Today is the gathering day for the activities. Tourists from all over the world will choose their own transportation to arrive at the designated hotel in Zhangjiajie for check-in, room arrangement, and then free time at leisure.

If you arrive early, tourists can go to Tianmen Mountain to see the magical Tianmen Cave.
Warm reminder: You need to make an appointment and purchase tickets in advance with your ID card. It is recommended to take the cable car up the mountain and down the mountain. The specific arrangements are subject to the scenic area.
At night, tourists can visit the Seventy-Two Wonders Towers to experience the "Tianmen Cave" created by the architecture. Here, they can also try some Hunan snacks. There are also performances and bonfire parties in the evening. (Specific activities are subject to the arrangements of the scenic area.)
Special reminder: During the 2024 Chinese New Year, there will be free lantern festivals scattered in different places in Zhangjiajie City. It is recommended to arrive in Zhangjiajie one day in advance for sightseeing.
Alternatively, you can arrive in Changsha in advance to play. There are high-speed trains running from Changsha to Zhangjiajie all day.
Day 2 Zhangjiajie → Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge → Wulingyuan

Afterwards, we'll head to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon to explore the Yuntiandu Glass Bridge, the world's first cable-stayed, variable-space cable glass suspension bridge. Made of 99 panels of transparent glass, the bridge appears as thin as a cicada's wing from a distance, seemingly "invisible" amidst the mountains and waters. The bridge deck is approximately 300 meters above the valley floor, offering a breathtaking view of the canyon below. We'll then continue our tour of the Grand Canyon.
If you have time for lunch, you can have a simple meal in Wulingyuan Town.

1. The Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions. We will make arrangements based on the specific situation at that time.
2. Due to flow restrictions, tickets for the Glass Bridge must be booked in advance. If you give up the tour for personal reasons, the ticket fee will not be refunded.

Afterwards, head to Zhangjiajie Forest Park and explore the Ten-Li Gallery on foot. It's said, "Traveling in the mountain gorge is like walking in a painting." Formerly known as Ganxigou, the Ten-Li Gallery is located in the Suoxiyu Scenic Area of Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area, a World Natural Heritage and World Geopark. It connects to Jinbian Creek and Shuirao Simen in the south, and to Wolong Ridge of Tianzi Mountain in the north. It got its name because the ten-mile-long gorge is lined with peculiarly shaped and lifelike peaks, forming a series of natural paintings in ink and color.
Depart Wulingyuan at the appropriate time and check into your hotel. In the evening, you can freely find food in Wulingyuan or stroll around Xibu Street.
Day 3 Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Golden Whip Stream → Yuanjiajie → Laowuchang → Tianzi Mountain)

After breakfast, we will head to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. We will first take the scenic shuttle bus to Golden Whip Stream and stroll through one of the most beautiful canyons in the world to experience the beauty of Zhangjiajie.
We started our hike from Shuiraosimen along the Golden Whip Creek, a place renowned for its wondrous peaks, secluded valleys, and picturesque forests. Three thousand stone peaks rise from the ground in various shapes, while canyons between the peaks and forests are deep and the creek gurgles. The Golden Whip Creek has the reputation of being "amazing in five steps, stunning in seven steps, and stunned in ten steps." It is also known for its turquoise waters that flow even in a thousand-year drought and remain green even in ten thousand years of continuous rain.
After walking and playing for about an hour, we arrived at Luancuanpo and started hiking along the steps. Since we avoided most of the tourists in the scenic area, everyone could enjoy the hiking process.
After about 2 hours of walking, we arrived at Yuanjiajie. You can have lunch nearby.

1. You can bring some snacks and water with you when you go out for fun.
2. Tourists with less physical strength can choose not to hike up Jinbian Creek and Luancuanpo, and take the Bailong Elevator directly to Yuanjiajie. During peak season, the waiting time may be long, so it is recommended that you try to hike up the mountain and enjoy the fun.

After lunch, we went to see the "Hallelujah Mountain" (also known as the Pillar of Heaven and Earth), the filming location of "Avatar", to explore the mysterious and unpredictable world of Avatar with floating mountains and scattered stars; we saw representative famous attractions such as the DIyi Bridge, the Bewitching Platform, the Pillar of Heaven and Earth, the Divine Turtle Asking the Sky, and the Five Daughters Paying Homage to Their Birthday.
Then take the scenic bus to Laowuchang, where you will definitely feel particularly peaceful. Laowuchang is covered with strange peaks, the village is covered with overlapping terraces, the mountains and waters are facing each other, and it is full of rich pastoral scenery.
We hiked to the Divine Soldiers Gathering, where over 30 peaks of diverse shapes converge, resembling a divine army hidden within the dense forests. From here, we could even see the Bailong Elevator from afar. Then we reached the Sky Pastoral, nestled beside the Tujia Village at 2,000 meters to the left of Tianzi Mountain. Over 1,000 meters above sea level, it overlooks a deep valley, where terraced farmlands rise. Climbing the Sky Pastoral, surrounded by a gentle breeze and mist, it felt like a fairyland.
Afterwards, we took the scenic bus to Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area and visited the Fairy Presenting Flowers, Imperial Brush Peak, He Long Park, West Sea Observation Deck, etc.
Take the scenic shuttle bus out of the scenic area and return to Wulingyuan Hotel

Day 4 Wulingyuan → Fenghuang Ancient Town

After breakfast, we will take a bus to the national historical and cultural city - [Fenghuang Ancient Town].
Around noon, we'll arrive at Fenghuang Ancient Town. After arranging our accommodations near the Tuojiang River, we'll explore the ancient city, strolling along the river's cobblestone streets and admiring the historic stilt houses on both sides, each adorned with red lanterns. Nestled between the mountains and the water, the shallow Tuojiang River flows through the city, and its red sandstone walls stand proudly on the shore.

Afterwards, we'll arrange for everyone to experience the traditional Miao craft of batik. Batik is a traditional Miao textile printing and dyeing handicraft. We'll start by sketching our favorite pattern with a pencil. Don't worry if you don't know how, our instructor will briefly teach you the techniques. Then, we'll use a wax knife dipped in molten wax to dye the pattern onto the cloth. Then, we'll use indigo dye to dye the fabric. After boiling and rinsing, our unique creations are ready.
After the experience, you can explore the ancient city freely. You can also take everyone to Bijiashan Park, where you can see the panoramic view of Fenghuang Ancient City. Without the crowds of tourists, you will suddenly feel that this ancient city is still stuck in a hundred years ago.
As night falls, the ancient city becomes hazy and intoxicating. You can freely wander around Fenghuang Ancient Town and admire the Fenghuang Ancient Town and stilt houses at night. Stroll along the Tuojiang River and enjoy the extraordinary night view of Fenghuang.
Make a wish at the Rock Jumping Pier and release colorful river lanterns filled with wishes; freely taste Fenghuang’s special snacks, or experience the unique bars of the ancient city, the atmosphere is charming and passionate.
Day 5★ Disbandment Day: Free disbandment in Fenghuang Ancient Town

Get up early and experience the morning life of Phoenix: when people are still asleep, walk along the ancient and long bluestone streets, stand by the quietly flowing Tuojiang River, let the breeze caress your face, and watch the clouds drift by;
Then we disbanded on our own in Fenghuang Ancient City.
You can take the maglev subway or shuttle bus to Fenghuang Ancient Town High-speed Railway Station. There are high-speed trains running directly to Changsha all day long.
