Today is the gathering day. Tourists will go to Huangshan Station/Airport in Huangshan City, Anhui Province to gather. Upon arrival, a 24-hour free pick-up service will be provided by a special car, and then they will be driven to the hotel for check-in.
丨Visiting Xixi South Village/ A secluded, thousand-year-old village at the foot of Huangshan Mountain
After checking in, you can freely explore Xixi South Village. The ancient village is well-preserved, with numerous Ming and Qing dynasty buildings, including the "Eight Scenic Spots of Fengxi" and the "Ten Gardens of Xinan," still clearly visible. Buildings depicted in the classic novel "Jin Ping Mei" can still be found. Millennium-old ginkgo trees, 500-year-old osmanthus trees, and 200-year-old podocarpus trees flourish, offering unique scenic value. The Kengshang Second Dam covers over 1,500 mu (approximately 1,000 acres) of water, with intact vegetation along its banks and breathtaking natural beauty.

Chengkan Village, formerly known as Longxi, boasts a history of over 1,800 years since its name was changed to Chengkan. It is one of my country's best-preserved ancient villages. Surrounded by mountains, it resembles the Eight Diagrams in the Book of Changes. The stream flowing through the village forms a yin-yang fish-like pattern, inspired by the name Cheng, the yang in the Book of Changes, and Kan, the yin. The winding streets and alleys are so intricate that it's hard to tell east from west, north from south, like a maze.

Visit a century-old ink-making factory and inherit the intangible cultural heritage of ink-making skills for thousands of years. [Hongcun] is an ancient village with an ox-shaped layout. The whole village is surrounded by a wonderful water system designed by our ancestors. It is grand and exquisite, and has become a beautiful business card of the Huizhou area. The village is surrounded by small bridges, flowing water and houses. The water is as flat as a mirror and the reflections are clear. The Chinese ink painting in your mind is slowly unfolding before your eyes, quiet and long.
Stay in Hongcun until the evening; a nighttime tour offers a unique experience. Moon Pond and South Lake are the most beautiful areas of Hongcun. Moon Pond is perpetually emerald green, its surface as smooth as a mirror. Bluestones pave the perimeter, and whitewashed walls and tiles line the perimeter in an orderly fashion. Blue sky and white clouds cascade down into the water. In the hazy night, a row of lanterns illuminate the Moon Pond, creating a truly picturesque scene.

A single tree can simultaneously display a dazzling array of colors, including golden yellow, orange, pale crimson, and reddish-orange. The white walls and black tiles of Weizhou are particularly stunning against the vibrant autumn leaves. Take a short hike along the winding farmland paths to experience the early morning beauty of Tachuan.
Visit Bishan Village/An ancient village with a treasure trove of art at the foot of Huangshan Mountain

In the afternoon, we'll visit Bishan Village, home to over a hundred preserved ancient dwellings and ancestral halls from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Enjoy afternoon tea and explore the autumn scenery of the countryside. Then, we'll visit Bishan Bookstore, tucked away within a Huizhou ancestral hall. This is the first rural bookstore opened by Pioneer Bookstore. Renovated within a 200-year-old Huizhou building, it's been called "China's Most Beautiful Bookstore" by CNN. Children and young children are in harmony, the sounds of chickens and dogs rustle, and the air is filled with the fragrance of books.

Dinner will be spent enjoying Anhui cuisine. Originating in ancient Huizhou during the Southern Song Dynasty, Anhui cuisine, through the diligent creation and eclecticism of successive renowned chefs, has gradually emerged from the rural flavors of Huizhou, evolving into a renowned cuisine that appeals to both the elite and the masses, and is suitable for both the north and the south, with a unique and distinctive style.

Get up early and explore Shangtan Village, nestled against the mountains and facing the water. A century-old camphor tree stands at the entrance, whitewashed walls and gray tiles line the stream, and the scattered Huizhou-style houses are all in good order. This tranquil and elegant village is famous for being the filming location for the movie "I Am Not Madame Bovary." Stroll along the stream and immerse yourself in the leisurely pace of this ancient Huizhou village.
丨Huangling Tiyun Family/Unique folk culture of drying autumn sun
In the afternoon, we will go to Huangling and take the sightseeing cable car to the ancient village on the mountain. Here is a masterpiece of humanities. Dozens of ancient Hui-style houses are scattered in the valley with a drop of 100 meters. The villagers use the windows as canvases, the brackets as brushes, and the drying plaques as palettes. In spring, they dry bamboo shoots and ferns; in autumn, they dry red peppers, rice and soybeans... In this way, they have created a masterpiece of folk customs that continues in an orderly manner throughout the year.

Your wonderful journey is almost over. We will take you to Wuyuan Station, Huangshan Station, or Huangshan Airport, depending on your flight or train. If you need to return to your home city from Huangshan City that day, we recommend purchasing transportation after 6:00 PM. We look forward to serving you again at Yeshebang.
