Sandestin Beach Access

Question

I just recently saw a TicTok where there is a beach access that looks to be between Southwinds and Westwinds. They called this the owners entrance. Is anyone familiar with this entrance? Could you enter here and then walk down past Westwinds to a more non crowded area? The crowds on the beach at Sandestin are pretty much a deal breaker for me.

Also, is the beach area at Southwinds private like the Hilton area?
