Day 1 Chongqing → Wenchuan → Heishui
All day
Meet and sign in at Exit 3B of Jiazhou Road Station on Metro Line 3 between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. (Look for staff holding yellow China-TravelNote flags);
Of course, self-introduction is indispensable on the bus. We refuse to let the boring and unfamiliar travel happen. The China-TravelNote staff will lead everyone to play games on the bus as part of the journey so that you can fully integrate into the whole activity itinerary.
Arrive at Wenchuan County around 14:00, take a short rest, then arrive at Heishui County via Maoxian County;
Overnight stay at Heishui/Cashmere Hade Tibetan Village (depending on the availability of local hotels on the activity date)
Later in the evening, you can leisurely stroll along the streets, feel the local atmosphere, and look for special street food.
Note: Today's drive is quite long. Please be aware of the driving time and other issues when registering. It is recommended to bring your own headrest and other comfort items.
Day 2 Heishui → Dagu Glacier → Gulugou
All day
Gather and depart at the designated time in the morning (notified by the staff the night before) to the Dagu Glacier Scenic Area;
Today we have plenty of time to slow down and explore Dagu. Along the way, we can tease the Tibetan macaques at the Golden Monkey Lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Zenacuo and Dagu Lake.
Take the snow mountain cable car directly to the top of Dagu Glacier and overlook the panoramic view of Mount Loges, which is also the filming location of "The Captain". Walk above 4,800 meters above sea level, step into the snow and overlook the peaks in the distance. Sip a cappuccino in the world's loneliest cafe and enjoy the romance of winter snow.
Return to the scenic area visitor center around 16:00, take a bus to Gulugou, and soak in the hot springs in the evening.
Note: Please wear warm clothing. The hot spring hotel recommends that you bring your own swimsuit (which can also be purchased at the hotel)
Day 3 Gulugou → Bipenggou → Chongqing
All day
Get up at 8:00 and head to Bipenggou Scenic Area
In winter, Bipenggou is transformed into a world of ice and snow, with snow-capped mountains and lakes, emerald green and gilded frost.
Check in at Longwanghai/Panyang Lake and the rime-covered snow-capped mountains; take beautiful photos of the journey;
Around 14:00, take the bus back to the scenic area visitor center and prepare to return
Arrive in Chongqing around 21:00 and end the trip.
