Day 1 Shanghai → Deqing → Moganshan Hike → Shanghai

07:15-07:30 Meet at the designated location of China-TravelNote and sign in. Depart at 07:30 sharp, enjoy onboard interaction and itinerary briefings, and have fun all the way!

At around 10:30, we arrived at Yu Village, got off the bus and lined up to go up the mountain.

We went up from Moganshan Town, passing through bamboo forests and ancient paths, and climbed up the stairs to the Moganshan Scenic Area.

Around 12:00 PM, we arrived at Guwangwutai and rested in the pavilion. There's a 270-degree viewing platform, where you can enjoy the undulating mountains. We had a picnic there at noon, so let's share what we have.

After the meal and taking a group photo, we set off for Luhuadang Park, crossing the Zhonghua Mountain Ancient Road. Along the way, we can admire various celebrity villas hidden in the mountains, which have a unique cultural significance!

Afterwards, we went down the mountain, passed by Naked Castle, and hiked down the Mogan Ancient Trail.

Around 16:30, we arrived at the foot of the mountain, met up with the bus, boarded the bus, and returned to Shanghai.

Around 19:30, we returned to our departure point in Shanghai. Everyone was still reluctant to leave and said goodbye with tears in their eyes!!

Driving time: Shanghai to Moganshan Town, about 3.5 hours

Hiking: Today's hike is about 10km, with an altitude gain of 576m and an altitude of 622m.

    A: For non-preferred accommodation routes, single tourists do not need to pay the room rate difference.

Mogan Mountain, located in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, is a branch of Tianmu Mountain. Legend has it that this is where Gan Jiang and Moye forged their swords. Its main peak, Tashan, stands 758 meters above sea level and boasts breathtaking scenery. Known as the "Cool World" and the "First Mountain in Jiangnan," it is considered one of China's four major summer resorts, along with Beidaihe, Lushan, and Jigongshan. With a history of over 2,000 years, Mogan Mountain boasts unique natural landscapes, with a vegetation coverage rate of 92%. Bamboo forests, towering Japanese fir trees, and Song Dynasty ginkgo trees are adorned throughout the mountain, along with cascading springs and waterfalls.
