Guo, Xiaolongnu, and Guo Jing, giving them a taste of filming.

You can find many scenes from film and television works, which is worse than Hengdian

Xiangshan Film and Television City has hosted the filming of "The Return of the Condor Heroes", "The Orphan of Zhao", "Journey to the West", "The Great Bombing", "The Four", "The Banquet", "Zhong Kui Conquers the Demons: Snow Demon and the Dark Crystal", "Nirvana in Fire", "The Legend of Miyue", "Go Princess Go", and "Eternal Love". It is still less popular than Hengdian and can be visited in half a day. The location is a bit remote and the service facilities are a bit weak. Xiangshan Film and Television City is located in Xinqiao Town, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, about 100 kilometers from the center of Ningbo. This is quite far, so driving is the most suitable way to travel.

Construction of Xiangshan Film and Television City reportedly began in 2003. Director Zhang Jizhong invested in the construction of Condor Heroes, the first phase of Xiangshan Film and Television City, for the filming of The Return of the Condor Heroes. The city has several sections, including Condor City, Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period City, and Republican Period City. While the area isn't as large as Hengdian Film and Television City, and the functional areas don't seem as numerous, I felt like I could complete the tour in three or four hours.

Because the film and television city is located in a remote area, when I went there in 2015, I couldn't find a restaurant nearby for lunch, and the parking lot was also very dilapidated. I had no choice but to drive to the town and find a small restaurant to satisfy my hunger.

I suggest you come in September or October, stroll around the film and television city during the day, and find a food stall next to Xiangshan Port in the evening to eat delicious seafood while looking at the sea and feeling the breeze. It's really nice. Don't ask me how I know, because I ate crabs while feeling the sea breeze.

The film and television city is quite big. There is a water splashing festival in the summer. Performances and so on.

I walked around for most of the day. There weren't many people there and I didn't feel like there was anything there.

It takes about half an hour to drive from Dongdan. The owner of the accommodation helped us find an acquaintance to arrange the tickets. They were very discounted. We took the super group ticket, which was 95 yuan for adults and 75 yuan for children half price. At that time, due to the arrival of Typhoon Ampil, the three-day tour plan was shortened to two days. For safety reasons, we played in the film and television city for about two hours. It is recommended that those with children rent a car. A four-person car costs 150 yuan for three hours, and an electric car costs 120 yuan per hour. The deposit is 200 yuan, which is not bad!

Xiangshan Film and Television City is neither large nor small, and generally takes a day to explore. If you're traveling with very young children, we recommend renting one of the scenic area's bicycles; it's fun, energy-saving, and kids will love it. The minimum rental is 3 hours, 50 yuan per hour, or about 150 yuan per ride. Of course, if you're young and have no physical stamina, you can skip this expense. Xiangshan Film and Television City is one of China's top ten film and television bases and a national AAAA-level scenic spot. It's divided into several areas, including Xiangyang City, Spring and Autumn and Warring States City, Dali Imperial Palace, and Republican City. Each area features daily performances and engaging games.

Compared to Hengdian, it is indeed very small and I finished visiting it in no time.

As I walked around, I realized it was similar to Songcheng, with numerous performances and scenes, one after another. I'd also seen the "throwing the embroidered ball" performance at Songcheng. The advantage of a group tour is that it's worry-free, but the disadvantage is that you have to follow the group and lose your freedom. Many attractions were rushed through, leaving me no time to truly appreciate them. This was especially true of my favorite part, the Republic of China City. I passed by it and was immediately out the door, leaving me no time to soak up the atmosphere. I snapped a few photos in a hurry. I felt like I was transported back to the Republic of China City, wearing a simple and elegant cheongsam. The women of old Shanghai in the Republic of China all seemed graceful, elegant, and delicate, with a unique flavor of that era that's hard to find today. Walking through these Republican-era streets, I felt like I was experiencing scenes straight out of a TV series, satisfying my own nostalgic feelings for a Republican girl.

