Flights from Haiphong to Da nang
Has anyone taken this flight recently and did it go smoothly?. I want to fly directly from a cruise at Halong Bay to Danang. It looks as though there is one flight a day at around 5.30pm with Vietjet. I have heard that Vietjet is terrible for cancellations so I don’t know if it is risky if there is only one flight a day. But maybe the airline is unlikely to cancel if it is the sole flight?

Yep, those one, maybe two, flights per day, and out of those quiet airports.
Always makes me think, too.
And it's not just Vietjet who change flight times.
Vietnam Airlines do it too.

That's so useful thank you. I tried to look at Haiphong airport departures but they did not seem available. By using flight aware.com, I have been able to see that today and yesterday's flight went off without a problem. I will monitor for a while before I decide whether to risk booking.
How did your flight go from Haiphong? We are considering going from HaLong to Haiphong for a flight to Da Nang. Seems silly to go back to Hanoi.
Better to keep track of flights using website mentioned in post #3. Versus, relying on a single previous situation.
And as mentioned in other posts: airlines in Vietnam are notorious for delaying and cancelling flights. And there are minimal number of flight from Hai Phong airport. Up to you!
