Visit Pingjiang Road

Pingjiang Road, half of Suzhou City

We headed to the popular Shuangta Market to sample Suzhou delicacies, then crossed the street to embark on a night tour of Pingjiang Road. We strolled along the ancient city wall, along the riverbank, listening to the soft Wu dialect and Pingtan tunes wafting through the windows. (The journey took approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, but arrival times may fluctuate due to Suzhou traffic. In the event of severe traffic, we would disembark early and walk about 10 minutes to Pingjiang Road.)

【Recommended Food】Red bean paste dumplings, osmanthus wine, Biluochun milk tea, etc.

4:30 PM

Paddleboarding at Jinji Lake

Suzhou's romantic summer begins with a paddleboard on Jinji Lake

We arrived at the Jinji Lake pier, learned how to paddleboard, and then hit the water. The paddleboard, Ligong Causeway, the Oriental Gate, and you on the shimmering lake—what a fusion of modern Suzhou and its past. (Life jackets were provided throughout the trip, and there was a rest area at the paddleboard base.)

[Note] Paddle board/kayak (double) needs to check the fee after placing the order. If you do not want to use paddle board/kayak, please visit Jinji Lake on your own!

7:00 PM

Timely gathering and return

After the trip, we returned home happily. Due to the traffic jam at night and the speed limit of buses on the highway, we arrived in Hangzhou before 22:00.
