Day 1: Anywhere → or → Lanzhou ★Gathering day
All day
Today, all tourists will come to Lanzhou from all over the country. You can choose the mode of transportation according to your wishes. After arrival, you can rest in the hotel. If you have time, you can also choose to see our mother river, the Yellow River. You can go to Zhongshan Bridge, the first bridge over the Yellow River, to see the ancient irrigation tool waterwheel on the Yellow River, as well as the representative sculpture of the Yellow River Mother, and the ancient river crossing tool sheepskin raft. You can also go to the Gansu Museum (closed on Mondays, you need to bring your ID card), or go to the Xiguan Grand Mosque.
Of course, you can't miss the famous Lanzhou ramen and Muslim snacks, such as stuffed rice noodles and sweet fermented rice. We recommend visiting Zhengning Road Snack Street or Dazhong Lane Food Street. Please be careful during your own activities.
Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport is located 70 km north of the city center. Intercity trains are recommended, with departures approximately every hour and a journey time of approximately 50 minutes. From Lanzhou Station, a taxi will take you to your hotel. Alternatively, take the airport shuttle bus to the city center, departing at half past and on the hour, with buses available whenever there are flights. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. From the airport shuttle terminal, a taxi will take you to your hotel.

Day 2 Lanzhou → Langmusi
All day
After breakfast, we drove directly to Langmusi. Along the way, we saw the daily life of Tibetan compatriots on the Gannan grassland: smoke from cooking, tents, blue sky and pasture. Along the way, we could also see devout Tibetans prostrating themselves on their way to Langmusi, just to witness the sacred Buddha-drying ceremony in their hearts.
Arrive at Langmusi (Sichuan Temple) in the evening for a visit and experience the charm of Gannan Tibetan culture for the first time. Langmusi is one of the fifty charming towns in China. The Tibetan bars on Langmusi Street are unique in the evening. Interested tourists can go and experience it.

Day 3 Langmusi → Gansu Temple → Luqu
All day
Mawlam Grand Dharma Assembly Festival:
After breakfast, around 10:00 AM, we began photographing the Giant Buddha at Langmusi (Gansu Temple). Tourists joined in this visual feast of faith. Monks from each monastery, led by a great master, carried a massive, colorfully embroidered Buddha statue to a fixed Buddha-drying platform at the foot of a mountain near the temple for display. The monks then extol the Buddha's virtues and recite the Bathing Sutra. The scene was awe-inspiring, with vibrant colors and a sea of Tibetan monks.
In the afternoon, go to Luqu Hotel to rest.

Day 4: Luqu → Xicang Temple → Xiahe
All day
The grand occasion of the Xicang Temple Treasure Festival:
After breakfast, we'll depart for Xicang Temple and the Liangbao Festival. On this day, Tibetans display their valuables and beautiful clothing for mutual appreciation, while Tibetan opera is also performed. Every piece of folklore, clothing, headdress, belt, and treasure you encounter is a rare treasure.
Go to Xiahe County for check-in at the appropriate time.
We specially arranged a Tibetan meal in the evening!!!

Day 5 Xiahe → Labrang Monastery → Lanzhou ★ Disbanding Day
All day
After breakfast, we'll visit Labrang Monastery, one of the six major monasteries of the Gelugpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism, known worldwide as the "World Center of Tibetan Studies." Every year during the first lunar month, the monks at Labrang Monastery hold a grand Tibetan Buddhist festival, attracting those seeking in-depth exploration. In the afternoon, we'll return to Lanzhou by bus (arriving at the airport first, then at Lanzhou Railway Station). Today also happens to be the Lantern Festival, concluding our wonderful Tibetan folklore tour.
