Day 1 Shanghai → Brisbane

The tourists arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport 3 hours in advance and flew to Brisbane, Australia's third largest city, and stayed overnight on the plane.
Since November to March is Australia's rainy season, there is a lot of rain in the Cairns Great Barrier Reef area, so it is not arranged!

Please note that flights may not necessarily depart on the same day, and the departure city may be changed to a nearby city. If you are assigned a connecting flight, you must travel in the order of the flight segments. Day 2 Brisbane Day Trip

After the tourists arrived in Brisbane in the morning, they were met by the tour guide.
Then start the Brisbane city tour:
Kangaroo Point: This is the most classic viewing platform in Brisbane. The high cliffs face the Brisbane River and the city skyline. It is very photogenic no matter what time!
At noon, enjoy a hamburger and fries meal at Joey's Kitchen, a popular restaurant with a view in Kangaroo Point.

After lunch, head to South Bank Parklands, an open park beside the Brisbane River. Relax on the grass in the sun or sit on a chair by the roadside and watch the people go by, deeply infected by the relaxed atmosphere of the city!
Afterward, tourists can experience university life. A popular method of transportation to the University of Queensland is by boat. Departing from South Bank Parklands Pier, you can experience the bustling Brisbane CBD while also experiencing the tranquility of the Towon and St. Lucia districts.
The University of Queensland: Known as the "Most Beautiful Campus in the Southern Hemisphere," it is one of Australia's eight largest universities and ranked in the top 100 worldwide. Its alumni include two Nobel Prize winners, 117 Rhodes Scholars, Australia's first female Governor-General, Quentin Bryce, former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, the inventor of solar energy, Martin Green, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Li Xiaohong, and China-TravelNote product manager Rodrik.
After the tour, we went to the hotel to check in. As we were tired from the journey, we did not make any further arrangements for today.


Day 3 Brisbane → Gold Coast

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the Gold Coast resort.
Enjoy a mini golf swing on the Gold Coast. Enjoy snacks and drinks while tourists compare scores.

After lunch, enjoy an Australian farm experience. Become a farmer for a living at Cannon Manor! Here, visitors can watch a sheep shearing demonstration, play boomerangs, experience milking cows, feed animals, and sample Billy God tea.
Then we will go to Surfers Paradise in the city center and climb the Q1 Building to enjoy the long coastline and bustling city view from the highest point of the Gold Coast.
As a resort city, we also give tourists some time to wander around Surfers Paradise freely.


Day 4 Gold Coast → Melbourne

Take a flight to Melbourne in the morning.

Enjoy lunch at the Italian restaurant Clini Ticarton with a 2- or 3-meter-long pizza meal, featuring generous portions. Each meter can be filled with three different flavors, with 40 flavors randomly arranged.
After lunch, start Melbourne city tour:
Flinders Station: This was the first train station in an Australian city, and the building itself has long been a landmark for Melbourne. Tourists who love Jay Chou can take a photo here in the same chair he used.
St. Paul's Cathedral: Its exterior features intricate patterns and a Gothic-style retro architecture. Beneath its high roof, the glazed floor tiles and wooden tables and chairs create a quaint and elegant atmosphere.
Graffiti Street: Great for taking photos, and you can create any pose without feeling awkward. This is also a popular spot with Jay Chou.
Afterward, we visited the Melbourne Museum, a must-see destination in the city. This is the largest museum in the Southern Hemisphere and one of Melbourne's three national museums. It showcases Australian history, Aboriginal culture, and scientific developments. There's also a giant dinosaur skeleton, a popular attraction for tourists.

In the evening, I visited the Cape Ormond Lookout on St. Kilda Beach to enjoy a Melbourne sunset. As the sun slowly descended, the light softened, and the sky gradually became tinged with orange, yellow, red, and purple. The strolling crowds added a touch of life to the tranquil scene. Finally, the sun sank completely below the sea, leaving only a golden afterglow and a gradually darkening sky.


Day 5 Melbourne → Twelve Apostles → Melbourne

After breakfast, we'll drive to the Twelve Apostles on the Great Ocean Road, passing by Little Red Riding Hood Lighthouse. This white lighthouse is famous for its iconic red top. Walking down from Little Red Riding Hood Lighthouse, we'll see the famous Eagle Rock.

