Arrive at Tiantai Tongbai Palace around 12:30-13:00

Tiantai Tongbai Palace, the ancestral temple of the Southern School of Taoism in China, was originally named Tongbai Temple and Tongbai Chongdao Temple.

After arriving at Tongbai Palace, we checked in with the Taoist priest and started the Taoist temple's "Dangdanger" mode (including murals, Taoist culture, the basic layout and architectural features of the Taoist temple, an introduction to the immortals enshrined in the temple, and knowledge of Taoist blessings).

Let me tell you a secret: there are cranes in the Taoist temple. Let’s look for them together while visiting.


Around 14:30-15:30 The first step of "cultivating immortals"

[Free fortune-telling] You need to pay for candles and incense at your own expense, 45 yuan per person. The fortune interpretation is free.

The fortune-telling in the Taoist temple is very effective. Remember to sincerely recite the question you want to ask before you ask.

Note: Due to limited time for fortune-telling, it is not possible for the leading Taoist priest to interpret the fortune for everyone. Tourists who need fortune-telling should go to the fortune-telling office during their free time to find the Taoist priest on duty to interpret the fortune.


Evening class around 16:00-17:00

Concentrate your mind and start the evening class or visit Minghe Temple instead, depending on the arrangement of the Taoist priest on that day.


Around 17:00: Late dinner

We went to the Taoist temple with the Taoist priest of Tongbai Palace to enjoy a vegetarian meal~

The vegetarian meal at Tongbai Palace is entirely vegetarian. Since the bowls provided are relatively small, tourists with large appetites are advised to bring their own bowls.


Around 18:00: Taoist Medical Tea Party + Taoist Music Experience + Introduction to Taoist Instruments

[Taoist Doctor Tea Party] Have you heard of Taoist doctors? Taoist doctors in Taoist temples are very difficult to make appointments with. This time, we brew a cup of hot tea and start a health tea party with Taoist doctors.

[Daoist Music Experience] During the tea party, of course, you can experience cyberpunk Taoist music, including sheng, wooden fish, and sanxian... Listen to music and accumulate merits while doing so.

[Introduction to Taoist Instruments] Children who play with instruments will become monks~ We are introduced to Taoist instruments under the guidance of the Taoist priest

Day 2 Tongbai Palace

After getting up early and having breakfast, we absorbed the spiritual energy that can be found everywhere in the Taoist temple and practiced a set of fitness boxing.


Around 8:00-9:00 Zi Ning Yi Jin Jing

Health-conscious youth, assemble! "Yi" refers to change, and "jin" refers to muscles and tendons. The purpose of practicing the Zi Ning Yi Jin Jing is to internally cultivate the spirit, energy, and spirit, and externally strengthen the tendons, bones, and skin, thereby conditioning the internal organs and meridians throughout the body, achieving the effect of cleansing the marrow and strengthening the tendons, achieving the goals of health care, strengthening the body, preventing and curing illness, resisting premature aging, and prolonging life.

Under the guidance of our master, we experience the subtleties of Yi Jin Jing, standing still, practicing Qigong... the first step to strengthening the body.
