Hi. I’ve booked the Excalibur up for a group of us but have now read the pool is closed. I’m going in the first weekend of May. There are some suggestions it doesn’t re-open until mid-May. Struggling to get an answer from the hotel direct via room reservations email address and don’t want to call from the UK. Any idea?