Upon arrival, check out the famous Great Ocean Road attraction, the Twelve Apostles. Tourists can walk along the wooden path. These giant rocks are named for their number and shape, resembling the twelve apostles of Jesus. Standing tall above the sea, they are daily exposed to strong winds and waves, and are eroded by the sea. Today, only seven of the so-called Twelve Apostles remain.
Gibson Steps: This trail winds down to the beach. Descend the 86 zigzagging steps to reach the beach. The waves at this beach are spectacular, and tourists can stroll and watch the seagulls. You can also get a close-up look at two of the Twelve Apostles.
Loch Ard Gorge: The deep gorge and steep cliffs create a striking landscape. It is also called "Shipwreck Bay" because two ships sank here.

Day 6 Melbourne → Puffin Train → Penguin Island → Melbourne

Puffing Billy Steam Train: Embark on an adventure filled with surprises aboard the Puffing Billy steam train. Traverse the picturesque Dandenong Ranges and experience the charm of travel a century ago, like stepping into a fairytale. The unique feature is that you can rest your feet on the outside of the train. Magic Harry returns!

In the evening, we will go to the Philip Island Little Penguin Sanctuary to watch the little penguins returning to their nests (the tour lasts about 1 hour) (depending on the time when the penguins come ashore).
Penguin Island Nature Reserve is the world's largest wild penguin sanctuary, home to over 30,000 penguins, including the world's smallest fairy penguins. Every day after sunset, they swim back from the sea to shore, waddling in formation as they make their way back to their nests. This spectacular migration is known as the Penguin Parade! Guided by management, tourists from around the world will sit in turn on the open-air viewing platform constructed along the coast, awaiting the penguins' return.

After airport pickup, proceed to Sydney Fish Market (lunch at your own expense).

At 15:00 in the afternoon, go to the Taronga Zoo hotel to check in.

In the evening, the tour leader will lead the tourists to enjoy the sunset over Sydney Harbour.
After dinner, embark on a nighttime tour. After the zoo closes, take a stroll through the wilds under the cover of darkness to see which animals are still awake. Discovering who's enjoying the cool air or the peace and quiet makes this a truly special experience. Your guide is knowledgeable about all of Taronga's animals and can provide detailed explanations.


Day 9 Sydney Day Trip

Take a harbor cruise from Taronga Zoo to the Sydney Opera House (a 30-minute guided tour. Delve into the sail-shaped building and discover its charm). The Sydney Opera House is a world-renowned performing arts center and a landmark of Sydney. It was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007. This tour will reveal the secrets of the Opera House and share stories about the building, the artists, and the performances.
Later in the evening, enjoy a meal with a view of the Sydney Opera House at a restaurant next to the Opera House. Choose from a variety of Western dishes and drinks.
After lunch, stroll through Sydney's Royal Botanic Gardens. From the gardens, you can overlook the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House in the distance. This combination constitutes one of Sydney's most famous views and is a great spot to take iconic photos of Sydney. Mrs. Macquarie's Chair is a classic element that often appears in travel guides.
Check in at the University of Sydney: known as "Australia's No. 1 University" and one of the world's top universities.


Day 10: Sydney, one day of free time (no car or tour guide provided) → Shanghai

Recommended route:
After breakfast at the hotel, we'll walk to Hyde Park, a vibrant oasis nestled in the heart of the bustling city. Across from the park is St. Mary's Church, Australia's largest and oldest religious building.
Afterwards, we'll walk 10 minutes to the Art Gallery of New South Wales, where you can admire works of art by renowned artists like Monet, Picasso, and Van Gogh. We'll then take the subway and walk 5 minutes to Circular Quay for lunch. From the subway platform, tourists can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Visit the old streets of The Rocks, where many historical buildings have been preserved and now have become restaurants, bars, boutiques...
The next stop will be the Harbour Bridge. Tourists can choose to visit the bridge tower observation deck and the Sydney Harbour Bridge Visitor Centre, where there are exhibitions and high-definition films that tell the story of the Harbour Bridge. They can also climb the bridge at their own expense. This is the only bridge in the world that allows tourists to climb to the top of the arch bridge.
Continue by subway to Queen Victoria Building, where you can enjoy shopping at this Victorian building filled with shops and restaurants.
Head to Chinatown, Australia's largest Chinatown, where tourists can discover delicious snacks like Jade Emperor Cakes, Jiangxiang Cakes, milk tea, and various dim sum. The night market, held from Thursday to Sunday, is a popular attraction for tourists returning home.
