Kaisen Minato Shokudo
Hi, everyone.
There's this highly rated shokudo 30 min from New Chitose Airport called Kaisen Minato Shokudo.
May I know if they serve cooked Kaisendon?
I looked at the menu and the pictures look like all the kaisendon are raw.
There's the sashimi teishoku menu and Kaisendon menu.
I wonder if it means the Kaisendon menu is actually grilled?
Kaisendon is a rice bowl with sashimi on top. Sashimi teushoku usually has rice and sashimi separately. I have never seen a cooked kaisendon in my life.
