Riverfront Hotel (formerly Omni)

Hi, I am visiting NOLA in May for a conference, I had previously booked the Omni Riverfront Hotel. I learned that in January, it changed ownership. Does anyone have on-the-ground experiences with the new hotel? Is it still 4-star / Omni quality? Any other feedback on the experience? Thank you!
