Little team leader
Each child must give himself a nickname, follow the leader teacher, learn how to use the walkie-talkie, complete tasks such as exploring the route and marking road signs.
Lingfeng Plum Blossom Viewing
Starting from Laoheyunqi, we walked along the Xishan hiking trail all the way to the sea of plum blossoms. Surrounded by green hills and lush trees, the Lingfeng Mountains are covered with green grass and the plum blossom forest looks like a sea.
Halfway up the mountain in Lingfeng Scenic Area, there is an open platform and pavilion called Xibochi, which is one of the viewing spots for plum blossoms in Lingfeng. The Seven-Star Ancient Plum Tree next to it is composed of seven hundred-year-old wintersweets.
Ancient Poems about Plum Blossoms
Throughout history, plum blossoms have been admired and cherished by scholars and poets. "The first blossom of the east wind, the plum blossom reigns supreme among all flowers." Records of plum blossoms date back over two thousand years. Let's learn from the poets' descriptions of the plum blossom, its fearless spirit, defying frost and snow, and its modest and upright demeanor.
Plant rubbings (one copy per child)
Every blade of grass and every tree on the mountain is a gift from nature to us. Pick up a handful of flowers and plants, pick up a few plum blossoms, knock them, let the juice of the plants soak into the cotton cloth, leaving behind the meridians of the plants and the mark of spring.
The group ends
Around 16:30, we arrived at the Qingzhiwu Gate of the Botanical Garden and the event ended. Everyone said goodbye reluctantly!
Warm reminder: You need to pay for your own entrance fee to Hangzhou Botanical Garden (10 yuan for adults, 5 yuan for children, free for children under 6 years old, free for those with park cards)
