Day 2: Yinlongwu → near Taizijian

All day

【5:30】Get up, pack up and have breakfast

【6:00】Depart on time (rent a car to go up the mountain)

[6:30] Arrived at Taizijian Station, ready to start today's 23km challenge!

Note: Due to the recent peak of sea of clouds at Prince Edward Peak, if you encounter severe traffic congestion, you will need to get off the bus in advance and walk to the alternative trailhead (the distance is estimated to increase by about 1km).

[6:30~16:30] To ensure a smooth journey, prevent walking at night and ensure everyone's outdoor safety, this route has set up two gate points and descent routes.

From the starting point, we climbed the first major slope and successfully reached the summit of Taizi Peak, at 1,558 meters. From here, we had a wide view of Qingliang Peak and Daming Mountain, the peaks receding into the distance, and the skyline stretched out in the distance. Everyone cheered with resounding joy, roaring for three thousand miles, resounding throughout China!!!

Next up is the ridgeline walk, the highlight of the Three Peaks hike. From the summit, you'll enjoy a panoramic view, often overlooking a sea of clouds. We'll have a quick lunch to replenish our energy. After lunch and a short rest, we'll continue our ridgeline hike, continuing forward, supporting each other along the way.

Afterwards, we climbed to the top of Baizhang Ridge (1334m) and followed the ridgeline to Tonggongjian (1558m).

After reaching the summit of Tonggong Peak, we descended along the mountain path to the floating bridge. The bus was already waiting for us here.

[16:30] Get on the bus around here and continue savoring the thrill of hiking along the way!

We returned to Shanghai and dispersed around 20:30. Everyone was still reluctant to leave and hugged each other to say goodbye!

Note: The hike from Taizijian to Baizhangling is 14km. If you have not reached Baizhangling Forest Farm by 13:30, you must retreat to Shixi Village unconditionally to avoid walking at night and increasing the danger.

Driving time: Sanjian-Shanghai 4 hours

Hiking: Full distance: 22.7km, cumulative ascent of about 1277m (two-step data, for reference only). Descending: about 16~18km, cumulative ascent of about 900m

Note: Special note: Taizijian-Baizhangling has hiked 14KM. If you have not arrived at Baizhangling Forest Farm by 13:00, you must unconditionally retreat to Shixi Village to avoid walking at night and increasing the danger.

The Three Peaks of Western Zhejiang: Taizi Peak (1558 meters) - Baizhang Ridge (1334 meters) - Tonggong Peak (1558 meters), collectively known as the "Three Peaks".

The Sanjian Crossing, covering over 30 kilometers, features over ten peaks exceeding 1,400 meters. The route, traversing mountain ridges, offers expansive views, offering panoramic vistas of both mountain sides, and often includes seas of clouds and mist waterfalls. In autumn, the meadows are ablaze with golden color, while in winter, rime and, with luck, mist waterfalls. The Sanjian Crossing boasts minimal climbing, ensuring safety and ease of travel despite its length.
