Depart from Xuhui to the summit of Fuzhi Mountain | Climb the stone waves and reach the Quaternary glacial ruins

Day 1 Shanghai → Shangyu Lingnan → Fuzhi Mountain → Shanghai

All day

07:15-07:30 Meet at the designated location of China-TravelNote and sign in. Depart at 07:30 sharp, enjoy onboard interaction and itinerary briefings, and have fun all the way!

Around 11:00, we got off the highway and took the winding mountain road up the mountain to the village entrance at the foot of Fuzhi Mountain, where we felt the simplicity and vicissitudes of the mountain village in eastern Zhejiang.

The first stop is to climb a small hill and directly arrive at the magnificent terraced fields of Fuzhi Mountain. Being surrounded by nature, my mood has become better.

Our second stop was the Stone Waves, a relic of the Quaternary glaciers. We reached the Fuzhishi River and climbed the rocks, which was quite fun. You might even use your hands and feet, and experience being a monkey. If there weren't many people, we'd have lunch on these large rocks, which was quite a sight.

After about an hour and a half, we arrived at the top of Shilang Mountain. We took a short break here and went down the mountain at the right time to overlook the Shilang Mountain we had climbed and the mottled ancient village at our feet. We could feel the simplicity, vicissitudes and mystery of the mountain villages in eastern Zhejiang. We could also choose a suitable angle to appreciate the magnificent terraces of Fuzhi Mountain and take photos as souvenirs.

Around 16:00, get on the bus and return.

We returned to our departure point in Shanghai around 20:00. Everyone was still reluctant to leave and said goodbye with tears in their eyes.
