Day 1 Beijing → Saihanba → Ulan Butong (Colorful Mountain Loop - Sky Hot Pot & Nomadic Coffee - Grassland Sunset)
·morning
Arrive at the designated location at 7:00 am to gather and depart: in front of the Dongzhimen Grand Court Hotel (private tours can be picked up outside the 2nd Ring Road of Beijing, please note the specific address when placing an order).
Head north to Ulan Butong, the royal ranch where successive Qing emperors lingered, the ceiling of grassland aesthetics, and a photographer's paradise.
At noon, we will arrive at the service area or Weichang County for lunch, taste the large-portioned dishes of the north, and initially feel the generosity of the northerners. Then we will head to the grassland.
·afternoon
In the afternoon, the car passed the border between Hebei and Inner Mongolia provinces. We first saw the Bashang Grassland (Ulan Butong), looked at the hills rising one after another and herds of cattle and sheep in the distance, and breathed in the fresh and free smell of the grassland.
When we come across Baicao Aobao on the road, we stop the car to offer sacrifices and pray for blessings, turn three times from left to right, and make a wish. The gods will bless you to make your dreams come true!
Then drive into the Wucai Mountain Loop and go to the Wucai Mountain Observation Deck first, which is the best place to view the whole picture of Wucai Mountain, overlooking the entire mountain range and its surrounding scenery.
In addition to Wucai Mountain itself, the loop also includes several natural attractions: Little Wild Duck Lake is crystal clear, surrounded by white birch trees, and the lake reflects the beautiful scenery; Camel Peak is shaped like the back of a camel, and hiking to the top provides a wider view (you can decide whether to climb according to your physical strength); there is also Hengli Mountain, famous for its unique landforms and beautiful natural scenery; Jiapigou has pristine natural scenery, a tranquil environment and beautiful scenery...
·night
At dusk, we arrived at our private campsite. On the grass, under the canopy, amidst the bubbling sound and the pervasive aroma of coffee, we ate unlimited hot pot, drank fragrant coffee, and quietly waited for a sunset over the grassland, enjoying the afterglow of the sunset together.
Stay in the Ulan Butong scenic area tonight.
Kind tips:
1. The Mongolian grasslands are not as good as cities, and accommodation is limited. We hope that tourists will understand.
2. Sky Dome Hot Pot & Nomadic Coffee are complimentary. In case of weather conditions, indoor dining will be available.

Day 2 Ulan Butong → Xilin Gol (Sunrise at Beigou - Nomadic Migration Ceremony - Horseback Riding Experience - Reindeer Tribe - Princess Lake Equestrian Show)
·morning
Early in the morning, we went to the cradle of grassland movies - Beigou Film and Television Base to watch the sunrise. This was once the filming location for more than 100 film and television works such as "Kangxi Dynasty", "My Fair Princess", and "Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace". The magnificent Mongolian tent stood quietly here.
We can go up the mountain from the wooden plank road and overlook the panoramic view of the Ulan Butong grassland: the hills and grasslands rise and fall one after another, stretching endlessly, and any shot you take will be a great movie.
It is also famous for its unique horizontal morning mist landscape. Raise your camera on the observation deck and freeze the beautiful moment when the sun slowly rises from the grassland horizon, and then return to the hotel for breakfast.
·morning
After breakfast, the first stop is Gandan Camel City, where we will explore the secret primitive Mongolian tribes, participate in a <Nomadic Migration-Celebration Ceremony>, and experience being an authentic Mongolian.
Since ancient times, nomadic peoples of the grasslands have lived wherever they moved, their homes defined by a single horse-drawn cart, a yurt, and lush pastures. Here, we'll enjoy spectacular Mongolian song and dance performances, ancient horse-drawn cart pilgrimages, the thrilling "Three Arts" (horse racing, archery, and wrestling), and engaging interactive games...
Here you can also experience horseback riding/camel riding on the grassland (at your own expense), and deeply feel the pleasure of riding in the wild under the guidance and guidance of the horseman/camel driver (read the China-TravelNote horse riding manual carefully and be sure to pay attention to safety when riding).
·afternoon
In the afternoon, visit the Ewenki Reindeer Tribe, where you'll immerse yourself in the lives of the Ewenki reindeer people. Get up close and personal with reindeer and sika deer, and feed these auspicious ancient beasts, hoping they'll bring you prosperity, wealth, longevity, and happiness. Then, take a photo with a beautiful peacock, hoping it will bring you wealth and good fortune.
We will return in time to visit Princess Lake, also known as "Blue Siegger's Tears". The birch forest and wooden houses create a Nordic landscape. Under the blue sky and white clouds, the autumn colors are quiet and beautiful. Here we will enjoy a wonderful large-scale live equestrian show - "Hero".
After that, we drove to Xilingol League and stayed in Duolun County tonight.

Day 3 Xilin Gol → Beijing (Cross-country trek through the volcano - Searching for agate)
All day
After breakfast, we will take an off-road vehicle and drive through the volcanic relic area of Xilin Gol Grassland to admire the unique volcanic landforms. We will also have the opportunity to discover agate in the volcanic rocks and experience the fun of treasure hunting.
After a short drive, we'll transfer back to our car and return to Beijing. Lunch will be served at the Weichang/service area.
