Yu Xiang Biao Yi | The ancient capital of Yue, at the foot of Kuaiji, enjoying the mountain scenery

Day 1 Shanghai → Kuaiji Mountain → Shanghai

All day

07:00-07:15 Meet at the designated location of China-TravelNote and sign in. 07:15 Depart on time, enjoy interactive activities and itinerary introductions on board, and have fun all the way!

Arrive at the starting point of the hike around 10:30. After getting off the bus, the leader will lead everyone to do a thorough warm-up, and then set off in the direction of Jiugang Village.

We climbed all the way to the top of Jiugang Mountain. The first half of the road was mainly a hiking trail. We passed a tea garden on the way and finally went down the mountain along the mechanized farming road. We began to climb along Shipan Mountain until we reached the Dayu Mausoleum Scenic Area. Everyone was free to dine and share the food.

The Dayu Mausoleum Scenic Area is located at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain. It is a scenic spot based on mountains and carried by water. The entire Dayu Mausoleum Scenic Area has landscapes such as lakes, lotus flowers, and black-sailed boats, as well as cultural relics such as the Yu Ji Square, Yu Temple, and the Dayu bronze statue.

There are two rocks to climb when going up and down the Xianglu Peak Scenic Area, and there are many places to grab and step on, which avoids the difficulty of climbing while still making it interesting. The whole route is full of wildness.

We will reach the end point around 17:00 and return to the starting point of the hike. After a brief rest and replenishment, we will board the bus back to Shanghai.

Arrived at the departure point in Shanghai at 20:30, reluctant to leave, kissed goodbye with tears!!

There will be slight adjustments to the closing points in autumn and winter, and the specific details will be announced by the tour leader on the day!

It gets dark earlier in autumn and winter, so it's recommended to bring a headlamp! Also, bring a set of clean clothes to change into after your hike to avoid getting cold in wet clothes!

Note: This route passes through scenic spots such as Dayu Mausoleum, Xianglu Peak, and Wanwei Mountain. The road conditions are mature, so there are relatively more hardened roads in the middle and later sections.

Driving time: about 3 hours one way (including service area)

Hiking: Today's hike is about 18km, with a total climb of 1000m+ (two-step data), mainly dirt roads, trails, and steps

Note: This route is a scenic loop connecting Jiugang Mountain, Dayu Mausoleum, Xianglu Peak and Wanwei Mountain.
