Luggage allowance from KIX to Osaka

I am traveling with one large hard suitcase and 2 hard carry on size suitcases. Will I be allowed to take those pieces on an airport bus to Osaka? Is there a limit on the pieces a passenger can store under the bus? Are passengers allowed to store a hard carryon inside the bus?

There is an overhead luggage rack on top of limo bus seats though it's thin for small bags only.

With 2 hard carry-on better take JR Haruka express train with more spacious overhead racks or space in front of seats.
