Today is a full-day gathering day. After being picked up at the airport, tourists will head to Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia, and check in at the hotel by reporting "China-Travel Note + Name".

The hotel check-in time is after 14:00. Friends who arrive early can store their luggage and go to the city on their own.
Hohhot, also known as Qingcheng (Green City) and Zhaocheng (City of Zhao) due to its numerous temples, is also called Zhaocheng. Early arrivals can visit the Dazhao Temple. Inner Mongolia is deeply influenced by the Gelugpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism, and the Dazhao Temple in Hohhot is one of the largest and most influential in the region. If you're interested in Islamic culture, we recommend visiting the Islamic Street, where a variety of mosques, both old and new, shine in all their splendor.
Kuanxiangzi Food Street is located near Fengqing Street. Be sure to try a basket of mutton siomai! Hohhot is the birthplace of siomai.

After breakfast, we set off to officially start our trip and head to China's last secret place - [Western Fantasy Grand Canyon].
Enjoy a light meal in the RV or have lunch at the service area.
Enjoy the sunset at the Dream Canyon Scenic Area, which has been dubbed by tourism professionals as "China's Last Secret," "Artists' Creative Source," and "Western Dream Canyon." The canyon boasts many unique landscapes, including the Colorful God Mountain, Shengen Peak, Mumen Cave, and Stone Camel. It is the only desert geological park in the world.

We set off at dawn, crossing grasslands, deserts, and Gobi Desert, admiring the Gobi "mirage" along the way, and arrived at the desert oasis - Ejina Banner.
After lunch, we'll visit Heishui Ancient City, the best-preserved ancient city site along the Silk Road. It's the only well-preserved ancient city site north of the ancient Silk Road, where numerous artifacts have been unearthed, including the unique "Fan-Han Heshi Palm Pearl" from the Western Xia period, a painted two-headed Buddha statue, and Yuan Dynasty banknotes. The Ruoshui Jinsha Poplar Forest showcases the unique beauty of the desert, the Ruoshui River, and the poplar trees. The Ruoshui River and the poplar trees are a unique island wonder, a phenomenon unparalleled in the world. The Ruoshui River and the poplar trees thrive in harmony; without their watchful presence, the Ejina oasis would be untouched. The Strange Forest showcases the diverse shapes of the poplar trees here, some reaching straight into the sky, others twisting and swirling, and still others collapsing with a thud. The diverse and bizarre shapes of the dead trees give it the name "Strange Forest."

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Ejina Populus euphratica Forest Scenic Area to visit the beautiful scenery of the Populus euphratica forest and embark on a journey of self-liberation.
A Millennium's Promise - [Ejina Poplar Forest]. Strolling through the poplar forest is like entering a mythical wonderland. The dense trees are filled with a myriad of strange shapes and expressions. Some are so stout that several people can barely hug them, while others tower over 20 or 30 feet tall, eerily resembling soaring dragons or wildly dancing coils of silk, a breathtaking sight. The densely packed leaves are also uniquely charming. Young poplars have narrow, slender leaves, resembling the willow eyebrows of a young girl, often mistaken for willows. In their prime, their leaves become oval or triangular, reminiscent of the white birch trees of the Greater Khingan Mountains. Only in old age do their leaves settle into an oval shape. Even more remarkable is the fact that several different leaf shapes can grow above and below the crown of a single tree, a truly marvelous sight. From Erdao Bridge to Badao Bridge, admire the brilliant golden poplar forest and capture its myriad forms. The Populus euphratica "lives for a thousand years without dying, stands for a thousand years after death, and remains immortal for a thousand years after falling." Wandering in the Populus euphratica forest in Ejina all day, I marveled at the miracle of life.
In due time, we left the Populus euphratica forest and headed for another little-known secret place we had just discovered, the ancient Juyan Lake, known as the "Thousand Islands Lake in the Sea of Sand", where we will enjoy another beautiful dinner tonight.
丨Xiangye Tips
1. Visitors to this scenic area are allowed to visit on their own, without a tour guide. The scenic area is very large and is open to the public. Staff will escort guests to the scenic area for their own free exploration. Transportation within the scenic area is included.
2. The scenic area is located on the edge of the town. Visitors can enter the area on their own and then transfer to the scenic area bus. According to the scenic area guide map, you can visit from north to south in sequence. You can also take the bus to the scenic spot Badao Bridge and visit from south to north, which is easier to exit.
3. The scenic area sightseeing bus is included, with round-trip transportation. It runs non-stop from point to point within the scenic area. After the visit, you can wait in line at the platform of each scenic spot to wait for the bus.
4. The ticket for the Populus euphratica forest scenic area is a one-time entry and exit ticket. Therefore, those who return to the town for dinner will not be able to return to the Populus euphratica forest scenic area to continue their visit. Please arrange the time and order of your visit accordingly.

Rise early to admire the stunning scenery of the ancient Juyan Lake (one-hour visit), where "the setting sun and a lone wild goose soar together, the autumn water and the vast sky blend into one color." Take photos of the sunrise. Ancient Juyan Lake, known as the "Thousand Island Lake," is a lake formed from sand and a beautiful sight, with endless stretches of red grass, surrounded by clear water, lush gardens, and camel caravans strolling by. Swans dance gracefully, migratory birds sing joyfully, and the rolling sand peaks along the lakeside resemble golden waves. At night, the sky is tranquil and the stars are shining, making it a photographer's paradise!
Then we came to the Badain Jaran Desert and started our [Passionate Sand Crossing]. The desert was boundless, and there were five ancient roads. It seemed like a fairy tale that a road was made out of sand. However, a miracle happened in the desert - we drove into the depths of the desert to experience the excitement. As we drove through it, there were endless golden sand dunes on both sides. Under the blue sky and white clouds, the car was driving through the desert. The grandeur in my heart was beyond words!
After the tour, we drove back to Dengkou, the city of ten thousand lakes in the heart of the Hetao Plain.
6th Tiandengkou → Hohhot

Gather and set off to photograph the sunrise over Nalin Lake. The vast expanse of water is breathtaking, and as you speed across the lake in a speedboat, you'll be surrounded by swaying green reeds, verdant mountains, and clear waters, all complementing each other, making you feel as if you're in the breathtaking beauty of nature.
After the tour, we will take the bus back to Hohhot, ending the trip. It is expected to arrive in Hohhot around 16:00.
