Day 1 Hangzhou → Qingshan Lake

Independent Camp (Bus Travel)
08:45-09:00 Gather and depart at Building D, Zheshang University Pioneer Park, No. 198 Jiaogong Road. There will be a special "reward" for latecomers (half an hour early on holidays, please refer to the notice for details)
09:00-10:00 Take a short break, introduce yourself and explain the itinerary. Laughter and joy all the way, before you know it, you arrive at your destination
Parent-child camp (driving/public transportation)
Arrive at the Qingshan Lake Cycling Base by self-driving before 09:50 (please do not be late, the specific location is subject to the group notification)
Public transportation
Take Metro Line 16 to Qingshan Lake Exit B, then take a taxi to the meeting point (approximately 3.5 km)

Equipment Collection
Choose your favorite bike, put on your gear, and check your gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads)

Cycling lessons
Basic theory + cycling safety knowledge teaching, explaining cycling skills, quick introduction, safe riding;
Understand the structure of mountain bikes and the functions of vehicle components, adjust the position of the pedals, the reasonable height of the seat, and the safe riding height.

Warm up thoroughly
The group will explain the itinerary of the activity and the precautions for riding, and then set off together after warming up.

32km cycling challenge around the lake (approximately 5 hours)
After a proper warm-up, helmets, and protective gear, we hopped on our bikes and officially entered the Greenway around the lake in Qingshan Lake National Forest Park. The stunning greenway offered expansive views, and we stopped at the most scenic section for photos.

When you are tired of riding, find a meadow or a small park and have a pleasant roadside lunch;
Note: Parent-child camps require you to bring your own dry food, and independent camps include outdoor meals.

Travel through the Water Forest Park
There are thousands of acres of rare water forests in China. The pond cypress was introduced from the Amazon in South America in the 1960s. The pond cypress has lush branches and leaves. The leaves are green in spring and summer, and gradually turn dark red in autumn and winter. Different landscape effects are formed in different seasons. It is truly unique in the world!

Complete the challenge!
After completing the challenge around the lake, everyone did some stretching exercises to relax tense muscles, and finally dispersed to go home.
