Day 3 Bogota Day Trip

After breakfast, visit the colonial-style buildings in Bogota's old town: Bogota is said to be one of the best-preserved cities in South America with colonial architecture.

Afterwards, take a city tour.

Plaza Bolivar: This is the center of Bogota, surrounded by the cathedral, parliament, presidential palace, etc.

Gold Museum: The world's largest gold museum, housing the world's largest collection of pre-Columbian gold artifacts. The museum's most iconic treasure, the Muisca Ship, on the third floor, is truly exquisite, bringing the legend of Lake Guatavita's "Golden Country" to life.

After breakfast, we'll drive to the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquira (entrance): a wonder of the world 200 meters underground, a real-life version of the Scarlet Monastery, a dreamlike otherworldly wonder. This magnificent, ingeniously designed, and uniquely conceived cathedral bears witness to the 400-year history of Zipaquira's suffering under Spanish rule.

Guatavita Sacred Lake: One of the legendary six treasures of the world, it is a sacred place and a center for religious ceremonies for the Muisca Indians. It is said that there are 50 million gold artifacts at the bottom of the lake.

Guatape Rock: This massive rock rises from the ground, and the steps are like zippers. From the top, you can overlook Thousand Island Lake.

After lunch, take a boat tour around the reservoir on the lakeside of the colorful town to enjoy the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains, and also see the former private estate of drug lord Pablo from a distance (without getting off the boat).

The colorful town of Guatapé: known as the most beautiful town in Colombia, it has colorful walls, unique reliefs, undulating streets and is full of vitality.

After enjoying local Medellin cuisine for dinner, we will board our flight to Quito, the capital of Ecuador.

Day 6 Quito Day Trip

In the afternoon, we'll head to Quito's Old Town. Inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1978, Quito's Old Town was built on the ruins of an ancient Inca city dating back to the 16th century and is one of the best-preserved and least altered historical sites in Latin America.

Basilica of the National Vow (summit included): The largest Gothic-style cathedral in Latin America and the first church built by Ecuadorians. From the summit, you can see the twin spires and the statue of Our Lady on Sugarloaf Mountain in the distance.

Independence Square: The Independence Monument is in the center, and the Presidential Palace and City Hall are around the square.

Day 7 Quito → Galapagos Islands → Santa Cruz Island (domestic flights to be announced)

The Galapagos Islands are located at the confluence of the eastern Pacific Ocean and three major ocean currents. They are famous for their rare animals and plants such as giant tortoises. They are known as the "living museum of biological evolution" and the "melting pot of marine life."

After breakfast, fly to the Galapagos Baldera Airport. Upon arrival, your guide will greet you and we'll visit the Giant Tortoise Manor, located in the north of Santa Cruz Island. Here, you'll have the opportunity to see giant tortoises in the wild.

After lunch at the manor, we'll head to the renowned Darwin Research Station in the Caribbean. Scientists there monitor climate and ecological changes throughout the archipelago year-round, compiling a vast collection of relevant data. A particularly noteworthy attraction is the Giant Tortoise Conservation Center, where you can see giant tortoises of various sizes and shapes, as well as other animals such as land iguanas, marine iguanas, and a variety of bird species.

Day 8 Santa Cruz Island → North Seymour Island → Santa Cruz Island

After breakfast, take a boat to Las Bachas Beach to enjoy some leisure time on the beach, where there are many marine iguanas and the unique red crabs of the Galapagos.

After lunch, we'll board North Seymour Island. Learn from your guide about the unique birdlife of the Galapagos Islands. North Seymour Island is home to blue-footed boobies, magnificent frigatebirds, swallow-tailed gulls, land iguanas, sea lions, and pelicans. This is a vibrant animal colony, and numerous sea lions can be found nesting on the rocks on the beach.

If time is sufficient, we will also arrange for tourists to snorkel in the bay near the beach and have the opportunity to swim with sea lions.

Afterwards, return to the hotel in Santa Cruz Island to rest.

Day 9 Santa Cruz Island → Bartolome Island → Santa Cruz Island

After breakfast, we will take a boat to Bartolome Island. Upon arrival, we will climb to the highest point to overlook the magnificent Suivong Bay, where there are also the famous pinnacle reefs.

We'll then head to the coral beach at the foot of Pinnacle Mountain for snorkeling. If you're lucky, you might spot sea turtles, sea lions, and Gabonese penguins. These penguins are the second smallest in the world, standing only about 25 centimeters tall. The white-lipped sharks that inhabit this area are also quite non-aggressive.

Afterwards, return to Santa Cruz Island to rest.

Go to the Iguana Park: there are many green iguanas lying on the branches and in the shade of trees. These "mini Godzillas" are actually gentle and not afraid of people. Some of them even often approach people.

Then take a stroll along the riverside promenade: it houses many fountains, sculptures, monuments, museums, street parks, shops, restaurants, and one of the earliest IMAX cinemas in Latin America.

Finally, visit the Historical Park: The Historical Park is divided into three areas: Wildlife Area, Urban Architecture Area and Traditional Culture Area.

In the wildlife area, you can see animals and plants unique to Ecuador and Latin America, such as toucans, flamingos, spider monkeys, etc.

The urban construction area is a good place to appreciate Guayaquil's urban landscape in the early 20th century, when the development of the cocoa industry drove the prosperity of the entire city.

The Traditional Culture Area showcases the customs and traditional life of the rural areas surrounding Guayaquil, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of local history and culture.

After breakfast at the hotel, take a flight to Easter Island, a mysterious island isolated in the South Pacific, more than 3,700 kilometers away from the South American continent.

Upon arrival, the hospitable islanders will present garlands to the tourists.

After lunch, drive along the seaside road and you will see hills covered with green grass. This is San Rano Raraku.

Climbing up the slope from the entrance, there are countless half-made Amoi scattered around. Some have only completed faces, some have been carved and just need to be dug out of the rock to be completed, and some have been built and stood upright, as if they were in the process of being moved but abandoned.

Afterwards, we'll visit Ahu Tongariki, the largest group of megalithic statues on Easter Island, comprising 15 upright statues of Amoei. It stands as a testament to the island's astonishing megalithic culture. It's also the perfect spot to watch the sunrise.

Afterwards, we will head to Te Pito Kura, the navel of the world. Located on the south coast of Easter Island, the site is known as the navel of the world, and legend has it that it is a stone with divine power.

Finally, enjoy the beautiful palm trees and turquoise waters of Anacana Beach, known as the most dreamy spot on the island.

Afterwards, we will explore the local Orongo culture. This is one of the island's most important villages, boasting stunning views of the island and the Pacific Ocean. Tourists can admire the demobilized houses and rock art up close.

Visit Moai-Tahai: This is the oldest sacrificial ceremony site to date. There are three sacrificial platforms of different shapes in the park, and there is a unique Moai with brown eyes.
