07:00-07:15 Meet at the designated location of China-TravelNote and sign in. Depart at 07:15 sharp, enjoy onboard interaction and itinerary introductions, and have fun all the way!

10:45

We arrived at Chongren Ancient Town, a town with a history of 1,700 years and which has not yet been commercialized. Old gates, ancestral halls, temples, and houses are scattered around. We strolled around and took photos, then walked through the ancient town to the food street. Rice cake dumplings, tofu buns, steamed buns, chicken soup, and Chongren stewed duck are all famous delicacies here.

12:30 Gather on the bus and depart for Keshishan Scenic Area.

1:15 PM

After arriving at the Keshishan Scenic Area, we took a brief rest, entered the scenic area, walked through a mountain road to the via ferrata base, changed our equipment, listened carefully to the coach's instructions, and then embarked on the journey of conquering the rock wall.

Keishi Mountain is recorded in history because Qin Shihuang visited Kuaiji in the east and offered sacrifices to Dayu, and because he ordered Li Si to write an article and carve a stone at Keishi Mountain.

The Keshi Mountain via ferrata is divided into two routes, A and B. Both routes are 550-600 meters long and take about two hours to complete, with safe descending points along the way. Route A is suitable for beginners, while Route B is for advanced hikers. After the via ferrata, the journey isn't over yet; there's still a mountain descent back to the parking area. Those who finish early or descend early can relax and explore the Keshi Mountain scenic area, which features a mountain café and other small shops.

When we climbed halfway up the mountain, we reached out to touch the blue sky and white clouds, looked down at the green mountains and bamboos, closed our eyes to feel the light clouds hanging in the air, experienced an unprecedented feeling, and saw the world from another perspective.

5:30 PM

The via ferrata experience is over. Everyone stretches, goes to the toilet, and gets on the bus for the return trip.

Around 21:00, we returned to downtown Shanghai. Everyone was still reluctant to leave and said goodbye with tears in their eyes!!

1. At this time of year, the via ferrata experience is on the shady side of the mountain, away from the sun, so you can experience it with confidence.

2. The via ferrata base is located on the mountainside and cannot be reached directly by bus. You need to hike up and down the mountain to get to and from the base.

3. The via ferrata route is for one person only and overtaking is not allowed. Therefore, the experience time is greatly affected by the overall speed. Teammates starting at the front of the team must wait at the finish line, and teammates starting at the end of the team will definitely finish later. I hope everyone can understand this.

Driving time: about 3 hours

Hiking: The via ferrata is approximately 550-600 meters long and takes 2-3 hours. The hike is approximately 3.7 kilometers long, with an elevation gain of 250 meters.

Note: There is a weight limit for Via Ferrata: those over 90kg are not eligible to register

1.Why didn’t I receive a text message notification after registering?

2. What if it rains during the event?

2-3 days before the event, we will decide whether the event will proceed as scheduled based on the weather forecast and route conditions. Please pay attention to our notifications. Most activities can proceed as usual even if there is light rain. There is still fun to be had on rainy days. If heavy rain is forecast, the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be given to everyone.

3. Is this route crowded?

Most of our routes are natural and niche, with relatively small traffic. Of course, it also depends on the registration situation for each period. Generally, ordinary models are 37-seat buses, and a few large models are 53-seat. Each car has a certain proportion of tour leaders to ensure the quality of the event.

Keshi Mountain, also known as Ebi Mountain and commonly known as Mount Emei, is located in the Meishan area of Chalukou Village, Pingshui Town, at an elevation of 630 meters. This ancient and magical mountain in eastern Zhejiang is famous for the fact that Qin Shihuang visited Kuaiji, offered sacrifices to Yu the Great, and commissioned Li Si to write an inscription on the stone. A shining pearl on the Tang Poetry Road in eastern Zhejiang, it boasts the Ruoye Stream, which has flowed quietly for millennia; Yunmen Temple, where Jin Dynasty calligrapher Wang Xianzhi retired; the enigmatic Wuchen Hall of Pingyang Temple, still untouched by dust; and the fascinating legend of the Qin Emperor's concubines.

Chongren Ancient Town, formerly known as "Apricot Blossom Village" and now also known as "Yanxi People's Home," is a beautiful and tranquil Jiangnan ancient town located west of Shengzhou. Entering this ancient town is like stepping back in time. "Deep courtyards, horse-drawn walls, indigo tiles, and interlaced old gates—this ancient name was Apricot Blossom Village. Silken rain falls on the willow stream, oil-paper umbrellas sway, and the neighboring woman washes clothes and towels, while Yue Opera music captivates the senses." Clusters of ancient buildings evoke the legacy of the Song Dynasty and the characteristics of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The complex boasts temples, ancestral halls, ancient theaters, famous residences, memorial archways, pharmacies, shops, bridges, ponds, and wells.