As a Hanfu fan like me, this is a great place for photos. Since I'm in Xiangshan, it would be a shame not to visit. The film and television city is divided into Xiangyang City, Dali Imperial Palace, Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States City, Republican City, and Tang City. I'd love to visit Tang City, but it's unfortunately under construction. Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States City is where most TV dramas are filmed. You can plan your visit based on your schedule, but since tickets are so expensive, you definitely have to visit every location. Compared to Hengdian, Xiangshan Film and Television City is actually not very large and can be explored in three hours. The Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States City is the most beautiful, but unfortunately, it was being used for filming a TV series, so visitors were not allowed to walk around freely and had to take an electric cart to explore. The electric cart only takes about ten minutes to complete the tour, but it's actually quite large and right next to Republican City.

Although Xiangshan Film and Television City is not as big and popular as Hengdian, it has the advantage of having fewer people. Bring a camera and take careful photos, and it will definitely be beautiful. The tour guide will introduce you to each location and what dramas have been filmed there, such as the Zhuxiantai in Eternal Love. On the day we went there, there was also a crew filming a web drama with new actors whose names I can't remember. I like the bridges, lanterns, curtains and umbrellas in the drama the most. The crowds on rainy days are very busy.

This is a film and television cultural industry park. Many TV series have been filmed here, including the familiar "Legend of Miyue" and "Nirvana in Fire". The park is smaller than Hengdian Film and Television City, but larger than any single scenic spot in Hengdian.

From Xiangshan Dancheng, it's a bit of a drive to the film and television city. Many costume dramas, like "The Return of the Condor Heroes," were filmed here. Take a walk and you might run into the crew or a star. Maybe you'll even be an extra and get a boxed lunch! Haha!

The combined ticket for Songlanshan Seaside Resort that I bought online for 130 yuan is actually not worth the price. This film and television city is much worse than Hengdian.

Having been to Hengdian World Studios before, I didn't have high expectations for this kind of experience. However, arriving at the site and walking all the way to the end without turning back was a completely new experience for me. The Elephant Mountain trip was a great place for me to relax and unwind. I would go there again if I had the chance.

Finally, I arrived at Xiangshan Film and Television City, a place I'd been longing for. I couldn't wait to change into my costume and experience filming a time-travel drama in the Qing Dynasty, a location that has produced so many excellent films and TV series. The film and television city is filled with sets that you only see in TV dramas. Coming here, it's like being transformed into your favorite character. It's a magical, immersive experience.

Hengdian is just a small village. What can I say?

The road to Xiangshan Film and Television City was incredibly bumpy and difficult. My younger brother even vomited in the car, which was heartbreaking. But once we got to the attractions, we were completely refreshed. A reminder: getting a map is crucial! Renting a car is also crucial! There are so many winding alleys that you'll find yourself questioning your own life.

Nothing to see. I don't like this kind of place.

Be aware that buses from Xiangshan Bus Station to Xiangshan Film and Television City are infrequent, so plan your trip accordingly. We took the 1:00 PM bus, which took about 50 minutes to reach Xiangshan Film and Television City. There are three tours at Xiangshan Film and Television City: 1, 2, and 3 hours. If you don't absolutely need to take photos of every scene, a three-hour itinerary is recommended. The last bus back to Xiangshan Bus Station leaves at 4:30 PM, returning to the same location as your drop-off point, so don't miss the trip.

You can't visit the filming area, the film and television city is not very big

When I went there were a few scenic spots where the crew was filming, so I couldn't go in to see it. I hurriedly walked past it. It was still good. The ticket price was a bit expensive.

You can go here, as Nirvana in Fire was filmed here. However, the main reason for coming to Xiangshan is to eat seafood, haha!

Many of the filming locations for major dramas have nice architecture and decoration, and there are also some performances and interactions.

Having watched many TV dramas, I used to think that sets in movies and TV were mostly made of paper props and straw sheds, not particularly sophisticated. Curious, we embarked on a trip to Xiangshan Film and Television City. The beautiful gatehouse at the entrance immediately captivated the elderly. The city is truly enormous, and to achieve realistic filming, they've combined old with new, leaving ample space. Honestly, except during filming, the city is a theme park. It appeals to people's curiosity and fandom, attracting a large number of tourists.

