How early do trains run to airport
I have an 8am flight from kix to haneda. How early do I have to be at the airport and how early do the nankai and nankai express trains run.

Local train direct 5:15 departure arriving at 5:59
Rap:t airport Express 6:00 departure arriving at 6:37
Domestic flights: arrive at airport 1 hour before flight departure.
You only need to be there at 7 am.

I would take the 6am Rap:t.
Thanks guys. I may shoot for the 5:15 train knowing that if I miss it, i can still get the later train. I’ll have plenty of time to catch up on sleep on the flight to the us.
There is really no need to plan to get the 5:15 train when you know a 6:00 train is available. Just aim for the 6:00 train.
Note that the 6:00 train is the first Rapi:t limited express train with luggage racks and reserved seats. All the earlier trains have commuter style seating--no reserved seats and no luggage racks. Finding a seat won't be an issue though that early in the morning.
Can I use my suica card for either train?
Yes, you can use a Suica IC card to pay for Nankai train fares.
Rap;t needs an additional limited express ticket. Technically, you're supposed to get that before boarding. In reality, you can use your Suica to get on the train and pay for the express fare to a conductor on board (520 yen). You can use Suica for that as well.
