Before you lies the boundless golden sand, traversing the desert's depths. Return to the hotel in due time and head to the Desert Swimming Pool (open depending on weather conditions). The buggy will freely race across the vast desert, sometimes climbing up sand ridges and sometimes plunging into sand valleys, providing an unparalleled thrill. (If you choose not to ride the buggy, you can choose Package 2, which includes free time in the desert, sandboarding, and UTV excursions at your own expense.) Afterwards, return to the campsite hotel.

As the sun sets, our guide leads us to the sand dunes next to the hotel. The afterglow of the setting sun divides the sky into different layers, and the light penetrates through the gaps in the clouds, casting golden rays that seem to cast a mysterious veil over the desert. 3. Is this route crowded?

Most of our routes are natural and niche, with relatively small traffic. Of course, it also depends on the registration situation of each session. The Kubuqi Desert, China's seventh-largest desert and the closest major desert to Beijing, boasts magnificent and unique scenery. The 700-kilometer-long Yellow River resembles the back of a bow, while the vast desert winding eastward resembles a bowstring, forming a giant golden bow. Kubuqi means "bowstring" in Mongolian. The vast desert, the long river like a ribbon, the vast sea of sand, and the round rising sun create a magnificent scene. The desert's many natural wonders, including picturesque chains of crescent-shaped dunes, rare sand ridges, and honeycomb-like stretches of dunes, create an authentic desert landscape that deeply captivates. For hikers, curiosity, a close connection with nature, and the ability to appreciate it are essential. If you truly experience the desert, you'll discover the beauty hidden deep within the sand sea: the vast expanse of the roaring sands, the clear sky, the scorching sun, the pure sand free of rocks and dust, and the diverse dunes.