It is similar to Hengdian Film and Television City in Zhejiang, but not as famous. I have wanted to go there for a long time. The TV series Nirvana in Fire was filmed here. It happened to be raining when I went there that day, so there were not many tourists. It is said that there was a crew filming that day, but I couldn’t see it.

I was initially curious, but once inside, I regretted it completely. Despite being a small place, it was incredibly crowded. Many of the film sets were under repair, so you could only see them from the outside. Plus, there were additional fees to enter the area, which really made me think I shouldn't have come. This place, while initially promising some touching stunts, offered no additional charge, ultimately ended up raising a gong and asking you to pay a fee.

As a die-hard fan of Nirvana in Fire, I must visit this place. But the price/performance ratio of the scenic spot is really not comparable to that of Hengdian.

It was a very boring trip, not worth the 150 yuan ticket. It was hot that day and there was nothing to see. I recommend renting a bicycle next time, which will save you the trouble and allow you to see more places.

I would like to advise everyone that if you are not a fan of TV dramas, Xiangshan Film and Television City is really worth a try. If you want to experience the feeling of time travel, I still recommend Hengdian Film and Television City. The supporting facilities in Xiangshan are not yet mature, and the service and performances are really average.

Adult tickets cost 150 yuan, and children's tickets cost 75 yuan. If you buy them online, they're 130 yuan for adults and 70 yuan for children, but you have to buy them two hours in advance, and then you can print your tickets two hours later. I suffered this mistake and waited a full half hour at the entrance. We arrived at the film and television studio at 10 o'clock, but because of ticket collection, I didn't get in until 10:30. The studio is huge. Two crews were filming, and there were many performances. At the entrance, we were offered three tours: one, two, and three-hour tours. We thought we had enough time and chose the three-hour tour. We had a baby stroller with us, so we didn't rent a car, so we walked around and spent a lot of time.

It's quite fun and worth a visit. There are performances, just like the scenes in TV. I took a bus from Ningbo for 39 yuan to Xiangshan for one hour, and then took bus 205 from Xiangshan to the Film and Television City station for another hour. It's a bit far from the scenic area, so you need to take a tricycle or Didi taxi, which costs only about ten yuan.

The Xiangshan Film and Television Base gave me a feeling of being a bit shabby. This impression may come from the road at the gate of the scenic area, the stalls, the bumpy parking lot and the scenic spots under construction in the scenic area. Although it is lower than my expectations, after all, the scenes of "Nirvana in Fire" were shot here O(∩_∩)O~, and it seems that there are crews working there every day. Of course, there are not actors filming every day.

At the foot of Huaguo Mountain is the ancient tomb of Zhongnan Mountain. Sun Wukong and Xiaolongnu are neighbors, but it is not interesting.

There are many film crew sets. The tour guide in the scenic area will tell you which TV series was filmed here, and some TV shooting techniques, etc. There is also a horse farm inside where you can ride a horse. The horses are very docile and not scary at all. There are professional staff pulling them, and you can see others learning to ride horses. There are ancient sets, and some from the Republic of China. We also saw the crew of "The Wolf", but they were not allowed to enter. The local staff didn't think it was strange, haha.

At the end of August, I took three families to the film and television city. Hahaha, the weather was too hot, and we took two small babies. We chose to ride four-wheeled vehicles. The two vehicles were full, and it was very tiring to ride because the road was gravel. It cost 150 yuan/3 hours. When I paid, they clearly stated that riding a bike is more tiring than walking. So if the weather is cool, I still recommend walking. After this trip, I still have two mountain view room coupons at the Ningbo Workers' Sanatorium Hotel that I haven't used. I can sell them at a low price to those in need. It's a resort hotel that was newly opened in 2017. There is a beach right outside the door. The beach is clean and uncrowded. I went there with my uncle during the Labor Day holiday. It was okay. I could see all kinds of buildings and scenes used in filming TV series. But I didn't see any crew members.

We traveled so far but honestly didn't get in. The scenery is unknown, and the service is rubbish. We drove over 1,000 kilometers from Henan, but they didn't accept individual tourists.
