Downtown - spend half day there
Rooftop bar - sky bar at Waldorf Astoria
A Show
Fancy dinner

Any must see/do on your list? A lot has changed since I was last there. It will be my wife's first time in Vegas so hoping to wow her so she wants to to come back 😃
It sounds like you're planning a fantastic trip to Las Vegas! You've already got a solid list, but here's a more detailed 3-day itinerary, with some additional suggestions to ensure you and your wife have a memorable time:
Start your day by exploring the famous Las Vegas Strip. Since you're staying at Aria, you're in the heart of the action! Begin with a visit to the Bellagio Fountains, which are a must-see and only a short walk from Aria. If you haven’t seen the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, it's a beautiful and free attraction that changes its theme regularly. Afterward, check out The Cosmopolitan for its unique vibe and the iconic Chandelier Bar.
For a fancy dinner, consider booking a table at Twist by Pierre Gagnaire at the Waldorf Astoria, which offers an elegant atmosphere and a Michelin-star experience. Alternatively, Le Cirque at Bellagio is another great option for a memorable meal. Both options offer world-class dining, perfect for wowing your wife.
End your evening with a visit to the Waldorf Astoria Rooftop Bar for amazing views of the Strip.
Start your day with a visit to the Sphere at The Venetian. It’s a relatively new addition to Vegas, and it offers an incredible immersive experience. Whether you catch a concert or an immersive show, it's a great way to kick off the day. Make sure to check the schedule to see what’s on during your trip.
Afterward, head downtown to explore Fremont Street. You can spend a half-day here to enjoy the old-school Vegas vibe. Walk down Fremont Street, take in the Fremont Street Experience light show, visit Container Park, and check out the quirky shops and bars. If you're up for it, try the SlotZilla Zip Line for some thrills!
For the evening, catch a famous Vegas show. Consider seeing O by Cirque du Soleil at the Bellagio or Absinthe for something more adult-oriented with comedy and acrobatics. Both shows are top-rated and sure to impress.
For your last day, visit one of the iconic buffets you’ve mentioned, either the Wynn Buffet or Bellagio Buffet. Both are known for their extensive selection of high-quality dishes and desserts. It's a perfect way to fuel up before a busy day.
Afterward, spend some time exploring other notable resorts like The Venetian and The Palazzo for their beautiful interiors and canals. If you’re into shopping, Crystals at CityCenter offers luxury brands and designer stores.
In the afternoon, fit in some gambling at one of the renowned casinos. Aria's casino is a great spot, but if you're feeling lucky, try your hand at The Venetian or Caesars Palace as well.
Finally, end your trip with a relaxing experience—consider a spa treatment at The Spa at Aria, or take a scenic Helicopter Tour of the Strip at night for a breathtaking view of the neon lights!
