After signing in, we set off on the highway. The team leader led the interaction, introduced himself and explained the itinerary, and we laughed and laughed all the way to our destination.

11:00

We arrived at the lonely tree, a solitary tree that connects to the sky. There are endless tea fields. Friends who love taking photos must not miss it. Every shot has the texture of a blockbuster movie.

We stopped here to relieve the fatigue of the drive and enjoy the unique natural beauty. We grabbed some snacks and had lunch here.

Note: (You are free to take photos here. The time for rest and meals is subject to the notification of the tour leader)

11:45

We arrived at Xibao Village and set out from there. Along the way, besides the rugged ancient roads and lush green trees, we were also deeply impressed by the dazzling pavilions and waterside terraces, the peaceful and leisurely Go Park, and the elegant and artistic Shanxi River Scenic Wall. The Bao Family Ancestral Hall in Xibao Village and the old stage inside the hall were even more captivating.

You will encounter natural landscapes such as small waterfalls along the way.

13:00

We arrived at Shikeng Village, where we had a good rest (this was our mid-way rest stop) and replenished our water. From here we could already see the Shanxi River and Shengzhou from afar.

After a short rest, we are ready to head towards Mt.

The ancient trail along the Mount Wushan Ancient Road is a scenic route reminiscent of the Tang Dynasty Poetry Route, a place famously visited by ancient poets. Li Bai lamented, "If I were to sail under the moon, I would be transported to the beautiful Shanxi River." Du Fu coined the line, "Shanxi River is filled with extraordinary beauty, and I cannot let it go."

Climbing up to the top of Mount Qi along the ancient trail, you will see a lush green sea of bamboo in the distance, and nearby you will see the fireworks of farmers and curling smoke from cooking fires, as well as a photo frame, which is great for taking photos.

Continue along the ridge line, climb to a high point and look into the distance. The nine bends of the Shanjiang River pass through the mountains. The fifth bend Xibao, the sixth bend Yaoao, and the seventh bend Pu are all in sight. It winds its way into the distance and reaches the sky. In the distance, the mountains are lush and shrouded in clouds and mist.

Note: If you do not want to climb to the top, you can take a bus to the end to eat rice cakes and visit the tea fields on the clouds to take photos.

4:00 PM

Part of the road from the top of the mountain to the mountain village was a bit slippery, so everyone went down slowly and then arrived at the destination, Shunhuang Mountain Village, one after another. The scenery suddenly changed, and a large area of fresh green tea fields came into view, with endless wild fun.

The scenery here is vast, with tea fields all over the mountains and a vast viewing platform. Shunhuang Mountain Village is worthy of being called a niche treasure land for relaxation!

You can taste Shengzhou’s special food at the farm: tofu buns, fried rice cakes, stinky tofu, and take away a portion of Shengzhou’s special rice cakes after the meal.

Afterwards, we waited for the gathering at Shunhuangshan Village Square. According to the team leader’s notification in the group, we gathered on time and boarded the bus, ready to return to Shanghai!

8:00 PM

We returned to our starting point and kissed goodbye with tears in our eyes.
