20th Anniversary hotel?

Question

Looking Southernmost ocean view room or Casa Marina ocean view room? Going early to mid October. I know Casa Marina had some poor reviews during the renovations but looking like it's better, I think? :)

I am wanting a place that has great water views, a place that we can get into the ocean, good pools, has bar/resturant on site. Location - I am open to recommendations. 5 night stay
