Day 1 Urumqi → Tianshan Tianchi Lake → Urumqi

From 8:30 to 9:00 am Beijing time, tourists will gather at the downstairs of Dacheng International (address: No. 358, Beijing South Road, Xinshi District, Urumqi), and the driver will pick up guests from far away (free pick-up and drop-off in the city for two or more people).
Depart promptly at 9:00 AM for the Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area, known as the "Pearl of the Tianshan Mountains." Arrive at the Tianchi Ticket Station around 10:30 AM (tickets are at your own expense). After purchasing your ticket, take the scenic shuttle bus into the area. After disembarking, walk about 10 minutes to the lakefront. View the eight scenic spots of Tianchi: the Dinghai Shenzhen (Dinghai Magic Needle), the Nanshan Mountain (Viewing Snow), and the Xiwangmu Temple. The crystal-clear lake is as translucent as a gemstone, while the pines and cypresses lining the lakeshore remain lush and green. In the distance, the snow-capped Bogda Peak, the highest peak of the Eastern Tianshan Mountains, rises. Enjoy the panoramic views by cable car or cruise along the lakeside.

We will depart around 4:00 PM and return to Urumqi (approximately 1.5 hours by car). We will be dropped off at the Dacheng International Building in downtown Urumqi at 5:30 PM. (Free hotel transfer in the city, including the airport/train station, for groups of two or more)
