Day 1 Xi'an → Long County → Gaohanchuan

We will meet at Exit A of Provincial Stadium Station on Metro Line 2. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can depart on time.
When you gather, please see the yellow China-TravelNote flag. Please be informed by your tour leader of the specific meeting location.

After approximately three hours of driving, we will arrive in Long County. Upon arrival, you can choose a restaurant nearby based on your personal preferences. To ensure the smooth progress of the rest of the itinerary, lunch will be a one-hour lunch.

After lunch, we headed towards Gaohanchuan in the early afternoon. En route, we'd pass through Guanshan Pasture. Sit back on the bus and take in the pasture scenery through the windows—cows and sheep leisurely stroll across the expanse of green, creating a pastoral atmosphere. After bidding farewell to this poetic pasture, we arrived at the Gaohanchuan summit, anticipating the next leg of our journey.

After arriving at Gaohanchuan, we began our approximately 2-kilometer hike to the Gaohanchuan campground. We were advised to pack light, as local tricycles would deliver our tents and other gear to the campground. The hike took approximately 2.5 kilometers to reach the Gaohanchuan campground.

After arriving at the Deer Park, the tour guide will teach you how to set up tents and campsites, so you can experience the joy of camping.
6:00 PM
After the tents were set up, we enjoyed a hot pot dinner around 6 p.m. We sat around with our two tour leaders, enjoying the hot pot and singing songs. With the warm aroma of fireworks, we watched the sun slowly sink over the mountains, making for a truly relaxing evening in the mountains.

As night falls over the mountains, your guide will lead you to gaze up at the starry sky. You can also use your camera or phone to capture the dazzling stars, creating your own unique fragment of the sky and preserving the romance of the mountains forever.
Day 2 Gaohanchuan → Xi'an

At five in the morning, everyone can get up and go to a suitable location in the camp to wait for the sunrise - watch the morning light slowly spread over the tent, the dew on the grass leaves glimmer, the mountain mist rises gently, and in the clearness of the mountains, encounter a gentle sunrise.

Around 7:00 AM, your team leader will prepare breakfast (millet porridge, pickles, and bread) in the early morning light. After a satisfying meal and rest, you can choose to ride horses to Laoyeling, continuing to enjoy the mountain scenery along the way. Upon arrival at Laoyeling, we'll descend directly to the bus stop and begin our return journey.

At noon, you will have a free lunch in Longxian or Guguan
