11:30

At about 11:30, we arrived at the entrance of the Balang Mountain Tunnel. After everyone packed their backpacks and the team leader led a simple warm-up, we began to hike. Going down the path beside the highway, the vicissitudes of life in the flowery meadow revealed the erosion of thousands of years. The sedge meadow dominated by dwarf wormwood was in the majestic Miaojiling, the main peak of Xiling Snow Mountain. Gazing and worshiping for a long time, strolling among it, there were ice flowers and snow floss. The surrounding snow-capped mountains were looming in the clouds. We crossed the meadow along the Balang ridge. There were gurgling water and gurgling mountain springs all the way. There were countless water ponds on the roadside, reflecting the blue sky and white clouds, and cows and horses were scattered around. Flowers, trees, meadows, and forests formed a beautiful picture. Everyone took pictures along the way as they moved forward

We arrived at the entrance of Dengshenggou around 5:10 pm and boarded the bus back to Chengdu. Share some beautiful pictures.

Balang Mountain, also known as the "Colorful Mountain," lies between the Wolong Nature Reserve and the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area, over 200 kilometers from Chengdu. Standing at 5,040 meters above sea level, Balang Mountain is known in Tibetan as Balangla, meaning "Holy Willow Mountain." The winding road through it is one of the most treacherous eastbound routes in Aba Prefecture. At an altitude of 3,500 meters, alpine meadows are dotted with a vibrant array of wildflowers, and herds of cattle and sheep graze under the blue sky. A vast sea of clouds divides the majestic mountain range into two halves: the upper reaches, a vibrant alpine meadow, and the lower reaches, a mysterious, deep primeval forest.
