Day 2 Haikou → Abandoned Shipyard → Puqian Old Street → Mulan Bay Lighthouse → Baohujiao → Wenchang Wenlou
All day
After breakfast, take photos of the abandoned shipyard in Haikou
At the mouth of the Nandu River on Xinbu Island lies an abandoned shipyard, housing several nearly completed vessels, some still unsheathed. It's clear these five vessels were nearing completion, but the sudden halt in construction has sealed their fate. The vicissitudes of heavy industry are vividly on display here, creating a stark contrast to the bustling real estate development nearby.
Then take a photo of Wenchangpuqian Old Street
Puqian Old Street is Hainan's second-largest arcade street. Compared to Haikou's arcade street, it boasts a more pristine architecture. Its unique architectural style blends Southeast Asian influences with traditional Chinese elements. The well-preserved arcade buildings lining the street exude an exotic charm. Besides its architecture, Puqian Old Street also boasts a variety of local specialties, such as dregs vinegar, shrimp cakes, and wind-pao water.
After lunch, take photos of Wenchang Mulan Bay
Wenchang's Mulan Cape's relatively unknown location makes its scenery pristine and clean. The beach, reefs, sunshine, lighthouse, waves, and the roar of the tide create a breathtakingly beautiful scene. The Mulan Lighthouse, located on the shores of Mulan Harbor, is known as "Asia's tallest lighthouse." Standing 97.2 meters above sea level and 72.12 meters tall, it is a modern beacon that has even appeared on Chinese stamps and is visible to ships within 24 nautical miles of the coast.
Photographing the sunset at Baohujiao, Wenchang in the afternoon
Baohu Cape is a little-known beach with reefs of varying sizes, soft white sand, and a unique jellyfish lighthouse. Baohu Cape faces the open sea, where the current is fast, making the water clearer and more transparent.

3rd Tianlong Tower → Foguang Temple → Stone Park → East Suburb Coconut Grove → Milk Sea → Red Stone Beach → Boao
All day
Get up early to photograph the sunrise at Foguang Temple Beach
Foguang Temple was funded and built in 1993 by Mr. Chen Yingdu, a Thai-Chinese native from Wenchang, Hainan. Modeled after the Buddha statue and temple atop Pattaya Mountain in Thailand, it is known as the "Bronze Drum Buddha Light" and is a Buddhist temple that blends natural and cultural landscapes. The temple faces the crystal-clear waters of Xiao'ao Bay, where reefs and waves intertwine. In the mornings, you'll experience the tranquility and sacredness of the sea and mountain.
After breakfast, take photos of the coastal scenery of Stone Park
Stone Park, located near the Tongguling Nature Reserve, is a pristine, untouched natural wonder. Its allure lies in the interplay between stone and sea. A myriad of rocks, shaped like turtles, monkey heads, and even hand-polished, are scattered across the water. These neatly arranged rocks are a masterpiece of nature's uncanny craftsmanship, the product of a fusion of waves and boulders. At high tide, waves surge into the caves, creating a melodious thunderous roar as the waves crash against the shore, creating a profusion of spray. At low tide, the boulders stand majestically on the beach, displaying their impressive presence to the sea. Within the park, a monolith rises like a castle from the beach. Standing atop the boulder offers panoramic views of Stone Park and the breathtaking scenery of Tongguling.
Photographing the coconut grove in the eastern suburbs of Wenchang in the morning (check in along the way)
Located on the coast of Dongjiao Town, Wenchang City, the Dongjiao Coconut Grove boasts a vast array of coconut trees in various shapes and sizes, earning it the nickname "Wenchang has half as many coconut trees as Hainan, and the Dongjiao Coconut Grove is the most picturesque." Entering the forest, you'll find a vibrant array of trees, large and small, tall and short, straight and curved, forming a vibrant forest.
Then take a photo of the Milk Lake in Qionghai (check in along the way)
There are patches of white coral rocks on the beaches of this sea area. When the sea breeze blows, white waves appear. The clear sea water has a light milky white color, so it is called the "Milk Sea" by the locals.
Photographing the sunset on the Red Rock Beach coast in the afternoon
At the mouth of the Wanquan River in Boao, a cluster of reefs juts out from the beach. Because most of the rocks are pink, they're known as "Red Stone Beach." These red rocks, scattered across a range of about five to six hundred meters, are mostly long and narrow, rising evenly from the sea. Clusters and individual rocks stand tall against the silvery waves, weathering the daily tidal surges and the ravages of wind, sun, and rain, adorning the beautiful coastline. In the evening, the sea, bathed in the setting sun, shimmers in a golden hue. Slow-motion photography, like mist and smoke, surrounds the reefs, creating a fairyland-like scene.

Day 4 Boao → Shanqin Bay → Gangbei Neizhi Island
All day
Photographing the sunrise at the coast of Shanqin Bay in the morning
Shanqin Bay's unique landscape is defined by its blue sea, yellow sand, and black reefs. The black reefs are a distinctive feature that distinguishes Shanqin Bay from other coastlines. Large and small reefs are scattered along the coastline, forming a myriad of shapes and forms. Swallow Cave, a narrow cave extending from the highlands of Shanqin Bay toward the sea, is named for the large number of swallows migrating south from the north in late autumn to nest and overwinter. From within the cave, the sea and sky merge into one, the sea and reefs creating a beautiful frame. The sunrise is breathtaking.
Shooting the story of the sea in the morning
The Story of the Sea is a food street next to the sea. Here you can see old fishing boats, old ship planks, old fishing nets and kerosene lamps converted into themed restaurants, bars and cafes, which are very suitable for taking photos and checking in.
Photographing the sunset on Naechido Island in the afternoon
Neizhi Island, named for its location between two opposing islands, Gangbei and Gangwai, is located at the mouth of Gangbei Harbor in Wanning City, Hainan Province. With its soft sandy beaches, Neizhi Island is a natural wonder and a popular photography destination. Enjoy a stroll and photo opportunities along the wild beach in the evening. Photographing the Milky Way or the starry sky is a summer-only opportunity, depending on weather conditions.

Day 5 Gangbei → Dahuajiao → Gangbei Pier → Haikou Meilan Airport
All day
Photographing the sunrise at Dahuajiao Coast in the morning
Dahuajiao is formed by two mountain ranges, the Front and Back, with a canyon nearly 100 meters wide between them. The arched pebble beach, densely packed with pebbles, dominates the bay. Some are as big as a bowl, some as small as an egg, some round, some flat, each smooth and translucent. Glistening in the morning sun, they shimmer and shimmer, a dazzling display of blue, red, green, and yellow, a dazzling spectacle that is both captivating and captivating. On the other side of the mountain lies a sheltered bay, its soft sandy beach whispering to the gentle waves. Rows of small fishing boats bob along the shore. The two beaches, separated by a single mountain, are so distinct that one can't help but marvel at the wonders of nature.
The group will be transferred to Haikou Meilan Airport for disbanding. The estimated arrival time is around 2:00 PM. Please book flights after 3:30 PM and arrange your return flight accordingly. If you would like to continue your photography and sightseeing in Hainan, you can make your own arrangements.
