Day 2 Venice → Lake Garda → Verona

After breakfast, we drove to Malcesine, a small town on Lake Garda. Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy, and Malcesine is located on the lakeshore.
The town is charming, with lake and mountain scenery complementing each other, and many colorful buildings. Here, you can stroll along the lake, enjoy the lake view, and enjoy a relaxing vacation.

After a free lunch, we will arrive in Verona, the city famous for Romeo and Juliet, and take a city walk led by a guide.
Begin your tour at the Arena, a well-preserved open-air amphitheater from the ancient Roman era that has witnessed countless spectacular performances and athletic events. Day 3 Verona → Milan

After breakfast, we will drive to the fashion capital [Milan].
Step inside the Milan Cathedral (entrance only, not the summit)—one of the world's largest Gothic structures. Its exterior is magnificent, adorned with exquisite sculptures and decorations. The spacious and bright interior, with stained glass windows filtering in vibrant light, creates a solemn and awe-inspiring atmosphere, allowing you to experience the magic of religious art. Furthermore, the Milan Cathedral is the second largest church in the world (after the Vatican Basilica).

In the afternoon, we will visit the Brera Gallery in Milan, which houses numerous paintings from the Italian Renaissance, such as masterpieces by Caravaggio, Titian and other masters. It is a paradise for art lovers.

Then walk into the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a covered arcade built between 1865 and 1877. It is one of Milan's important shopping places, with various luxury stores such as Prada and LV, as well as cafes, restaurants, bookstores, etc. The gallery is cross-shaped, with a glass-covered roof and an exquisite mosaic floor. Even if you don't shop, it's nice to stroll here and take photos.
That evening, we will take you to taste the special flavor of Milan: risotto.


Day 4 Milan → Genoa

In the morning, we arrived at Portofino in Genoa. Since buses are not allowed to enter, we will use a car or a public boat.
Portofino is a picturesque fishing village with colorful houses scattered around a harbor where many luxury yachts are moored. The breathtaking natural scenery here is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Perhaps for this reason, Lonely Planet has named Portofino one of the top ten places to visit in 2025.

In the afternoon, we will go to Genoa and visit the Royal Palace of Genoa, which was once the official residence of the Governor of the Republic of Genoa. Its elegant and solemn architectural style and exquisite interior decoration showcase the history and culture of Genoa.
Near the Royal Palace, Genoa's Old Port is a vibrant leisure area, home to numerous restaurants, bars, and entertainment facilities. Piazza Ferrari, with its unique architecture and sculptures, is a popular spot for Genoese leisure and entertainment.
Pasta is perhaps Italy's most famous dish, but Genoa has its own unique take on it. Enjoy authentic Genovese pasta with pesto for dinner.


Day 5 Genoa → Cinque Terre → Pisa → Florence

After breakfast, we will go to Cinque Terre, five villages nestled between the mountains and the sea. The colorful houses like building blocks blend into the endless blue sky and sea. “Colorful Santorini on the Cliff” is the most appropriate praise for Cinque Terre. It was once praised as a “paradise on earth” by the American National Geographic magazine.
We'll visit the distinctive villages of Riomaggiore and Manarola, and also take you on a guided hike along the Path of Love. The Path of Love connects the two villages, offering stunning scenery, with the azure Mediterranean on one side and colorful houses on the other, making it a romantic hike.

After lunch, we headed to an ancient city-state, [Pisa]. The [Leaning Tower of Pisa], one of the seven wonders of the world, is a must-see building for everyone. It is also a building that is very fun to take photos.
[Pisa Baptistery of San Jorge (exterior)] is a magnificent religious building with an architectural style that combines Romanesque and Gothic elements. The interior decoration is exquisite and it is worth seeing its true appearance.
We will go to Florence to stay overnight.


Day 6 Florence Full Day

Florence, the birthplace and prosperous center of the European Renaissance.
First, visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (free admission, summit fees at your own expense). Built in 1296, it is the third largest church in the world. It is most famous for its dome. The interior also houses many famous works of art, including sculptures by Michelangelo and frescoes by Domnicko Ghirlandaioni.
Then we headed to the Piazza della Signoria next to the cathedral. Built in the 13th and 14th centuries, the square is considered one of Italy's most representative squares due to the exquisite architecture surrounding it. There are many exquisite sculptures on the square, including Michelangelo's David (a replica), the Fountain of Poseidon, Perseus and Medusa, etc. The square is dotted with many cafes and breakfast shops, making it a very pleasant place to relax.

Day 7 Florence → Siena

After breakfast, we will go deep into Tuscany, the synonym of Italian countryside. Chianti in Tuscany is famous for its unique hilly landscape, lush vineyards and olive groves. The wine here has a rich and delicate taste and charming aroma. It is one of the famous wines in Italy.
We specially found a winery for everyone to enjoy lunch at. The winery is surrounded by large vineyards. After tasting the food and wine, you can also enjoy the beautiful pastoral scenery.

Arrive in Siena, one of the most charming cities in Italy!
Piazza del Campo is Siena's central square, paved with brick and fan-shaped stone. Its unique shape makes it one of Europe's most beautiful squares. Siena Cathedral (exterior) is one of Italy's largest churches, blending sculpture, painting, and Romanesque Gothic architecture. Its black and white marble creates a distinctive zebra-like stripe pattern.


Day 8 Siena → Rome

For the 11.15 flight, since the "Museum within a Country" is closed on 11.23/D9, the tour of the ancient city of Rome on 11.22/D8 will be moved to D9. After arriving in Rome from Siena on D8, we will arrange a full day of free time in the "Museum within a Country". If you want to book tickets for the "Museum within a Country", it is recommended to book admission tickets after 14:00 on November 22.
Arrive in the "Eternal City" [Rome] in the morning. Rome was founded on April 21, 753 BC, and has a history of 2,700 years. The ancient Roman ruins, Renaissance art and architecture, and religious atmosphere make this city an extremely charming travel destination.
Arrive at the famous Colosseum (enter), which boasts a history of nearly 2,000 years. In ancient Rome, it was the venue for gladiator competitions and animal fights, and is listed as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. At the Trevi Fountain, also known as the "Wishing Pool," you can throw a coin with your back to the fountain, which Italians believe will bring good luck.
Stroll to the beautiful Piazza di Spagna, located at the foot of the hill where the Trinity Church of Rome is located. It is famous for its Spanish Steps leading to the church and is the venue for open-air concerts. Domingo and Pavarotti have performed here. The scene where Audrey Hepburn eats ice cream in the square in the movie "Roman Holiday" was filmed here. You can come here to take photos as a souvenir.


Day 9 Rome → Shanghai

Today is our last day in Italy. You can explore Rome freely during the day. Remember to stay safe!
Gathering in due time in the evening, we will proceed to the airport, check in, and board our flight to Shanghai.
