Questions respecting Hai Bin Prawning
Hi,
1. At Hai Bin Prawning, are you allowed to eat the prawns you catch? Or is the prawning just for fun and you have to release the prawns back into the pool?
2. I see on their website that dining hours end at 1am. But prawning is 24/7. So if I do prawning at 3am and catch a prawn, can I eat it on site? Maybe 1am is just when their kitchen shuts down?

1. You’re supposed to eat them. If you try to keep them as pets, they’ll die within 30 minutes of being caught.
2. An also delicious way to eat is sashimi. Remove the vein and don’t suck on the head.

You just hook on the bait and lower it into the pond it is easy even for beginners. The trick is you may need to adjust the length of the line. But you can ask the people or staff at the pond most will be able to help you.
