Johor Checkpoint
Hi we want to take a direct bus from JB to Sentosa and I found that Transtar has this direction. Their bus leaves from Johor Checkpoint. I am a bit confised about the information about cross border so I want to ask few questions:
Johor Checkpoint and JB Sentral Bus Terminal are they the same place?
I am also not clear about going through customs. Do we need to go through 2 customs (Malasia and Singapore ) or just one? Where is the custom? at the terminal before check in with the bus?
If there is a delay in custom clearence do you know if the bus wait for all passengers to return back? or if the bus leave can I use the ticket to get to the next bus or I have to buy new one?

My understanding is you will need to clear Malaysian immigration first and walk down to the bus parking bay area. Transtar website states it will be in bay 15/16. I have not taken it before but have seen the bus in that area.

I think you need an import permit for any meat products. The customs website has changed and you need to go through a long document.
